Received a letter about a court hearing. Call the leagel office listed to find out what it was about.
They said I took out a loan in XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX on line.
My identity has been stolen after a breech of the 3 credit reporting agencies.
I had credit cards taken out in my name, apparently this loan, several of my bank accounts were also hacked into along with my social security and my unemployment claim.
I did NOT take this loan out. I was separated from my husband and the divorce was final XX/XX/XXXX.
It may even be possible that he took out the loan in my name... I honestly don't know.
I sold my house in XX/XX/XXXX to pay off my bills that I owed.
I am at a loss as to what to do!
I had been XXXX since the sale of my home... no money to my name... until XXXX XXXX XXXX when I was able to get a Section 8 housing voucher.
I have nothing in my name and lost everything I had. XXXX XXXX Sheriff 's Department in XXXX investigated the identity theft and found that a ring in XXXX had stolen my identity. Nothing could be done about it.
I checked with legal services and was advised not to file bankruptcy because I had nothing for anyone to come after me for payment of things that were not mine.

I was served with papers from Mountain Peak Law Group regarding a loan from XXXX XXXX that was bought out by XXXX XXXX XXXX. I called them to discuss the debt and they had informed me what it was about. I agreed to make a payment arrangment. They were suppose to send me documentation of the debt which I never received. The only thing I received was a Judgment Stipulation by XXXX. Due to a hardship I had to consider Debt Relief options. The company I am working with said they needed a statement From Mountain Peak Law group showing the original creditor and the amount owed in order to help me with this debt. I called Mountain Peak Law Group and the sent me a payment history. The only information it showed was a payment I made to them and XXXX XXXX name. I called XXXX XXXXXXXX and they refused to send me information on the debt. They referred me back to Mountain Peak and told me to ask for verification of the debt. I emailed them Mountain Peak back and aked for the verification of the debt. They refused and told me to contact the court. I am filing this because, they never sent me verification of the debt from the start and now it is with the court. I dont understand why.

I recently contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX about XXXX XXXX XXXX, about a judgement that was put on me XXXX. Then I received a email Mountain Law Group in XXXX Colorado from a XXXX XXXX managing Attorney of this firm, she purchased this account that was supposed to be changed off. I received these documents in the mail over the weekend, I have worked hard to get my credit straight, and this shows up in XXXX. I will send these documents included, I want my state attorneys office to look at this.

I received a revival of Judgement, from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, for a judgement XXXX for {$1200.00}. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, filed the complaint pursuant of Judgement for $ XXXXthe second page, asked about my vehicles, a strange woman showed up at my XXXX residence XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX asking about my vehicle that is parked in her yard.
This XXXX XXXX is threatening to take and sell my vehicles for some debt revival

Someone obtained a loan from XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) and purchased a XXXX on XXXX I did not open this loan. This company XXXX can give out loans without credit check. Because this debt was not paid, XXXX send this to a law firm Mountain Peak Law Group ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) to collect this debt. I got the loan document and it is not my signature, not my cell number, and not my email on the loan.

I was served a summons about a debt that I do not remember taking out. the original loan was if XXXX.
the original loan was for XXXX. The paperwork that i got says that it should have been pais off in 2018. I fill that someone took this ioan out in my mane.
