Good evening, I am writing this agency concerning an ongoing matter with a collection agency which has refused all communication on my behalf, seeking to verify and validate debts reported which are unknown and not mine. The company handling this information is Team Recovery, debt buyers. Their are numerous accounts being reported and because the company has not deigned to even respond to my disputes, has not once provided the documents requested from the original source, has not even bothered to provide any transparency, I am writing this agency to provide the oversight that is sorely needed here. In desperation to have these issues resolved I have even gone so far as to pay debts which I know are not mine to have them removed from my consumer files but it is disheartening and I did so before I knew of your agency. It is beyond unfair to not only be presented with collections I know are false but also to be made to pay them as a sort of blackmail in order to have my credit report be my own. Here i am asking for mediation and intervention on this agencies behalf, so that this can be resolved. I have been ill treated and given the run around, I am certain this agency will not be treated in the same shameful and shabby manner. Therefore I ask for assistance to resolve this matter and put an end to the fraudulent collection attempts by this agency.

I live in XXXX and my minor daughter, XXXX XXXX, goes to XXXX in the summer to visit her father. I received a credit alert from Team Recovery for a collection of {$120.00} for XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was not aware of any debt nor did I take XXXX to this hospital but it appears my insurance was billed for the services. I contacted Team Recovery for more information and spoken to in a harsh and disrespectful tone. Also, the contact information they had for me was incorrect. I thought this may have been a possible scam and proceeded to contact XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was informed there was a balance of {$120.00} for services my daughter received in XX/XX/2017. I do not feel responsible for this payment since XXXX was under her fathers care at the time in a completely different state from where I reside. However, I agreed to pay the balance in full in order to have this information retracted from my Team Recovery and removed from my credit file. XXXX XXXX agreed to this and I provided my contact information for a {$120.00} payment.

This is kind of a XXXX part debt issue. I received bills for services for my children. I sent the hospital my child support orders that state that I am only responsible for a certain portion of the bill. I have communicated with them that I should only be billed for what I'm responsible for, they told me that I need to pay it and get it from my children 's father. I've told them multiple times that I barely get child support why would I pay a debt that not mine per my child support court order. Hospital send the bills to collection after like XXXX months even though it takes them longer than two months to get me a bill. I contacted the collection company and provided them with the child support orders, I've paid more than I should have or medical bills and they need to send the bills to the children 's fathers and to quit harassing me for them. The balances are not correct and I have requested that hospital reflect what is due from me and I have paid my portions.

I have received communication f rom Team Recovery Inc r egarding multiple medical bills ( see attached documents ) that they are trying to collect on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX . I requested validation of debt and received letter of verification of debt. Upon further review of documents. I noticed my insurance company was not billed for some of the services provided. PHI is also listed on documents that I received which is a violation of the HIPAA laws. I have requested for these accounts to be deleted for inaccurate and unfair reporting. While some accounts have been deleted from XXXX and XXXX . They have refused to delete accounts from XXXX . This inaccurate reporting has severely damaged my credit rating.

On XX/XX/22. The debt collector said we could settle all of my obligations owed to XXXX XXXX XXXX. I made 2 payment in the amount of {$1800.00} and {$390.00}. To resolve all outstanding debt with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I wrote a letter agreeing to pay these amounts if all of the debt owed to XXXX XXXX would be satisfied. At the time there were 2 accounts for the same injury. Now 9 months later after never receiving a statement for close to a year. They create it to new accounts for the same injury. Stating that I owe XXXX and {$100.00} On two completely different account numbers even though there was only one injury. This injury took place over a year ago and all debts owed were to be satisfied by my finally payment.

The open dates for are not accurate and the account numbers are invalid. XXXX, never represents or corresponds to approproate account informations. Its been more than 6 months and you have never given me any response to my request to validate the debt and of its origin. I have never given any approval or permission for you to report this account. This is a violation of my rights as a consumer. I will be seeking legal assistance due to noncompliance with 15 U.S. Code 1681 ( e ) ( B ) and XXXX XXXX Compliance Standards, there are multiple deviations, deficiencies, inaccurate information, and unauthorized information listed on my credit report. Team Recovery managed credit reporting on behalf of an attorney in XXXX, OH who represented XXXX XXXX XXXX. The balance owed on a medical bill was paid in full after it was presented but during the process agents from Team Recovery threatened that my credit would be negatively affected. Even though the account was paid and the attorney dismissed the case in XXXX XXXX XXXX the collections attempt still shows as a negative report on my credit. In XXXX of 2021 I contacted both team Recovery and the attorney at their advise and the attorney agreed to remove the report from my credit. The negative report has not been removed and remains on my report even though all parties have agreed to remove it.

I disputed inaccurate information on my credit report with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. XXXX and XXXX has deleted the inaccurate information but XXXX refuses to do so. Ive sent them copies of my credit report but they keep reporting it. The company has not sent me any contract or anything due to these collections not even being mine, the company has yet after 6 months to send me anything with my signature on it stating that these collections are mine. XXXX and XXXX have deleted them and I want XXXX to do so as well its messing me up at getting approved for the house of my dreams because These collection are not mine.

Team Recovery has a collection on my credit report that is paid off and should be removed. Per debt pay off agreement, Team Recovery did not remove the negative derogatory collection debt info from all XXXX credit reporting agencies after account was settled. I called them many times about them to be fair and remove the collection and they never did. Now, Team Recovery is continuing to report to collection bureau every month as if it is n't paid and is adversely affecting my credit.

Team recovery and some XXXX XXXX collections including other recovery services have repeatedly putting collections on my credit report. These are all medical bills. I am XXXX and receive XXXX. I paid off a hospital bill to TEAM RECOVERY 3 years ago they refuse to remove it from my credit report even thro that was the deal if i paid it off, so i held up and paid it off in FULL so now THEY WON'T REMOVE IT ( LIERS ) it lowers my score and increases my INTEREST RATE FOR A HOME LOAN! How is it all 3 credit bureaus say its up to the reporting company TEAM RECOVERY TO REMOVE IT?

Team Recovery continues to call harassing me using obscene and profane language and threatening I owe an alleged debt. I ask how did they received my personal and private information because they do not have my written consent. I sent out dispute letters for accounts on there files for validation that the account is mine including my signature. I received detailed invoices with treatments that were performed and diagnoses which is a clear violation of the HIPPAA Law, which i never signed a HIPPAA form to authorize them to have access to the information.

I sent a debt validation letter to Team Recovery Inc off in XX/XX/2022 which was received by them by XX/XX/XXXX.
