XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) missed a judgement recorded against a property I purchased when they handled the closing process. I later sustained an approximate {$20000.00} loss after contacting their agent regarding the matter. I then filed a claim with XXXX as instructed by their agent and XXXX is refusing to pay the claim. See the attached complaint sent to XXXX containing all the details ( dates, amounts and actions taken ).
