In early XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, I made direct deposits to the applicable XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX at Stellar Bank. At the XXXX XXXX in XXXX teller XXXX carefully viewed each account to ensure the proper deposits to cover loans. In XXXX the same was done at the XXXX XXXX XXXX Stellar Bank. But I began receiving phone calls from Stellar Bank that my accounts were overdrawn. I informed her that was not so and I had the support of both tellers confirming my position and deposit slips. It did not matter. I emailed a second notice to XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Stellar Bank XXXX XXXX XXXX was assigned to these concerns. XXXX and another representative earlier reduced my checking accounts to avoid monthly small fees. Things became so desperate that I allowed XXXX to be in charge of XXXX XXXX accounts. However, I opened yet another letter from Stellar Bank dated XX/XX/, indicating now that a loan account has a total principal due of {$620.00} and interest due of {$910.00}. When XXXX XXXX left Stellar Bank, only then did problems surface. Once, XXXX located {$1600.00} deposited that a teller had not made. If there was an issue, he would call me and we would resolve it. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and only problems under him.
