On XX/XX/XXXX, we received an e-gift card master card for {$150.00}, we only used it once and still has a reminding balance of {$38.00}, but it is impossible to use the remaining balance, it is because an e-gift card, we only are able to use it for the online transaction. 1 Initial Decline for Utilities Bill : The e-gift card was declined when attempting to pay a utilities bill of {$38.00}. The utilities company was unable to provide a reason for the decline. 2 Instacart Transaction Decline : The card was also declined when trying to use it on XXXX for a total of {$34.00} ( including a {$3.00} tip ), even though the available balance on the card should have covered this amount. 3 XXXX XXXX Order Cancellation : An attempt to use the card for a {$36.00} merchandise purchase at XXXX 's resulted in an order cancellation due to a card error. XXXX 's refunded the {$36.00} back to the card. 4 Unresolved Refund from XXXX XXXX : Despite XXXX 's refunding the {$36.00} on XX/XX/XXXX, the card company is holding the money for 30 days and the amount still needs to be returned to the e-gift card. Inaccurate Explanation from Card Services : When contacting the card services number ( XXXX ) at least 5 times and they do not solve it, they claimed that the XXXX amount exceeded the available balance, which is not valid according to my records and evidence. They are unable to explain why I cant use it on utility companies and Macys. The desired resolution, which is to have the remaining balance of {$38.00} refunded to me in a check, the e-gift is a scam and we do not trust them anymore, and to address the stress and inconvenience caused by this situation.

The account trying to collect a debt from me was involved in litigation and filed for bankruptcy under Chapter XXXX. I never took out a private loan with XXXX XXXX college or Under XXXX XXXX XXXX!! This has already previously been removed from my credit in the past but has somehow managed to pop up on my report again and has negatively impacted my hard earned credit score.
