The website https : thetexasmortgagepros.com advertise rates on their website without disclosing the criteria for the rate and apr. When I called and asked for a rate, I was quoted a whole lot different rate than what the site is advertising. After a lot of questions, I was told those rates are for " preferred '' borrowers only without disclosing what a " preferred borrower '' is or what constitutes a " preferred borrower ''. The advertised rate is nothing but a bait and switch strategy.
