I received a call from an agent with Students Come First stating that if I made 6 payments of {$180.00}, then another year of {$64.00} payments that {$14000.00} of my loan would be forgiven. I looked up the information and the company seemed legitimate had a website as well as reviews. I noticed that my loans have not gone down with each payment I was making and I reached out to the company with no response. i called and there is no answer. I get sent to a voicemail for XXXX and no response. Until I received an email in XXXX that was titled to Client ID- XXXX, advising me that they are changing the company they use to process my payments to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I have noticed that sometimes the payment would come out as an XXXX withdrawal to Students CF, and others as a check made out to XXXX XXXX XXXX. I received a letter in the mail from the Department of Education letting me know that my loan service provider has changed to XXXX. I contacted them today and they advised that there is no loan forgiveness on my account and that the Dept. of ED could only offer student loan forgiveness which is usually after 10 years of payments or if I was 100 % from XXXX, I am only 10 %. I realized that I was a victim to a scam. I searched for ways to report the fraud and this was one outlet. My financial institution, said it's buyer beware and I am at a loss of the money that was taken from me and that I could pay stop payment fees or close my account. What do I do? This company has all of my information. Thank you, XXXX XXXX

StudentsComeFirst reached out to me to ask if I was interested in being apart of an income based plan for loan forgiveness through their company. They would pay off my current loan provider, XXXX, after I payed {$340.00} dollars to them within the first month of XXXX. After 6 months of {$340.00} dollars my payments would go down to {$100.00} dollars a month. They took the money out of my bank account but I have no information on them or a way to access my account. I called XXXX, and there was no information that Studentscomefirst is paying off my loan through XXXX and coming to them. I called XXXX and they gave me this number and website. I want to stay with XXXX because they are a trusted company for my federal student loans. I don't see a payment of {$340.00} paid towards my student loans so I do not know where my money is. I tried calling the StudentsComeFirst company but no one answered and my call isn't returned. I signed a document allowing StudentsComeFirst to take over and make direct payments to my bank account on XX/XX/XXXX. The person I spoke to was named XXXX XXXX but the name wasn't recognized when I called the StudentsComeFirst company. I am very scared I being scammed and I want to stop payments to them but am unsure how to do so with signed information I gave them. I want to stay with XXXX and cancel this StudentsComeFirst Company. Please help me. Thank you, XXXX XXXX

the company Students Come First XXXX, promised me loan forgiveness if I consolidated my government loans and charged me {$590.00} for processing fees but never told me these payments wouldn't go to my balance, promised after paying {$2500.00} that the balance would be forgiven. All of it is incorrect. My loan was consolidated with Federal Student Loan and they said they have never heard of a forgiveness loan program unless you are a teacher, that I will owe the entire balance and Ithey don't have any payments that I made to Students Come First nor do they make any payment arrangements by credit card which is what XXXX XXXX set up for me under Students Come First - I would like my money back

I called XXXX to find out about the status of my loan and what to expect for repayment. The representative asked me if I was interested in forgiveness. I pre qualified so said yes. They connected me to a third party but did not inform me they were not affiliated with the federal government. The third party did not inform me they were not connected to the federal government. The company is Students Come First. I did sign the paperwork for forgiveness, but once again I thought this was coming through the Federal Government. They do not answer their phone calls. Im trying to get a response using email. I need to stop the transfer of this loan.
