I purchased a vehicle on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX vechile identification number XXXX from Ganas Auto address XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Ca XXXX I payed XXXX I was in desperate need of car due my previous car was at the shop due to vandalism and pcm module computer was not working/ I made a claim with XXXX XXXX and need to report them too On XX/XX/XXXX the check engine light pop on, the heater stop working and the themther light came on every time I drove it longer then 15 minute When purchasing this vechile I called the police after paying my second payment on XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX. XXXX dollars Now today is XX/XX/XXXX I payed two payment of XXXX dollars on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX I called several times about this car and how I want to a different car and they got over. Every week I complain to them spoke to the corporate and more and it just seem like a scam and more Can you help cause now I have loaner car but the payment time isnt right They want to now pay for collateral XXXX insurance when I have insurance full coverage on another vechile thats at the shop due vandalism and more This company is taking my money Cybercrime due my phone be hook up to car or usb cord charger connected to my phone and phone been having problems since I hook it up. I noticed negative activity on my XXXX credit report on XXXX. It was showing that I was delinquent for two months on an auto loan from " GANAS Auto '' in XXXX XXXX California. The address given for GANAS Auto was XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, Ca XXXX. The phone number listed for GANAS Auto was XXXX. The Address Identification number given was XXXX. I did not recognize this account and I did not purchase a vehicle from this company. The details I saw on my credit report were that this account was opened on XXXX with an initial loan amount of {$37000.00}. The loan had a term of 67 months with a monthly payment of {$700.00}. I disputed this through XXXX on XXXX because it was not my account, and it was either reported in error or it was fraudulent. On XXXX, XXXX emailed me that my dispute was complete and that GANAS Auto had certified that the information was accurate. I called XXXX and asked what information GANAS Auto provided to prove that it was my identity used to open this account. XXXX said that they " take the lender 's word '' for it and providing proof/evidence is not required. I then spoke to someone from GANAS Auto ( XXXX XXXX ) on XXXX and she stated that, " I can not give out any information. I have gotten in trouble for giving out information before when I shouldn't have. '' I told her that her company is saying that I have a loan with them and to at least tell me if I have an account opened here or not. She finally relented and I gave her my ID. She took my ID to the back office and refused to let me follow. When she came back, she said " I don't see your name in our system. Only XXXX XXXX 's and a XXXX XXXX or something like that. '' She said, " We don't require ID for an auto loan either because not everyone has an ID. Hopefully this is just a mix up with the social security numbers or the birth date or something. '' I am very concerned that this is not being removed from my XXXX credit report when this account is not mine and this company is not providing me any information. I think this company needs to be investigated and others need to be warned of them. I think this company is aiding with identity theft.

My legal status changed recently I just received my social security number as in XXXX of XXXX. As I currently want to build my credit I opened an XXXX account. As a new member I noticed there was a car loan showing in my account as ganas auto in XXXX. But the issue is I never took out a car loan in XXXX nor did have my social security number at that time of year or no itin number related to me. The only car loan I have as far is this year of XX/XX/XXXX since my social security number is new. I have try to dispute the account directly with XXXX and some how they tend to remain in in my account .i also contacted ganas auto and spoke with a costumer service representative and he stated theres no contract on there system with my name or date of birth or social security number. At this point I dont understand how XXXX is stating that ganas auto confirm some information therefore they cant dispute but ganas auto confirm to me theres no file connected to my personal information, I have checked other credit barriers to see if it shows there as well and as far as now its only XXXX having that fraud problem with my personal information.

Previous close complaints against XXXXXXXX XXXX and Tricolor Auto Group are reporting fraud information with all Credit bureaus as revolving accounts as a collection of debt when both accounts were charged off by Company 's Fraud Department themselves. XXXX has sent me statements that I have not requested in an attempt to collect a debt that does not exist. Tricolor Auto Group is reporting fraudenlent information as a repossession not as a voluntary surrender to keep me from obtaining a another new vehicle instead of the used one they sold me with a battery that exploded within 2 months and was keft sitying in the apartment complex for 6 months before it would send its towing company fir the vehicle in order that it would appear to be a repo but was not. I have been getting harassed about my car insurance. I have been paying my car note every month on time and I also have my own insurance through XXXX XXXX, I have showed that to the company I have gotten the car from which is ganas auto. They have took some of the money that I paid my car note with and put some of it towards their in-house insurance that i dont even pay for. The first copy I sent was XX/XX/2023 and I was told that she have received it and that they want be charging me any more. Then I just got another call XX/XX/2023 about the same thing and I showed proof that I have insurance. And now I just got another call this morning XXXX about the same thing.

They took me title loan off auto-payment without my consent or acknowledgment. I didnt realize until the last payment of the two installments of {$370.00} for the month of XX/XX/XXXX. ( XX/XX/XXXX ) ( XXXX ) .I called to get it current or at least to get satisfied with having them clear the late fees because its was a problem on their end and not me. I was on autopay. I owe them {$370.00} for XX/XX/XXXX plus {$18.00} as a late fee AND it shows on my credit report. I only have a money for current payments not missed payments all my money is accounted for. Im paying about XXXX for a XXXX XXXX XXXX, I was in need of a car and Ganas auto center mess me up.

Ganas auto XXXX XXXX has insanely up charged me I put down XXXX for a 2017 XXXX with XXXX miles wich by the way in the contract they put on XXXX the cars value is about XXXX before financing and there charging me in total of XXXX after financing... The car broke down 4 weeks after negotiations and was at the shop for 90 days without stopping my dues.. becouse of this I lost my job and was behind my payments while the car was still at the shop getting worked on I was threaten with reposition of the vehicle due to non payment I managed to give them my savings and didn't reposed. It's been a nightmare of an experience with this car sales company...
