On XX/XX/2020 I began a refinance loan application and process thru T2 Financial dba Revolution Mortgage. I had obtained a home loan to purchase my home the year prior with ease and was looking to refinance with rates dropping so low. I was dealing with XXXX XXXX as a loan officer. Everything seemed to be going along well albeit it was taking a long time 60+ days. When we got to the point of scheduling a close date, I was then dealing with not only XXXX XXXX, but another person, XXXX XXXX. They then began to make the process complicated and difficult ; first by having me have to deal with 2 separate people, but then began demanding more and more information after I was already approved for closing and they had already requested multiple payoff statements from my current lender ( to which I was charged each request for a total of {$50.00} ). They even contacted the title company about closing, only to then delay the process by continually asking for more information, even after I provided it. They would claim it wasn't detailed enough or anything they could to delay my closing. In my opinion, especially after dealing with multiple home loans in my life, this company never intended to close and was making things more and more difficult, including cancelling my loan without my implicit request to do so, just to get me to walk away so that they didn't have to deny me outright. I have demanded that they reimburse me for my incurred fees due to their incompetence and that they remove their credit inquiry from my near perfect credit score so I can go with a more reputable and competent company. I have received no response.

I have looked at the inquires for XXXX and noticed some discrepancies. Starting with one named T2 Financial inquiring about finance other than personal on XX/XX/2022. Also have a couple miscellaneous inquires from XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2022 that i have no clue what for. And another from XXXXXXXX XXXX that falsely ran my credit. I have also called them and they state there is nothing they can do.
