I enrolled in XXXX in XXXX of 2010 with the understanding I would only attend the XXXX under the offered XXXX since I did not want to incur debt without working at the time. They assured me I had a XXXX and all was good. In XXXX or XXXX I was called into the financial office and was told due to an unpaid XXXX loan for my daughter the XXXX was taking away. ( XXXX husband issue is too long to go into ). So I told them I was unable to continue because I could not afford the tuition and stopped attending at that time. XXXX went by and then I received a collection notification on my credit reports stating I had not paid on this XXXX loan. So rather than settling I paid this company {$3800.00} and received a letter releasing me of Liability. From that point about every XXXX years I get the same type of calls, letters, and threats that I still owe them money. Takes about a week of going back and forth with whatever company to prove I have paid it and then it goes away until about another XXXX years and then repeats.
Today I was contacted by R & R Solutions stating I owe. I tell them I have a release of liability and she states that the account number is not the same and that I owe {$1900.00} because the loan was split up and that part was not paid. She states that this is the last of the loan and that if I pay them it will be the end of this ongoing situation and she would then be my lawyer on this situation from here on out and I would only need to send any inquiry to them. From past experience I know better than to just pay it.
Looked them up on XXXX and they have an F and says they are unaccredited. I called them back and they stated that several companies have used their name. Also I pulled their website up and there is very minimal information on it. No phone #, No Staff bio, etc - their excuse is that they are updating their website and it will be available in XXXX to XXXX months.
While typing this she called back ( comes in as a spam call ) and says if I pay now it would only be {$1100.00} - so sketchy I hate owing people money and want to end this if they are legit but my spidey senses are scream scam..
I have reached out to a XXXX year XXXX XXXX and an on-line lawyer to get a feel for the legitimacy of this company and their request for payment and both replied that it looks like a scam and to not do anything.
R & R Solutions, XXXX is horrible and shows others complaints. Again I just want to know I don't need to do anything. The fact that she called and says if you pay the smaller amount now you won't owe the rest. XXXX I really am frustrated that this happens every few years. I want it to stop. If I owe it for real I will pay it however everyone I have spoken to says its a scam.

I received a call on XX/XX/XXXX from a representative that states she was from R & R solutions and that were contacting me to let me know I had until the end of the business day to get this settled or they were going to continue on with a civil lawsuit. Stated that they had sent me letters previously notifying me of this situation. Received another call today and left voicemail they said they were going to continue with litigation and threaten to put a lien on my vehicle. I called the number they left back and spoke with a XXXX he said this was a breach of contract for a XXXX loan that I defaulted in XXXX with XXXX XXXX. I asked him if this was something that had been in collections and I owed why was it not on my credit report and that I dont remember a XXXX XXXX. He stated the loan was from XXXX for a XXXX loan but I did not attend XXXX that year. I asked for proof of who this company was and what the loan was exactly for. He said they had sent letters in the mail and I told him I never received anything. I asked him if this was legitimate to please mail me this information. He stated they would put it in the mail and it would take XXXX days. After that conversation they called my sister-in-law and left a message also stating that they were going to put a lien on my vehicle if I did not contact them.

I work with school district employees and I recently had a representative from the Third Party Administrator send out emails to everyone in a school district. This email went to all of my clients at the district, saying in bold lettering that " ACTION REQUIRED - We are missing your enrollment - Friday is your LAST DAY to enroll. '' Basically, these people sent emails to my clients claiming that they have to work with them and that they are no longer enrolled in their retirement savings accounts, which is A COMPLETE LIE! These XXXX Public school districts are able to work with ANYONE that they choose and have about 30 different companies that they can have their XXXX 's with. There IS NO DEADLINE, EVER. Employees can start/stop/change their XXXX at ANY time throughout the year. This email also has multiple links to click, including an " Enrollment Application '' and a Scheduling Appointment Time with one of their representatives. I tell my clients all the time, don't click any link coming from a source you don't know! It is completely UNACCEPTABLE and extremely misleading to use the XXXX 's name to solicit in such a FALSE way. This NEEDS to stop NOW.

I was called from R & R solutions based out to XXXX XXXX California last week and was told that they have mailed me paperwork, ( I did not receive ANYTHING ) they stated that XXXX schools of beauty ( Who has been out of business for YEARS because they committed FRAUD on loan applications has a balance owed from ME.
I immediately asked if this was fraud because I went to that school over 13 years ago and I am making monthly payments through XXXX XXXX for my student loans.
It did not add up to me that after 13 years all of a sudden I have a " debt '' I asked for the account statement to be emailed and mailed to me with all information.
They emailed me and the document had the name of a totally different person on it. ( VIOLATES MANY GUIDELINES ) They called me again this morning and asked about the documents, I again mentioned that this debt is VERY questionable and I requested an account statement, they said they need to know how I want to proceed if I want to be taken to court and then they will assess ME legal fees and court fees.
I asked to have time to try to look into this matter on my own.

I received a call earlier this month but I am not sure of the day. But the rep was the same one that called today. I do have the voicemail that was left for me today. The very first call they said I had student loans that were not covered by federal. Which is false because my student loans are on my credit report and I had never applied for any other type of loan for school. In fact I just applied for loan forgiveness and my student loans were consolidated. This person stated my balance was {$1900.00} but I needed to pay {$900.00} right then and there. I never received any type of written communication from this company prior to. And still have not received anything. Today the same person named XXXX XXXX called me and stated they will seize my assets and place a lien on any property that I have if I do not contact them within 72 hours. The company is R & R solutions with phone number XXXX. My voicemail picked up a different name and I have readable voicemail so I can read what was left instead of just hearing it on my XXXX.

I have got multiple threats and calls from a place called RR Solutions based on in California from a number XXXX. They have called my place of business and told my job they are trying to serve me papers because of debt that I owe from a college back in 2016 for the amount of XXXX. I have called that school and they don't know what I am talking about. I have also called my student loan company and they have told me they haven't sold my student loans to a third party and when I tried to explain that to this company and asked for a letter of proof they were verbally abusive and told me they are going to take my car and I'm going to owe them thousands of dollars for XXXX years. The person said her name was XXXX XXXX.

I had a XXXX loan more than 10 years, I have been paid that XXXX loan, every time a debt collector called requesting money from me, they said that They brought my debt to the original creditor but they never can provide me with the original contract. Recently I received a letter on XX/XX/2022 R & R Soulutions INC states that I owed them {$1300.00} Before I received this letter R & R Solutions INC has been calling me several times a day, they called my mother, my sister, my brother asking them to pay my debt if not they are going to sue me.
I send them a letter on XXXX XXXX to let them know that : I dont owe them unless they can prove to me the original contract loan with date and my signature.

This company called me XX/XX/XXXX and sent me a voicemail threatening to sue me if I do not contact them within a week about a debt that is owed to them. I believe they are inpersonating as a mediation company to try to retrieve info about me and threatening me because they want me to pay the debt in question quicker. They refuse to give me any information.
