I received a call in regards to a payday loan that I had paid all principal back in 2013 in the amount of {$400.00}, this was from a tribal lender XXXX XXXX. At that time in 2013 I had contacted the lender directly as I found the loan and the interest was not allowed in Ohio, and paid the principal balance back to them. The number contacting me was XXXX Streamline Financial but when searched comes up as XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) out of XXXX NY, I spoke with a XXXX and told him to mail me a letter in regards to this matter I would not speak to it over the phone for security reasons. He stated they are not a billing agency and could n't provide that to me. When I told him I would not discuss this matter further over the phone he threatened that he would be contact my relatives and place of employment until I did speak with them.
