I recently paid off my Flex Loan with TN Quick Cash, Loan # XXXX, Application # XXXX with a credit limit of {$230.00} using my debit card. That payment cleared with no issue. When I went online to request additionalfunds, the online portal indicated I had a {$0.00} balance on my loan. However my credit available was also {$0.00} even though the payment had cleared. I reached out to TN Quick Cash via email email for assistance tosee why my access to funds were restricted. All emails between TNQC and I are attached, as is a screen shot of my current online portal and a Notice of Adverse Action. I was advised that the bank account they had on file was reflecting closed, which is correct. The old account was a XXXX checking account and I have since closed that account and switched to XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. I was told that I simply needed to complete a Decision Logic in order to update my banking information on file so that my records were correct. I followed the instructions and completed 3 Decision Logic'susing my XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX checking account. The online portal then updated showing I had a pending change on my account. After 24hrs, that status had not updated so I began communicating with TN Quick Cash again using their email channel as well as making phone calls. I was advised several " issues '' were preventing me access to available credit. These included : 1. The phone number on file was marked Cease and Desist, which was correct. So I advised them via email that my cell phone XXXX could be used to service my loan and they were permitted to call the number. I was told in a follow up phone call that this had also been updated. 2. Next I was told that they never received the DecisionLogic results even though it clearly showed a pending change on my account in my customer portal. I communicated again via email with them on how to resolve this. 3. Once they confirmed they did in fact get my decisionlogic, they advised me the checking account did not accept ACH deposits/debits, which it does. ( See bank statement from XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX showing several ACH deposit and debit transactions ). 4. Finally, when I called to further inquire as to why I was being given the run around, I was advised " Upper management said we are unable to offer you a loan ''. At that time, since I had not been formally denied credit, TN Quick Cash violated FCRA and was not truthful in its communications with me as a consumer. I formally requested in writing via their email a notice of adverse action. The Adverse Action notice states they were unable to verify my information. The notice of Adverse Action does not indicate that they relied on outside credit reporting agencies to offer credit worthiness scoring or analysis. Therefore, it appears TN Quick Cash simply did not want to loan a creditworthy customer funds AFTER the customer had complied with their requests for additional information, updated banking information and consent to communicate using my cell phone. Therefore, I alleged and accuse TN Quick Cash of the following : 1. Willfully and intentionally violating the EQUAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITY ACTby not properly determining loan eligibility using a uniformed, fair and equal credit scoring system. 2. Willfully and intentionally misleading a consumer while applying for and or updating information regarding an open end line of credit application.This accusation is centered around the deceptive practices and explanation that my XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX checking account does not permit ACH credit or debit entries. 3. Willfully and intentionally misrepresenting the status of my loan as " DEFAULTED - WRITE OFF '' ( See Customer Portal screen capture ). This is a direct attack on my character, credit worthiness and integrityas this loan was NOT in default and was paid in full. **It is demanded that TN Quick Cash provide me a copy of their records indicating any defaulted payment amount, the calculation of how they reached that number and an explanation of the steps they took to collect the debt/provide me the opportunityto resolve voluntarily before writing off this loan. **

I received a small loan just under XXXX dollars. I was supposed to pay it on the XXXX when I received my monthly check I was confused about the start of the loan and missed first payment but the next month they took XXXX payments at once now this was not the original agreement the only reason they would have access to my bank is if I refused to pay I simply was confused on the actual start but I wanted to stay in good standing and I had the money in there so I let it go but I called them let them know I would call or come in for all XXXX payment and the woman I spoke to supposedly noted my account, I was then working for XXXX rideshare companies making good money and monthly until my vehicle was damaged due to a no fault of mine accident a d rear-ended and the At person was on a revoked license long story short I was screwed the insurance companies refused to pay this put me out of work so I contacted them to prevent any charge @ and still on the XXXX they instantly took there payment even tho I ask for them to let me pay over phone due to other automated payments for bills they caused my bank to overdraft witch ended up being around XXXX XXXX in fees so one again I called them I withdrew XXXX permission to have access to the account and ask again please let me pay with card but once again in XXXX they did it again causing another overdraft witch will end up at XXXX because of this I was unable to use my card as a deposit for a car to rent through my rideshare to work and so far XXXX paid more in fees to my bank thanks to them then my actual loan, well they called wanting a payment I ask the girl to XXXX XXXX pay XXXX on the XXXX that I needed my account for car and I would be a XXXX to pay more by working with me she tell me well you gave us permission when you signed up to take it and we will I only ask they work with me but after she said that I told her I'm withdrawal my permission to access and take from my account she became very nasty well if you XXXX that it will go to collections and we will sue you with attorney! I never said I would not pay but if they can't be willing to stop trying to take what's not there they will never get paid and I will just pay bank fees instead of them I only ask they waited til XXXX one extra day for payment and to nit access my account t she hung up on me refused to note my account and told me she couldn't withdrawal permission and I ask well who can and she threatened me again saying they would take it and I told her only government can take my check and that I would report them here and she hung up I can not believe they rather me fail and not pay them to retain access to account that will continue to have nothing, iv debt wish several employees with the same result I XXXX refused any payments and as far as I'm concerned would have been paid in full if not for the fees they caused when I withdraw my permission and they still did it

If I need to file bankruptcy, XXXX XXXX is the cause. I 'd been with XXXX XXXX for years as they offered both payday loans and a XXXX cash loan with a total pay off of XXXX. In XXXX XXXX I went in to XXXX XXXX and was told they had switched to a new flex loan that would " save me money '' but because it was so new the clerk did not no the details. That 's when things got out of control. I was making regular payments with automatic deductions from my banking account and not getting a bill. Three months later I went into the store and was told I only had {$35.00} in credit ; that 's when it hit me! I had made approx. XXXX payments of {$700.00} dollars thinking I was getting close to the end of this loan. I did file a complaint and agreed upon a settlement with the company when I received a tax refund in XXXX XXXX. I spoke to a very nice company rep and we settled on a payment arrangement and was also given a 30 % rebate off their product. Once again, I found myself as a customer of theirs as if I had n't learned my lesson and I am in a worse boat then ever. I do n't believe the 30 % was applied to this loan and out of desperation I went to another pay day loan to take out a new loan to pay off XXXX XXXX and am now up to XXXX. Yes, I am taking fault as I wanted to make payments but these companies make so you will NEVER got out of debt with them. The additional XXXX companies I used are XXXX XXXX XXXX and Tennessee Quick Cash. Between the XXXX companies, they 've eaten up XXXX of my paycheck as they automatically take the money from my account. I am behind on all my bills and even two months behind on my mortgage because I am trying to pay them off. What I owe is greater than what I initially borrowed with each of these companies. With XXXX XXXX XXXX, I tried to make a payment over the amount due and was told by the manager " my computer wo n't let me do that. '' These companies are impacting my quality of lie and health. In XXXX I was XXXX with XXXX XXXX and the XXXX and XXXX was way better than dealing with these companies. I make a decent living and they are robbing me XXXX, but what about the people on a fixed income who use these products. Each of these companies pretend to be transparent with their fees but are not. I 've signed papers with each of these companies and still do n't feel satisfied with their representation. My main complaint is why are these companies allowed to do business? If I do n't pay them back, is somebody going to come and XXXX as this situation must be worse than dealing with a loan shark. The people that use these products are not rich to begin with and they are really preying on this group. They do n't care about people at all, just their money and are stealing people XXXX.

My husband died suddenly and as a result I had to appeal and verify my claim with the XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX to travel to Washington, DC I made a vehicle title laon with TN Quick Cash later that XX/XX/XXXX I mad an additional loan of {$1000.00} making the total {$2000.00}. During this time I was unemployed. I informed them and trying to work out a lower payment and their, agent said, " on, and informed me how he was going to send someone over to get the car. This was XX/XX/XXXX. I never got any statement. to this day, XX/XX/XXXX, I have never received " any account statements '' I had to file bankruptcy due to the problem with the VA. My attorney tried to work out a payment with TNQuick Cash in XX/XX/XXXX. They then notified the court which dismissed my case. Tday XXXX, without notice, TN Quick Cash came on my driveway, without any notice and repossesed by car. This is wrong and they have never supplied me with any account balances or statements. Please investigate. I have proof of other actions of them being on my property at night.

started payday loan in XX/XX/2017 with tenn quick cash for XXXX credit limit paid on loan for over a year lost some income unable to pay XXXX every paycheck every time i paid it only put XXXX dollars toward payoff of loan now taking me to court saying interest etc evolved into a XXXX dollar settlement can not afford bankruptcy. i have a disbled son that i am solely responsible for. i have to pay food, homecare and medical for him i am uneligible for any assistance for him because of my income limit. if i am garnished we will be homeless, i tried to explain my hardship to these people and they refused lower payment. i have paid them over a XXXX dollars already for the past year.

Previous complaint # XXXX Issue with collection, business practices, harassment of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX aka Tennessee Quick Cash. For more than two to three years failed to send any accounting of debt. At XXXX, today repossessed vehicle and at XXXX XXXX, agents returned and sat at the end of my driveway even though they had the vehicle. This is the same type of behaviors and actions which have occurred over the last two to three years. It has been reported and complained about numerous times, yet no statements were ever given. Please see attach recordings of actions. They caused disturbances in taking the vehicle.

On or about the end of XX/XX/2019, I received a line of credit at Tennessee Quick Cash. My limit is about {$3000.00}. The problem is that I'm making almost {$800.00} per month payments and less than {$100.00} is going to principle. This is usury and I'll never pay this off. They are taking on HIGH daily interest as well as a " customary fee '' which is 90 % of my loan payment. I don't even know what this is or means. It's not categorized as interest.

stated at the time that I 'm unable to make payments due to be laid off from work and XXXX in my XXXX XXXX. I asked for all calls to cease but company is still trying to contact me .I received a phone call today from my old employer stating that the company was calling for me and that this was a disturbance. I can not pay this bill at this time and all the phone calls and email communications are putting me at risk for XXXX XXXX.
