This is with reference to my original complaint number XXXX regarding Strategic Dealer Services purchasing my auto loan from XXXX XXXX and I was not made aware of this until I attempted to pay my late fee and make arrangement on or around XXXX/XXXX/17. I advised Strategic Dealer that I have not signed a contract with them my signed contract is with XXXX XXXX and I did not see any where in my signed contract with XXXX XXXX that the auto loan can be sold, I asked that Strategic Dealer send me proof of a signed contract with their company and all I received was a welcome package. Yesterday I was bullied into making a payment to Strategic Dealer Services instead of XXXX XXXX because the shut my vehicle off ( Note : vehicle has a GPS of which the company can turn the vehicle off and it will not start until payment of which seems illegal ). I need to know if this is legal because when I called XXXX XXXX to set up my payment who in turn transferred me to Strategic Dealer to make the payment, Strategic stated they started the process of transferring my account back to XXXX but I can make payment to them because the process of transferring account back has not completed. I need to know if this is legal again I have not signed any contract with said Strategic Dealer Services and I want my account to stay with the purchased signed contract of XXXX XXXX asap and all my payments reported every 30 days to all XXXX credit bureau 's. I 'm at a lost and need help asap this all seems illegal and I have a business relation established with XXXX XXXX and their customer service has been great thus far.
