I had my home inspected XXXX after putting an offer in, waited for repairs and had another inspection done on XXXX. None of the repairs were done. I was assured by both my realtor and the sellers realtor that there would be receipts of repair at closing. The seller never showed. I was urged to sign the docs. Currently - my roof isnt attached to my home and my walls are holding water cause mold and almost unlivable quarters for myself and my XXXX children. One of which is special needs. I reached out to the sellers realtor for documents and she provided me one fake receipt from a roofing company that said I had a 5 year warranty on the home- which now the point of contact has blocked my number. No other receipts were provided to me upon asking. Inspection Buyer Report was signed and agreed to by both parties and the seller did not keep his end of the deal, as the back end of my home is caving in and my HOI will not allow me to make a claim on my home due to it being a pre existing issue. Ive emptied my savings, drawn off of my XXXX and have exhausted all avenues of credit which have now left me on the cusp of bankruptcy. I have had to seek out an attorney as well as miss many days of work without pay due to the work being done on my home. Companies liable : XXXX XXXX with XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Statewide Mortgage as I do believe the home was not up to FHA standards.

After completing necessary credit corrections requested by your loan officer XXXX XXXX I was granted an approval to purchase a {$210000.00} home with a VA Loan. A day before the closing day and seller vacating the property I was informed of judgments that would preclude me from purchasing home. I should have been informed of these judgments against me before I was pre-approved for home and definitely before the seller moved out of her home.
