I had a car loan with Universal Acceptance which is called Sylvania Acceptance ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) XXXX, Ohio XXXX over 10 years ago I believe. Account number # XXXX, 2 years ago because it just came off my credit report and a lady name XXXX had pulled my credit like I had tried to get a current car loan through them Sylvania Acceptance. I have documentation where I have been sending XXXX a month. They are in violation of my FCRA rights, they regard the debt threatened me to take you to court and garnish my checks, and the debt is out of the SOL ( statue of limitations ) in Ohio. The debt shouldnt have been collected any further.

I received a notification on my Credit Report from Universal Acceptance. I called because they had put it as I was trying to buy a car. I called and said it was illegal because I was not trying to buy a car from them. This year a week ago it fell off my credit report and I have been making XXXX dollar payments every since she made it as though I was trying to get a car and pulled my credit report. They are in violation of my FCRA rights, they regard the debt threatened me to take me to court and garnish my checks, and the debt is out of the SOL ( statue of limitations ) in Ohio. The debt shouldnt have been collected any further.
