I paid Sterling Credit Group on or about XX/XX/2019 to repair my credit. I told the lady that I have 5 things that needed to be cleared from my credit. The five things are : XXXX XXXX ( 30 day late ), XXXX Mortgage ( 30 day late ), XXXX XXXX ( 5 30 day lates ). I also explained to her what I thought were other issues on my credit reports. I explained that my husband recently died and I had taken care of him when he was XXXX XXXX and trying to live on one pay check since his illness. Thats why I had the 30 lates. I also told her that I have two 30 day lates for my current mortgage with XXXX XXXX and one 30 day late with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX credit card which neither had not showed up on my credit report yet. I pay my bills every month. I also told her that I made the payment to my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX credit card but they told me that I didn't pay the right amount. They said that my payment was {$12.00} short and so that meant that I didn't make a payment at all. As of this date, all of those same items that I reported day one is still on all of my credit reports although I was told that the items would be removed from my credit reports. I emailed every credit report I ever received from all bureaus. Recently when I talked to them, they didn't want to discuss the items still being on my credit reports but the NEW items that had be updated or removed. They didn't do anything to get items updated or removed. I also paid to become one of their credit repair sales agent in XX/XX/2019. I have a email confirming my payment for Sterling Credit Group agent from XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2019. I want to be refunded in full for both the credit repair payments and the credit repair sales agent payments. This company tells you everything you want to hear including getting a personal call from the owner This company is a scam and fraud that takes their customers money but never deliver on what they say they are going to do.

This company is making me keep a 6 month contract with them for {$120.00} a month but they are only disputing one thing. For example, this month they only disputed XXXX. Also, I was laid off and can not afford the service so instead of them letting me stop using them, I have to pay them {$240.00} in XXXX. I believe I should pay only for service they are providing. I paid for XXXX which they did services for but I no longer want there service and they haven't done any service since XXXX when I paid them.
Also, I was mislead because I signed up for who I thought was a XXXX " XXXX '' XXXX XXXX XXXX but turns out he is not actually doing the repair but Sterling Credit Group is. So I was mislead because I thought the XXXX XXXX would be doing my credit. The XXXX advertised his credit repair on his channel through his website XXXX XXXX XXXX.
