I bought a vehicle from Superior Car Credit XXXX XXXX. For the entire year of XXXX I payed on the vehicle. I fell behind a couple times, but always came up with the money to catch up. Due to family issues XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX the car was repossessed. For the first 4 months the company reported to the credit bureaus that I was missing payments. I had to dispute this with the credit agencies for them to report accurately to no avail. Finally the account was closed with Superior Car Credit reporting a {$10000.00} balance was false. After asking them if the car was in auction or sold I was met with false information. Turns out the car was sold months before. Superior Car Credit finally reported that I owed XXXX this is after I'd seek legal assistance. This does not reflect any of my payments or the sale of the vehicle. One of the finance staff told me that they'll make sure I cant get another vehicle with false reporting. This company is awful and poor and illegal loan practices. I'm seeking proof of the vehicle sale and date and for them to report accurately of the true balance of the vehicle. I've emailed them several times and no one has gotten back to me. This is hurting my score and making it impossible to get another vehicle. please help
