I currently have a total of four ( 4 ) virtual prepaid XXXXXXXX XXXX on a digital wallet, and the only cards I am able to add to this digital wallet are from XXXX XXXX who provide me a " token '' /code to redeem the virtual card provided. On Monday, XX/XX/XXXX, I used one of the four cards in this wallet to make a purchase for a cellphone at XXXX by XXXX. The order DID NOT process and the pre-authorization hold was immediately released by the merchant. This is evident by the fact, when I call the customer service number to hear the transactions on the card, it states : " An adjustment of XXXX was made on XX/XX/XXXX '' For whatever reason, I am not able to view my transactions online as I should be able to and I have brought that to the attention of customer service. I am also NOT ABLE to add the card to my XXXXXXXX XXXX digital wallet as the FAQ 's state I am able to do. That issue I brought that to the attention of customer service over three ( 3 ) weeks ago and still have not received any resolution or explanation as to WHY I am not able to do so. Being I am NOT able to view my transactions online as I should be able to, the only way I can determine what is and is not posted to my account is by listening to the automated system. My issue is the adjustment of {$81.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. Whenever I have contacted customer service via telephone, or online chat, I am told it is a pre-authorization hold still, which, is NOT TURE. If there is a pending transactions on the card, the automated system DOES NOT mention it. If there has been a refund it states adjustment, and if there is a completed purchase it say purchase. I have asked to speak to a supervisor and EVERYTIME regardless of the time, NO SUPERVISORS are available. XXXX has stated to me on the phone and via email the pre authorization hold was immediately released because of the technical error. I want/need to have the funds released. Customer service has told me everything but the truth from, well because it is a XXXX it can take 60 days to be credited back to the account, when I have had other purchased refunded and the automated systems states the date of the purchase and the date of the adjustment. Ironically there is no PURCHASE of the XXXX transaction that I am complaining about and want access to the funds

XX/XX/2022 : I received a {$25.00} virtual XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX and registered it to my prepaiddigitalsolutions.com account. At that time, the {$25.00} XXXXXXXX ( ending in XXXX ) was visible in my account. [ See XXXX XXXX email files ] XX/XX/2022 : I received an email from prepaiddigitalsolutions.com about identity verification that purported to be in response to a request from me. I made no such request. I logged into my prepaiddigitalsolutions.com account, and the {$25.00} XXXX was no longer visible in my account. I had not yet used the card for any purchases. [ See XXXX email file ] XX/XX/2022 : I called the customer service number ( XXXX ) to inquire. They told me that they were investigating some kind of fraud alert and that the investigation should be concluded XXXX business days, after which access to my VGC would be restored. XX/XX/2022 : After 12 business days, I still did not have access to the {$25.00} XXXX, so I contacted prepaiddigitalsolutions.com by email through their web site to request a status update. In return, I received a message saying that a customer support member would respond in 2 business days. [ See XXXX email file ] XX/XX/2022 : I received an email from prepaiddigitalsolutions.com asking me to either call customer service or reply by email to provide more detail. [ See first XXXX email file ] XX/XX/2022 : I also received a second email saying that they would contact me within 5 days if they needed more information. [ See second XXXX email file ] XX/XX/2022 : I received an email requesting identification documents ( copies of drivers license and utility bill showing my residential address ). I provided these documents to prepaiddigitalsolutions.com through the upload link in their email. [ See XXXX email file ] XX/XX/2022 : I received another email requesting identification documents ( copies of drivers license and utility bill showing my residential address ). Again, I provided these documents through the upload link in their email. [ See XXXX email file ] Since that time, they have not restored access to my {$25.00} VGC. I have not been able to use the card for any purchases, so the balance should still be {$25.00}. I have attempted to use it for a purchase multiple times and been declined each time.

I use prepaiddigitalsolutions.com as a way to save my income from a few investments that I have online and a few days in the date of XX/XX/2021 I found that my account was CLOSED with money inside and without any further warning or email explaining the reason was my account closed and I took the action to contact the customer service about this issue happened and they explain to me that my account was closed because some of the tokens that I redeemed in the website ( token is a code that you receive from rewards websites with an amount of $ inside and this is loaded into a virtual prepaid debit card ) was obtained in a fraudulent way and they can't do anything in this case, after this call which I want to mention that I never received any confirmation in my email about the status of my account I lose access to my account because the support change my personal security question without my knowledge and in this point, they close my account with this amount inside : {$6700.00} because a few tokens were obtained in a fraud way but they never told me WHICH tokens were obtained in an illegal way and delete from my account or any way to recover the fund that they think " was properly obtained in a legal manner ''. this situation is ongoing since XXXX XXXX of this year. I want to talk about the situation on XXXX XXXX that I've talked with the customer service several times and also talked with a supervisor called XXXX and they change the EMAIL attached to mine account and changed several times the security question to denied the access to my account. also, they never inform me about the changes in the email of my account and the security question.

On XX/XX/2020, I purchased a {$200.00} virtual visa gift card via XXXX app. On XX/XX/2020, I tried to use it for the full amount of {$200.00} but the transaction was declined, the payment DID NOT go through. However, when I checked the gift card balance, I found that it has XXXX balance. The transaction was pre-authorization, this hold always falls off in 2-3 business days and the funds go back to the card. In my case, this didn't happen. Prepaid Digital Solutions, the issuer of XXXX app virtual visa gift cards, never re-deposited the {$200.00} back into the visa gift card. I followed the instructions listed on XXXX app to resolve this issue and filed a dispute with the Prepaid Digital Solutions on XX/XX/2020, I mailed in my dispute documents to Chargeback Services XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX USA, USPS tracking number : XXXX, delivered on XX/XX/2020. I never heard back from them and they never deposited the {$200.00} back into the visa gift card. On XX/XX/2020, I called Prepaid Digital Solutions at ( XXXX ) XXXX at XXXX XXXX ET on a recorded line to inquire about the status of my dispute, the agent wasnt able to find my dispute documents and he got a supervisor involved. The agent then unapologetically advised me to dispute what I paid for this gift card directly with my Bank as their dispute process takes 100 days to resolve. Ever since I've been trying to solve this dispute with XXXX without success.

I earned a {$200.00} prepaid reward card via MyAcuvue Rewards. I did not activate it, and it expired. Months later I reached out to customer support and was issued another card, most likely because I never activated the first card. I got a new card issued on XX/XX/2020 for {$200.00}. There was a digital token attached to it and, there was a link to MyACUVUE Digital Rewards to activate the card. I activated the card, set up a username/password. Recently, I wanted to check the balance of the card, or at least see the payment history because I wasn't sure if I'd used it or how much was left. When I tried to access the card, I found out the company closed the account or it became expired. I contacted customer service and they basically said that if the prompts on the log in state it's expired they will not reissue it. I am mainly upset, because it has been less than a year since re-issue date, and I don't feel like it should have expired that quickly. If I had used the funds, and it was empty that's fair, but I can't even see the purchase history. I feel like I should be able to see this history given that I had the card issued to me. I am asking support to reissue the card ( especially if i had unused funds ) or to at least grant me access to the use-history to reassure myself that I had or hadn't used it.

I have come across an issue with Prepaid cards issued by Prepaiddigitalsolutions.com company. I had two prepaid cards worth {$70.00} each and were expired on XX/XX/2022. I had used the entire amounts from both cards to pay to a merchant on XX/XX/2022 prior to the expiry date. Card numbers are ending with XXXX and XXXX. My issue started with the merchant not delivering the service promised so I was working the merchant to refund my money. Which they finally did in the month of XXXX ( XX/XX/2022 ) on both cards for the full amount of {$70.00} each. However, since my prepaid card had already expired, why did the Prepaid card issuer allowed the money to be refunded back into the same expired card? To add insult to injury, my expired cards had now {$70.00} balance on each cards with expiry date of XX/XX/2022. When I contacted the card issuer on how to get access to my money on these cards, I was asked to request replacement cards and I was told that they will charge reissue fees of $ XXXX on each card. This is unfair practice of charging fees for the cards that they accepted the refunds on. Please help resolve this unfair fees charged to me. This is a double whammy for me since merchant did not deliver the service and now card issuers charging me unfair fees.

I redeemed rewards issued by my employer with Prepaid Digital Solutions in the form of virtual prepaid XXXX cards. I received 3 cards worth XXXX dollars each on XX/XX/2021, and one card worth XXXX dollars on XX/XX/2021. They " expired '' a couple of months later in XXXX and XXXX respectively. I redeemed them from my employer when I did due to an internal redemption deadline, but there was no indication that the option that I chose had an expiration date. In the confirmation email that I received, instead of being bold and clear that these cards expire relatively soon, it is buried in tiny text all the way at the end of the email. So having no idea that they expire, and not having been reasonably informed, I let them sit until now, when I went to access them and discovered that they were expired. The company refuses to reinstate them due to " rules and regulations '' which is absurd. It is not their funds, why are they able to essentially confiscate them?? What " regulations '' are they referring to??? They intentionally do not inform the customer that these cards expire in a satisfactory manner in order to steal their funds.

I wasn't able to download it to my digital wallet as advertised. They then charged a {$4.00} " Monthly Maintenance Fee '' for a digital card which makes no sense. When the card expired ( 12 months from date of issue ), they charged a {$12.00} reissue fee which covers shipping and handling for a replacement digital card with no shipping or handling. The process for requesting a replacement card is unduly burdensome. Despite it being an electronic card and all communications being done electronically, to request a replacement card, you have to print and send a form via u.s. mail that must be received by a certain date. There is no mention at the time of requesting a replacement card that there is a {$12.00} fee. As a result, my {$80.00} prepaid card is now {$50.00} and who knows if/when I'll receive a replacement. When I asked to waive the fees, I was told both the reissue fee and maintenance fees " can't be waived. ''

This company is supposed to give me access to my funds from a different company through a prepaid gift card but this company is not allowing me to access my funds. The gift card is supposed to be through " XXXX '' which they own and operate. They are citing that the gift card " expired '' but I have never been able to access any of my funds even before the supposed " expiration '' that they are claiming my gift card has. Furthermore, according to the FDIC it is illegal for gift cards to have expirations before 5 years, which I am not even close to reaching. This company has essentially stolen my funds without giving me the opportunity to ever access them. I have tried reaching out to them but they just give automated responses leading me back to their website which has no information or way to contact an employee.

I received a digital prepaid VISA card with a loaded amount of {$50.00} on XX/XX/2021 through a site called prepaiddigitalsolutions.com. When I attempted to use the balance of the card ( {$23.00} ) the other day, payment would not go through. After going back to the site to inquire about the account details, a message popped up stating " the card you are attempting to access has expired and pass the eligibility period for access or replacement. '' I contacted support and was advised that the card is no longer eligible to replace, however there was still an unused balance that was left on the card. I believe the money has been stolen from me without my consent.

I have the first card with them on XX/XX/2020. Despite they said that this card can be used anywhere Visa is accepted, I couldn't use it in XXXX and XXXX even those two companies accept Visa just fine. When I attempted to use it, the purchases were rejected with this error " Merchant not in Network or No Purse Exists ''. I also tried to contact them to explain this error but the company never responded. A few weeks later, I combined a few tokens to form a card with {$670.00} worth of balance. I was only given 6 months expiration date instead of typical 12 months duration like the other card that I have before.

Good afternoon, I received a prepaid reward card from XXXX for {$220.00}. It expired on XX/XX/2021. I wrote to XXXX to ask for the card to be re-activated, or have the account closed and a check sent to me, which could be done for a fee. I referenced the CFPB statement on expired prepaid cards and provided the link as well. I received a response ( see attached ) which directed me to the online redemption website to see if the card could be re-issued. I did that and was informed that the card was expired and could not be replaced ( see attachment ).

I received a {$10.00} promotional prepaid gift card from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX now owned by Syncapay , Inc. XXXX for completing an online rebate form after I purchased a graphics card from XXXX XXXX. The card expired in XX/XX/2021, and when I called XXXX 's customer service line on XX/XX/2021 to see about my options for retrieving my funds, they told me that the funds had expired along with the card, and there was no way for me to retrieve my funds. My money was essentially gone.

They buried information about the card expiring, putting it under a section in an email that says " If the link doesn't work ... '' then it lists reasons why ... one of which is it could expire. However, no one would read those steps to do if a link doesn't work ... .until the link doesn't work, at a point in time which the card has already expired. This is just a fraudulent vendor, trying to bury this information.
