The company holding my debt served my father, at an address that I did not live at. I was unaware of the lawsuit and failed to attend the hearing. I was assessed an additional 25 %. I tried to talk to the company, but was told that my time to contest the lawsuit had passed ( even though I was never informed of the lawsuit ). I have been paying monthly ever since I was notified of the judgment, and do not get any kind of statement. Nothing that shows how much I paid that month, nothing that shows how my payment is applied, nothing that shows how much I still owe, and nothing that shows how much interest they are assessing!

I tried to apply for a new mobile home. I was denied due to a old debt with XXXX XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX for {$3500.00}. They report it again in XX/XX/XXXX..I was told that was illegal..I filed bankruptcy in XX/XX/XXXX. My application for a mobile home was denied in XX/XX/XXXX for a new place. My debt with XXXX XXXX was put in my bankruptcy. XXXX XXXX also said it showed it was placed in my bankruptcy but I need them to please remove it from my credit check.. its the only thing thats showing on my background and keeping me from trying to move forward.
