I have a problem with Taylor Law pllc. If I get behind on payments they send me a letter that looks like a letter from a lawyer and says they have contacted the sheriffs department in my area. They say they have filed a case in court. They also have changed their name. They wont provide a receipt to my email. One time I showed up to court on a specified date and they did not show up. Where I live in Indiana I should have won by default.

Settled and paid debt collector way before settlement date. Debt collector refused to send me an email confirming payment of debt in full. Said that they would sent letter in the mail. Instead, collection company has continued harassing my family by sending people to my house to serve me with a summons. Now I am being sued for a debt that has already been paid.
