On XX/XX/XXXX, I learned that I had been garnished by a third-party debt collector Stone Higgs and Drexler after over {$230.00} was taken from my pay. I reached out to them to offer to settle this debt because I thought it was related to an auto repair debt that had been discharged in XXXX XXXX in XXXX, but this is a debt that I do not know of as I was a victim of carjacking and my purse was stolen in XXXX. I spoke with XXXX XXXX who told me I owe {$5500.00} I asked her if I could settle this debt for {$1100.00} she told me immediately " No '' and that XXXX would not accept my offer without ever presenting my offer to XXXX. She told me she would call me the next day, but she did not, she went out of town and I called but spoke with someone XXXX who informed me that XXXX XXXX was not in town. However, XXXX XXXX did state that I could pay her the {$1100.00} to stop the garnishment during the phone call, but I would still be obligated to pay them {$50.00} monthly. I asked if I filed for bankruptcy what would happen? XXXX XXXX told me that she would continue to file again and again after my bankruptcy was finished and would continue to file garnishments against me and she has. I took that as a direct threat. Now that she has filed another garnishment after accepting my payments she has made good on her threat, I then went to XXXX XXXX XXXX of General Session on XX/XX/XXXX, to file a Stay of Garnishment paying only a {$17.00} filing fee to stop the garnishment, I have been making payments regularly to Stone, Higgs & Drexler since XX/XX/XXXX, as the courts ordered for me to start paying. I started receiving letters from various attorneys in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I reached out to Stone Higgs & Drexler who told me that I was late in XXXX of XXXX, so they refiled the garnishment, I told them I have my receipt for XX/XX/XXXX. Then I was told there was a late payment was for XXXX, then XXXX. I have those receipts also. If I missed a payment, it was an oversight as I have an impeccable payment history since I completed XXXX XXXX I also stated that I have experienced some memory loss. I asked Stone Higgs & Drexler to send me the original contract that I signed with them and with XXXX. I received an email with a copy of the XXXX contract but not one from Stone Higgs and Drexler meaning I have not contracted with them. The contract is for a bed that I don't know anything about and the original amount on the contract that I received was for a queen bed, dress mirror with a cash price of XXXX. I still have the bedroom furniture that I paid cash for at XXXX XXXX in XXXX. I also found that Stone Higgs & Drexler is a law firm that does not hold a valid license with the State of XXXX Insurance and Commerce as a Debt Collector. I have sent XXXX a letter regarding this as well as a Cease-and-Desist Letter. This is something that was done online and not by me. This is not my signature. I have been wrongfully accused and sued. These people will not talk rationally, they yell and are disrespectful and rude. I attempted to settle the debt because I was trying to purchase a home but this stopped me. XXXX has also violated Data Privacy by willingly and knowingly selling my data to Stone, Higgs, & Drexler, a third-party collection agency that does not have a valid collection license registered with the State of XXXX ( see attached ). They should not be allowed to file a second garnishment while accepting my monthly payments.

I have a mysterious old debt of {$14000.00} from XXXX yrs ago that, from what I am told ; is a from a bank overdraft at XXXX Tennessee TN as it is now XXXX XXXX. I haven't heard or known about this " debt '' the last XXXX years of my life. I have a decent credit score and have multiple credit cards and this has never " popped up '' in my credit report as I am now XXXX.
This has just now " surfaced '' in my life and I haven't known about this. I am being forced against my will to pay this and I don't even know what the XXXX this is?? If I don't pay, this law firm XXXX, XXXX and XXXX will garnish my wages.
I have been given wage garnishment options to repay this, but I still don't know what in the world I am paying?? This is like being mentally and financially XXXX! I set up a payment plan to keep them from garnishing my wages, but again I was informed online that if I do that I will make the old debt " alive '' and then they can seize my property, and AGAIN, I still don't know what in the world this is??
I need some kind of help! Is this legal for a XXXX party to purchase a XXXX XXXX XXXX debt and come after me and try to destroy my life?? I looked at the statute of limitations in TN and everything " falls off '' after 6 years. Does this company rule the world w/o anyone knowing? I " think '' the XXXX & XXXX XXXX is the original account holder and it was sold the the law firm? Again ... what in the XXXX is all of this from XXXX yrs ago?

purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX in XXXX in XXXX. As soon as I rolled off the lot I begin to have mechanical issues. I had to replace the ignition switch, the timing belt and the water pump. The AC & heat also was not properly functioning. I contact the dealership numerous times explaining the situation. I spoke with XXXX the supervisor and was informed that if I could bring the car back and wouldn't be responsible to it anymore. I not to knowledgeable about this process. However I feel that I was deceived and taken advantage of regarding the purchase of the car. I return the car and was notified about the balance after I was told I could just return the car and that would be it. My wife was ill and recently died- it was difficult for me to get to work with all the mechanical issues.A judgement was filed in the amount of {$6000.00} including court cost. The blue book value of the car is $ XXXX {$1800.00}. I am not negating my responsibility however I don't think it's right or fair after I had been lied and still responsible to a lemon.This account was turned over to Stone Higgs & Drexler XXXX and they refused to assist me with reducing the debt and making payment arrangements.

I was issued a subpoena on XX/XX/XXXX by Stone, Higgs, Drexler in Tennessee for a payday with XXXX XXXX. I was never noticed in writing or via mail for this debt. The debt was last paid XX/XX/XXXX. I called XXXX XXXX, spoke with XXXX and I asked her why I was never notified prior to this and she told me I would have to address all concerns with the law firm.
I have spoken with the law firm and asked for debt validation and they refuse to send me documents in the mail. The only response that I am getting is that " We have to be careful what we send you because in live in Arkansas '' ( per XXXX XXXX at the law firm ). I asked what about an offer, but I need documents mailed and they refuse to mail any documents. The company is suing me XXXX plus XXXX in law fees for total of XXXX. The amount on my credit report showed that I owed XXXX ( was final amount reported ). I don't know what to do and they are trying to sue me on XX/XX/XXXX in Tennessee for a judgement.

On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from my employer stating my wages will be garnished by XXXX XXXX financial for a vehicle loan from about 7 years ago ( sometime min/late XXXX ). I didn't receive any correspondence from XXXX XXXX XXXX nor did I have a chance to fix this with them. The vehicle was picked up by XXXX XXXX XXXX after I called them and told them to pick it up due to ongoing transmission problems the vehicle had since purchase. From the beginning I brought the vehicle to their maintenance shop at the dealership at least once a week for the first 30 days of owning the vehicle, and the issue was never fixed. I was in communication with them constantly up until I told them to pick up the vehicle in the early XXXX. They also want me to pay the full amount owed instead of amount minus what they made on reselling the vehicle, resulting in XXXX XXXX financial attempting to collect an amount higher than required.
