I was given a bill of sale the day I purchased the car, the amount agreed upon was {$10000.00} at a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX dealer. I put {$2000.00}. down payment on XX/XX/XXXX which left me owing {$9000.00}. I was not ever given or shown a finance charge, I was not told that they would be selling my account to a financial company in 3 months, but that is what they did, and when I requested the contract and fee schedule and payment history for the second time on XX/XX/XXXX, I received a payment history that does not match up to my receipts, and I have already paid {$12000.00} per their payment history, but I have at least XXXX {$1000.00}, cash receipts from the car lot that are NOT on the payment history they sent me, and nowhere on my bill of sale is there any reference to a finance charge, nor was I told about a finance charge and their saying I agreed to pay {$14000.00} which is NOT TRUE! I lost my job recently and they say I still owe some {$2000.00} plus dollars to them, and this is NOT TRUE! This is complete and total fraud! I have all the evidence I need to prove my case in court and I am planning on seeking the XXXX in damages due to the negligence of not only the car lot, but the financial company as well, they are liable both separate and together, because the financial company works in-house at the used car dealership and customers are not informed of any of this fraudulent activity, like selling the in-house financial company customers accounts after 3 months. It's not about what kind or type of people buy cars from used dealers, it's about fairness, it's about honesty, " TRUTH IN LENDING '' for me, it's about the fact that I have paid them very well for this car and at least XXXX people, on XXXX separate occasions, pocketed {$1000.00} each of my money, and they expect that I am going to allow them to just defraud me like this, while I am honest, hardworking, and intelligent, this is exactly the type of dealers that do NOT deserve to have license to take peoples money that is NOT rightfully due to them! I can not pay anymore for this car, I should not have to pay more- I'm taking this to court ASAP. I am also making complaints to every bureau available. This is unnecessary fraud of the PEOPLE!!
