I applied for a XXXX loan to buy a home thru Sun American Mortgage here in Arizona back in XXXX of this year, the loan officers name is XXXX XXXX. during the course of the entire loan process clear up to and past the date of closing XXXX XXXX kept reassuring me that everything was ok and that the electronic underwriting went thru with no problems. I entered into a prepossession with the seller and moved into the home on XX/XX/XXXX. I paid all fees, appraisal and follow up appraisal {$750.00} also paid for repairs and materials in order to correct appraisal deficiencies, painted exterior of house, applied base trim sealed areas that were exposed and paid to have interior baseboard heaters installed, my total expenses have exceeded over {$3000.00} to date. all the while I have also paid {$850.00} each month for rent to the seller Mr XXXX XXXX. the close date was set for the XX/XX/XXXX and as I stated before XXXX XXXX stated that there were no problems that would stop the close on that date. it took 5 days past the close date for XXXX XXXX to call me with a final decision and that it was determined that I was too high of a risk and the loan was denied. when I spoke to XXXX XXXX she stated and I quote " since you have no rental history, your fianc XXXX XXXX 's rental history was used, unfortunately since she had a negative history the decision was that you are too high of a risk for a mortgage loan ''. XXXX XXXX has no reason for even being a basis for decision as she is not even a co applicant on my loan, they had no business using her information against me. XXXX XXXX falsified documents stating that the decision letter was mailed to me on the XX/XX/XXXX, I have photographic evidence of every piece of mail I received from the postal service and no letter or correspondence at all came from XXXX XXXX, in fact I didn't receive a copy of that decision until I was served with notice of eviction on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX should not have manipulated the electronic underwriting, she had 5 months to research every detail needed for my XXXX loan, I am now facing homelessness and have had all my finances drained in this matter. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
