I just received a summons to appear in court by Suisse Bancorp, they taking me to court on a loan XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX, total is XXXX. Now i get a summons that i owe XXXX, I thought my lawyer use the money on my second accident to pay them, i did n't receive no letter from Suisse Bancorp until yesterday on summons.
