My name is XXXX XXXX, and I have recent close on a property XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. A few month after moving into the property, I recieved a debt collecting letter from XXXX XXXX from Straley and Otto ( legal assistance ) that I owed past due amount XXXX $ XXXX XXXX $ for XXXX 2015 and XXXX $ attorney fee ). I contact XXXX XXXX and provided proofs that I have made all payment on time. Soon after acknowledging that I have made all payment, she continue to ask if I paid the continuing month ( XX/XX/XXXX because it is due, and it not related to the debt, and yes I have been paying on time. She then ask you have to paid attorney fee because she sent me the letter XXXX XXXX Which got me by surprise, I think I 'm being harass and bullying through these type of behavior, though their vision is to help and support the need of compliance citizen. I have emails exchange between me and XXXX and comp if needed
