Very simple ... I have a bill from some XXXX that has been paid with the minimal amount that is suggested on the bill itself of {$20.00}. Payments have been consistent every month, certainly no reason to go to collection. I spoke with the dr. and his third party billing agency and all can not understand why this went to collection as they see consistent min. payments have been made. I received my XXXX call at XXXX from Synerprise XXXX regarding this bill. I said that my husband is our bill payer and I would check into it. I did just that to find that payments have been made of the min. {$20.00}. I then retuned a call to the collection agency to give them the information. I received another call this morning that shook me up terribly as the individual on the phone was threatening, demanding, cocky and rude. He actually hung up on me ending his call to me. I told him the same thing over and over that I have been paying the min. of {$20.00}. He asked me to call him back with the latest payment information. I said I was driving and that " no '' I would not do that as he can call his customer and find that out himself and there is no reason for him to even be calling in the XXXX place as again I said that payments have been made by with the min. payment. He mimicked my " no '' with an emphasizing sure surprise that since I would not call him back with the info he requested he would send me to collection that would wreck my credit and asked me if that is that I wanted to happen. I said that I will then just get an attorney as there is no reason for him to be calling me and he said " good luck with that ''. He was rude, demanding, and insensitive to the fact I was driving as I stated to him that payments have been made and that he was telling me a lie that I owed $ XXXXwhen in fact I knew the bill was down to {$28.00} and change. He was cocky in is presentation and conclusion when saying " have a nice day '' and hung up on me. This was XXXX XXXX at Synerprise. I was shaken terribly that when I got into work I called the Dr. XXXX who was very kind and then his third party at XXXX billing - XXXX. She apologized and could not understand why this went to collection. Just bad.

Unfortunately, I did not take note of every statement I have received, nor did I take note of all contact with XXXX XXXX XXXX. We received a statement dated XX/XX/2016 for {$230.00} from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I called my health insurance company, XXXX, on XX/XX/2016 and asked them about the statement. XXXX informed me that XXXX XXXX XXXX has a contract with them and as part of their contract, XXXX XXXX XXXX should NOT be contacting me for payment. I called XXXX and let them know that and I told them that I just want to make sure that this does not go to collections and hurt our credit that we have worked so hard to build. The employee at XXXX XXXX XXXX would not confirm with me that our account would not go to collections when I asked. Since XXXX was unwilling to help me in any way, I decided to call XXXX back on XX/XX/2016 to let them know that XXXX would not confirm with me that my account would not go to collections. XXXX put me on hold and called XXXX XXXX XXXX. The representative at XXXX spoke with XXXX XXXX at XXXX. XXXX confirmed with me that they already payed XXXX {$230.00} for the services rendered and that the bill that XXXX sent me was a double charge. XXXX gave me a confirmation number of XXXX. I called XXXX back on XX/XX/2016 to confirm that everything was taken care of, given I had not received another statement in about a month 's time. XXXX told me that they sent XXXX XXXX the Explanation of Benefits and that I am not accountable for the payment and to stop worrying about it. I felt at ease until I received another bill from XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2016. The statement read : ****FINAL NOTICE**** YOUR ACCOUNT IS SEVERELY DELINQUENT. IN ORDER TO AVOID FURTHER COLLECTION EFFORTS, PLEASE REMIT PAYMENT UPON RECEIPT OF THIS STATEMENT. Today, I received a bill from a collection agency ( Synerprise Cpnsulting Service, Inc ). I am just too busy to be dealing with this. My mother just passed away. I just do not know what to do or who to contact to resolve this and to prevent it from hurting our credit. Please help! Thank you so much.

XX/XX/XXXX, after seeing two collection accounts on my credit report that I did not recognize, I called Synerprise ( the collector ) for an explanation. I was told that the original debt was for medical bills for XXXX XXXX for invoices dated XX/XX/XXXX. I had been shopping for a mortgage and was frequently checking my credit report. These items were not previously on my report. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called the original creditor, XXXX XXXX XXXX and spoke with billing representative XXXX. I explained to her that I had never received an invoice or a request for payment of service. XXXX explained that a statement had been sent via US mail. I gave XXXX my current address, as well as a previous address. She stated that the statement had not been sent to neither of those addresses. She would not tell me the address to which the statements were sent nor could she tell me where they had received the incorrect address. I explained to her that all of the information provided to the hospital and my insurance company reflected my current address. XXXX explained that they did not receive my address from the hospital, but could not explain from where they had received it. I requested to have the account pulled back from collections so that I could pay them directly. I was told this was not possible. I was also told that the account had been turned over to collections in XX/XX/XXXX. I requested to speak to a supervisor and was told that the supervisor would need to return my call. I left my phone number and we discontinued the call. I never received this call. It is completely unfair that these charges should count against my credit report when I was never given the opportunity to pay them. I have been at my current address since XX/XX/XXXX and all of my information was accurately reported to my insurance company and the hospital when I registered for XXXX. Both the original debtor and the collections agency understand that the invoice was sent to an incorrect address, but refuse to rescind the collections account.

To whom this may concern, 3 of my hard enquiries on my credit reporting should not be there. During this period I had health insurance with XXXX when I gave birth to my daughter in 2020. One of the collections was paid to the initial company by my insurance and 8 months later they retracted this payment which then they sent it to collections. The other 2 never applied my insurance. Ive been dealing with the insurance for the last 2 years and everyone I speak to tell me there shouldnt be an issue as I had insurance the whole time with no issues and can not understand why it was retracted But say now its been too long I may struggle to get them to pay. It should not be my responsibility to pay these it should be my insurance company and I can never get through to a person that can honestly help me out. Ive filed a complaint, escalated the problem and made a claim and they all get thrown out because it was 2 years ago. Please find attached the proof of insurance paying and then retracting payment saying it was terminated and is now my responsibility. The insurance tells me my coverage never needed so they should pay it. In regards to 2 other collections I was unaware that the hospital didnt apply my insurance. I called the hospital recently and they said they also escalated and will try and reach out to my insurance however because I no longer use them as my current insurance due to this problem they may face problems due to the time frame. In regards to the first they retracted the payment so many months later it was then late the insurance said to file an appeal. Please also find attached all proof on my credit report. 2 from us anestesia and 1 from advanced obgyn.m that my insurance is responsible for paying for. This situation has caused so much upset and stress over the years and unfortunately I can not purchase a home. Any help in this matter is so greatly appreciated. Kind regards XXXX

I received a voice message on my cell phone from a collection agency. The name of the agency was not provided. The female caller 's message gave a number and a website, XXXX. I was unable after several search attempts to find the site. I called the number provided and when I asked the name of the caller, i thought he said XXXX. This billing is related to charges by XXXX XXXX that they failed to submit to XXXX on my behalf in XX/XX/XXXX. During the conversation when I attempted to relate this information to XXXX he became very rude demanding that I " just pay up '' etc. Since I was n't able to communicate my situation with him, At present, I have not received a written request. I politely asked that the agency make no further phone calls to me. XXXX rather arrogantly replied " We 'll keep calling until you pay this balance. I have contacted XXXX and have confirmed as I had questioned XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX, that they had received only XXXX claims during the calendar year, XX/XX/XXXX totaling less than {$300.00}. I was billed for {$280.00} which I have attempted to pay, and discovered that XXXX of my payments were never recorded. I called the clinic business office today to get the name of the company, Synerprise Consulting. I then called the agency and requested XXXX full name, but was told there was no one there named XXXX. The person I spoke to was XXXX ( who would not provide his last name ). Her told me he had no idea who it was that I spoke, but finally admitted that the name is XXXX but refused to provide that last name as well. XXXX has arranged to send copies of the XXXX claims filed by the clinic in XX/XX/XXXX which are close to {$200.00} total. I visited XXXX doctors at the clinic in XX/XX/XXXX and also had regular XXXX because I am on XXXX & XXXX.

Synerprise initially contacted me by phone on XX/XX/XXXX. I verbally received some verifying information, but was also told verbally that it was not validation. I verbally disputed the debt and requested validation be sent. On XX/XX/XXXX after receiving no further contact, I called to once more request validation and was told a letter had been sent the previous Wednesday ( XX/XX/XXXX ). I had not received it by XX/XX/XXXX, and so sent a letter disputing the debt and requesting full verification compliant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g. The aforementioned letter did happen arrive the next day, but it was in actuality a bill without even the required validation information on how to dispute the debt or warning that that it would be assumed as valid if not disputed within 30 days. I received a response to my request on XX/XX/XXXX, but it contained identical if not less information than the previous letter. The only acknowledgement of my request were the lines : Please be advised that in response to your dispute and request for verification, has investigated this matter. [ sic ] We have verified that the total amount owed is accurate. which clearly does not qualify as sending me verification of the debt. I have received no further contact from Synerprise, including attempts to collect the debt. This is fitting, as they have not sent me the validating information that would be required to continue attempting to collect. They have, however, reported the debt as delinquent to all three major credit bureaus, which is an unfair practice given that they still have not verified it.

On XX/XX/2022 ( regular US mail ) and XX/XX/2022 ( certified mail with return receipt ), I sent a letter to Synerprise Consulting Services requesting that it provide documented proof of the alleged medical debt of {$370.00}, including specifically the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature. I also asked proof of its authority in this matter. Synerprise has chosen to ignore my correspondence and has provided no direct response or any documentation. I additionally sent certified letters to XXXX and XXXX on XX/XX/2022 and XX/XX/2022 after each claimed in response to my online disputes that the medical debt had been investigated and " verified ''. I requested that they : ( 1 ) provide the name and business address of any individual they verified with so that I could attempt to follow up with that party directly in accordance with The Fair Credit Reporting Act, Public law 91-506, Title VI, Section 611, Subsection A-D ; ( 2 ) that under FDCPA and HIPAA I was requesting a breakdown of fees including any collection costs and medical charges, a copy of my signature with the provider of service to release my medical information, and to further cease any credit bureau reporting until debt has been validated by me. Each and every time I continue to get the same generic response that the medical debt has been investigated and verified. I am attempting to resolve the matter, but continue to be given the runaround by Synerprise, XXXX, and, XXXX. If I indeed owe, they should easily be able to provide me with actual documentation.

Im writing this complaint is regarding a collection that has been added to my credit and I have been working with a representation name XXXX since XXXX. This is so unfair. I been provided wrong information and now this is effecting my life. Your company has added this collection to my account wrongfully. I have been working with XXXX since XXXX faithful every month. I would also like to point out that XXXX is a wonderful friendly person as well but I was advised that as long as I made a payment of the {$15.00} every month that the account wouldnt be added to my credit. When I seen it was reported on XX/XX/2018, I contacted XXXX and the only thing she could do was apologize to me. There were thing she told me that was the first time I heard any of them. We have spoken almost every single month since this was reported to your office. If I call and XXXX isnt available, I wait to talk to her because I love working with her. We have built a strong relationship. This collection has dropped my credit 40 point on XXXX, 25 on XXXX and Im not sure of XXXX because it hasnt been updated yet. I have held up my end of the agreement with XXXX to pay this balance and it isnt fair or right that your company isnt holding up theirs. Just like your company expects for a client to keep their word when they make promises to pay. Your company should keep the same trust to the client. The only thing I have had to go by was the word of your employee. I trusted your companys employee word. This account needs to be removed from my credit at once.

This company information was given to by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX after I tried to resolve a debt. I was told by an XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX associate that the company was " just like '' them and I could contact them to pay on the debt. I believed XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX associate and I just wanted to settle the debt and move on from this. The experience with this company has been a nightmare to keep it mild, they initially called asking me to pay half the debt and I explain due to the pandemic my hours were reduce and I could not pay at that time. I was told I could pay online, in the month of XXXX I made a payment and again in XX/XX/2020. This company continues to call no manner what, I asked them to review my account which should show I am trying to pay on my debt I was told to place a credit card or checking account on file to stop the calls. I didn't feel that safe doing so because I know nothing about this company and I express that is poor customer service to contact me even when they have seen I paid a payment online. After researching this company they are NOT the same as XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX associate and I have sent a certified letter requesting validation ; that is competent evidence bearing my signature, showing that I have ( or ever had ) some contractual obligation to pay this company. I have also sent a letter addressing the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX associate requesting they promptly rescind account information furnished to this company, Synerprise Consulting Service.

On XX/XX/2020, I received a notice from Synerprise Consulting Services that I owed a past due amount of {$620.00}. On XX/XX/2020, I sent a letter via certified USPS mail formally disputing the above claim, requesting validation, made pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act, along with the corresponding local state laws. Such validation should include my signature proving my contractual obligation to pay Synerprise Consulting Services. The company did not provide the requested information. On XX/XX/2020, I sent a letter via certified USPS mail requesting a copy of any documents, bearing my signature, showing that I have a legally binding contractual obligation to pay Synerprise Consulting Services the alleged amount of {$620.00}. In addition, I requested the name, address, and telephone number of each person who personally verified this alleged account, so that I can inquire about how they " verified '' the alleged account and amount owed. As per FTC opinion letter from Attorney XXXX XXXX XXXX, I am aware that a printout of a bill or itemized document does not constitute verification. However, this is what I received as " proof '' of debt validation from Synerprise Consulting Services on XX/XX/2020. The listed item is inaccurate and incomplete, and represents a very serious error in its reporting.

I am being harassed by Synerprise Consulting Service. They are reporting that I have a debt of the original balance of XXXX but I only owe {$1000.00}. It is indicated on my credit report under ( XXXX ) =account balance, DPR=Date Payment Received, SPA= Scheduled Payment Amount, AAP= Actual Amount Paid that I have made payment on this account 9 times. This is false. I don't even know the company and have not been paying on this account. Attached is a copy of my up to date credit report from XXXX which tells me that the account stays for 7 years and been verified. I have no verification of this false debt that Synerprise Consulting Services is trying to collect from me. It also states that the account is schedule to remain on my credit report until XX/XX/2021, which is not 7 years. I'm not understanding where this information is coming from with recorded information on my credit report stating that I have been paying this debt that I know nothing about. Can this company produce receipts from me? This company is falsely reporting credit history that doesn't belong to me and the credit bureau XXXX is reporting this information with the statement under Comment : '' Account information disputed by consumer ( Meets requirement of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ) '', which in fact is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Synerprise Consulting Services is reporting a charge-off medical account on my credit report that I have no knowledge of. I consider this a case of Identity theft as XXXX breached my credit information and it only appeared after the breach. I have asked both Synerprise and XXXX multiple times to provide me detail about this account such as doctor name, full account details, medical documents with my signature, and most importantly a HIPAA release statement required by law. They have not been able to provide any paper trail leading to me to prove their case. They have only tried to verify the account using E-Oscar which has a legal history of being unreliable in court as verifying the debt. I have a right under Fair Credit Reporting and Fair Debt Collecting law to have inaccurate, unverfied information removed from my credit report. Under the FCRA, XXXX which breached my information to begin with, is required to provide me a method of verification within 15 days of my request and they have not done so. I need this account removed from my file immediately. Synerprise is violating my rights and damaging my credit, and XXXX is commiting willful non-compliance by not removing the information that can not be properly verified by any means other than electronic file with no backup documents or signatures.

In response to a notice I received via a posting on my credit report dated XX/XX/ from SYNERPRISE CONSULTING I sent a letter dated XXXX requesting that they provide me competent evidence that I have any legal obligation to pay them. Additionally I required them to meet specific outlined requests as to what the debt validation should include. I reminded them to be advised that this was not a refusal to pay if this alleged debt is legitimate, but a notice sent pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( b ) that your claim is disputed and validation is requested. I waited for 30 days and had not gotten a reply back yet. On XXXX I sent an additional letter referring to the previous letter and still have not gotten a response back. This company violated my rights, willfully and knowingly dishonored my presentments. They neglected me as if my communication meant nothing to them while still reporting negative items on my credit report which in turn caused me to have a higher interest rate on my home loan. These effects have future damages which all derive from their negligence and incompetence. I am of the opinion that this should be resolved by having SYNERPRISE CONSULTING delete my account along with all reports and records referencing my name.

XX/XX/XXXX, the debt is reported on my credit file. I have requested that they stop reporting this information to the CRSs as directed by section 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( B ) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and to take them as soon as possible. I have not received any mail concerning this account or a phone call from the collections company who currently has the debt. The collections company is SYNERPRISE CONSULTIN XXXX XXXX XXXX, KS XXXX. I have tried to contact both companies so I can receive a letter of validation concerning the debt. I have had no luck in doing so. On XX/XX/2020, Synerprise Consulting XXXX INC added a derogatory mark on my credit report per XXXX XXXX. Upon further research, this account was transferred/sold and I am no longer responsible for the account. Synerprise Consulting did not verify this collection. Also, there is NO written form of communication, contact, or signature for this accused debt at all. A bill without a written signature does not validate the debt and anyone can send a bill and say it's mine. According to the FCRA, Synerprise Consulting SBS INC has violated my rights as a consumer. Therefore, I'm requesting legal action to remove the account effective immediately. Additionally, I am allowed under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ( HIPAA ) to protect my privacy and medical records from third parties. I do not recall giving my permission to XXXX XXXX, for them to release my medical information to a third party. I am aware that HIPAA does allow for limited information about me, but anything more is to only be revealed with patient 's authorization. Therefore, my request is twofold validation of debt and HIPAA authorization.

I was contacted today XX/XX/XXXX by Synerprise Consulting Services in regards to a medical debt that they claim that I owe in the amount of {$150.00} for XXXX services per the representative. I requested the dates and was told in XX/XX/XXXX. I advised the rep that I did not have any procedures done in XX/XX/XXXX and to please send me an itemized statement. I was provided an email address to email a supervisor my request. I sent an email 10 minutes later and called them back. The rep that answered then provided me with a website to pull the statement and he stated that the services were in XX/XX/XXXX. Again, no medical procedures in XX/XX/XXXX were completed. The statement is very vague and I was advise to contact XXXX to get more information. I have not received anything in the mail from this company or any valid information involving this alleged debt. This item is not reported on my credit report which has 0 collection items and I would like for this to be resolved asap, however, all the company wants me to do is blindly pay for something that they are not providing me sufficient information on to validate.

I came across a collection account on my credit report. When I contacted the collection company they told me it was an anesthesia bill for a XXXX I had the previous year. I told them I was unaware I owed anything but I would contact the original creditor. When I asked why they didn't give me time to dispute and why I was unaware of the bill they said they were mailing letters to my old address. I haven't lived there for about 5 years and the collection company never called or even checked the credit bureau for an updated address before placing the account in the credit bureaus. Had they called I would have taken care of it before sending it to the credit bureau. I called the original creditor and immediately made the payment. I sent the collection agency proof of payment and they were mad because I didn't pay them. They are now saying it's going to take 30-45 days to clean up my credit. This is very unfair as I didn't know I even had this debt. I want it removed immediately and not as a paid collection but removed as it if never happened. This lowered my score XXXX points and I have excellent credit.

I was set up on a payment plan to have {$100.00} taken via ACH every two weeks. At the time that I made the payment arrangements I was told there were 5 debts in collections and the amount that I was paying was for the debt and collection fees. The debts that I agreed to pay were from XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. I did not authorize any other debt than these specific dates to be settled through the payment plan. I continued to pay the biweekly amount which was supposed to end on XX/XX/XXXX. Following XX/XX/XXXX, I noticed that there were additional payments withdrawn from my checking account past the agreed upon payment plan. A total of 3 extra payments were withdrawn. ( I filed a fraud charge with my bank and the 3 payments were reversed after investigation ). These debts despite being paid are still showing up on my XXXX credit report as being unpaid. I contacted the company and confirmed that the payments had been applied. Why is this debt not being reported as paid? I also asked for invoices for the collections and have yet to receive anything. They have my current address.

There is a medical debt collector that is reporting from Synerprise Consulting/SCS, on a closed collection account. This company is apparently trying to collect an unknown and unverified medical bill that they are reporting on my credit profile without proper and legal verification that this is indeed my debt. I am concerned because I was married and had a few of my ex-husbands bills sent to me inaccurately after he refused to pay them. Since this is a medical related bill, I have requested to see documentation of the HIPPA release and medical services and dates rendered to simply verify that this account is valid. This company has failed numerous times to present this information. In fact, the matter was recently investigated by XXXX and the collection item listed from this company was immediately deleted as of XX/XX/2020. Synerprise Consulting/SCS has failed to reach out to me in writing as requested and they continue to report this erroneous information to damage my credit profile. Their accounting and medical collections practices should be investigated further.

I received a phone call on XX/XX/2021 from Synerprise Consulting that I owed a debt. I responded by stating I wanted all communication about said debt to be conducted via mail only. I then sent a letter to Synerprise Consulting requesting validation of debt and for a copy of documents or contract containing my signature be forwarded directly to me.I also sent a letter to XXXX Credit Bureau as well, who also stated the information was verified during investigation, XXXX also FAILED to send me any documentation of validation of said account. Synerprise Consulting responded with a letter on stating they investigated the account and had verified it. They still failed to send any documentation at all that I requested. I sent a second letter on XX/XX/2021 request the information that the company failed to provide to me from the initial letter. Synerprise again sent me a letter with no validation or documentation that the debt they are requesting me to pay is a valid debt that I owe.

I spoke to this debt collector several times, each time I disagreed on the amount and requested for detailed invoice including payments made to the account. I never received the detailed invoice. I also spoke to the Creditor twice and requested for details but they asked me to contact Synerprise. On XX/XX/2020 ( letter dated XX/XX/XXXX ), I received a bill from Synerprise to pay the past due amount. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a phone call from a Synerprise representative. Again, I told him that the amount was not correct and requested him to provide me detailed bill including payments on it. The representative was very rude and kept telling me to pay the incorrect amount. At that point, I told him that I will report him to an agency in Texas. THE NEXT THING I RECEIVED A NOTICE FROM CREDIT REPORTING AGENCY THAT SYNERPRISE HAS REPORTED THE COLLECTION AND MY CREDIT SCORE DROPPED BY 90 POINT. My student loan was denied due to having a collection in my credit report.

On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX, Synerprise Consulting Services called my phone number and asked me to pay {$2000.00} in medical debt. They claimed I had a service on XX/XX/XXXX and owed money. They were very stern and didn't provide a lot of information. When I asked what this was for, they could only tell me that I had debt from XXXX XXXX. I asked for their callback number. On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX, I called Synerprise Consulting Services and asked what name was associated with my phone number. They told me it was my name, but it was not associated with my birthdate. Therefore, they said they had the wrong person. I asked how they obtained my phone number since the debt and services were not associated with me, and they said a third party service provided the number. It seems like it should be illegal for Synerprise to query a list of names and get phone numbers. The phone number should come from the medical provider of the original services.

To Whom this may concern, While reviewing my credit report on XX/XX/2020, I noticed an incorrect and fraudulent collection account from Synerprise Consulting. I reached out to this institution via phone # ( XXXX XXXX XXXX twice on XX/XX/2020. I advised her I do not have an account with Synerprise Consulting and do not agree to debt. I advised I have no knowledge of this account nor have I done any business with this company. I explained that I do not have a signed and dated agreement from Synerprise Consulting. I am requesting you to provide validation for this debt. In addition, under the FDCPA, you are also to cease and desist from contacting me regarding this matter unless it is by the United States Mail. SYNERPRISE CONSULTING is trying to collect {$9000.00} for a Medical Debt. I was not informed of back in XX/XX/XXXX for a medical debt for XXXX XXXX back in XXXX. They have included this collection in my credit report for 5 five years and have not given me an itemized list of the charges. I contacted the company several years ago to get information on this collection after finding out about this collection while setting up a saving account in XXXX, as seen is the attachments below. The agency did not give me any information other than the amount and where the collection come from. I did not get the right to dispute the charge or what are the charges. I was still not given any written information nor any type of bill about the charges after calling the agency. When I called in to the company, they asked if I would just like to pay it in full and I stated that I want written information about this debt.

I've sent multiple letters to this agency about this not being my account. After being advised by identitytheft.gov, I've completed and sent a fraud affidavit via certified mail. I can see they received it, but nothing has changed. See supporting documents. Even the USPS tracking. My official complaint is against Synerprise consulting XXXX. My information was used to obtain an apartment, cell phone, and an auto loan with my ex-partner. I am a victim of identity theft and have put this off for too long. I've completed the proper steps, 1. notify creditors 2. police report 3. informed the state of Texas. The individual I've suspected for this theft is now deceased, and the police department said to contact the federal trade commission to seek relief. These companies disregard laws and dont care whos credit or lives they impact. Please remove this collection from my credit report.

I hope this message finds you well. A couple of months I reviewed my credit profile and seen inaccurate information regarding an alleged collection ( SYNERPRISE CONSULTING ). The status is reporting late. I find that strange since I don't recall being late at all. Prior to submitting this complaint, I have sent over 3 letters to the Bureau to have them send the proper validation of this alleged late payment. I have even requested bank statements to be provided to prove that the payments were indeed late. However, all bureaus have avoided me. This makes me angry my consumer rights are being violated! I have the right to dispute any misleading information. I saw a ton of inaccuracies as well. Doesn't this go against the FCRA Laws?

I immediately contacted the company directly and spoke with XXXX XXXX and i gave her my full name, ssn, DOB ; and address - she said that she can not locate any file under my name. The strange part is that this account was reported on my credit over the weekend but it says that it was opened on 2014, and the comment stated that the consumer dispute, and it's under re-investigation. How is that even possible? I never called until today. Just the fact that this is on my credit is in violation of both state and federal consumer laws under the provisions of HIPPA, FCRA, FDCPA, etc and much more.

Synerprise Consulting Services have contacted me regarding a debt that they claim I owe. I responded back with a certified letter stating that they need to either send me an original receipt or detailed documents containing the description in order for me to know for sure that this debt belongs to me. Repeatedly they send me back a simple response that they have verified the debt internally without proving me with further proof. I don't believe this debt belongs to me so if they are unable or unwilling to provide me with proof I believe that it is only fair for me to ask them to remove my debt from their account and to remove any negative reporting to the credit bureaus.

I checked my credit report a few months later, and Synerprise Consulting Services had unlawfully changed their case opening date to XXXX, so that the entry would remain on my credit report until XXXX. I have written to them about this, asking that they remove the entry, but they simply re-reported the invalid date to the credit reporting companies. I have never received any documentation about the disputed amount, and have no idea what it is for.

I have been receiving debt collector calls from SYNERPRISE CONSULTING SVS for months now and for a while it was routine to get a phone call every morning around XXXX XXXX. But now I receive calls at random times and I do not answer them so I always receive a 6 second voicemail where nothing is said. Often times when I answer, it is that same silence and then the phone hangs up. They often called every day of the week with sometimes missing a couple or few days in between calls. They also change what number the call from every couple of months.
