This letter is my final communication regarding your claim that the information below has been verified and that the information being reported by the furnishers is accurate. I have repeatedly asked for evidence to support your reporting of the account BROADWAY FINANCE XXXX, but you have failed to provide me a copy of valid and viable evidence. Furthermore, I have requested your method of verification being that my information was compromised in the XXXX data breach, and you have not complied, which is an additional violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act 611 ( a ) ( 7 ). In the absence of any such documentation, I demand that this information be immediately removed from the credit file you maintain under my Social Security Number. Lastly, the account has been re-aged and should have fallen off of my credit report. Not only are you in violation of re-aging an account, but you are also furnishing inconsistent information because XXXX and XXXX do not report this account. Should you continue in your non-compliance, the law is very clear as to the civil liability and the remedy available to me for negligent non-compliance. I am maintaining a careful record of my communications with you for the purpose of filing a complaint seeking relief and monetary damages under FCRA Sections 616 and 617.

Hello. Last year I had gotten a loan from XXXX XXXX.Here in XXXX XXXX tx located at. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, TX XXXX. In XXXX of XXXX. And I paid ot off. I waited a month and checked my credit report. And it was still being reported as open. I called XXXX XXXX spoke with manager and he said he would take care of it .. as of XX/XX/XXXX it was fraudulently sold or sent to a third party collections agency to collect money I had already paid. And now that has damaged my credit score. I have been trying to build up my score for a while and every point taken away counts. Because of this I'm requesting compensation for damages to my credit score and have advised them I was gon na contact an attorney for further info on what I can do about this. And contacted you guys as well.

Do not go through broadway finance if u do not want to be harassed! I told them I would come in Saturday and the Manager XXXX said it had to be paid today that she would meet us halfway she was screaming and saying we always lie and make excuses. They show up to my husbands job and tell him he has to pay! I have never dealt with a company like that before they usually just report you to the credit company if you do n't pay them, but not this company they harass u with calls and visits until u pay, she did not want to take my arrangement and we feel very harassed. We decided not to pay them because of the way she spoke to us and threatened us and said she would keep calling.

A manager by the name of XXXX XXXX told my brother by telephone that I was on a list to be taken to court when in fact that was not going to happen. I then spoke to a more pleasant woman by the name of XXXX who advised if I made a payment my loan would refinance. That never happened and it has charged off since. I applied for a loan with a different company and that company called Broadway Finance. Someone at Broadway Finance told this other company how a previous conversation went and brought up irrelevant info not pertaining to the issue at hand. I do believe FDCPA laws are and have been violated and they need to be investigated on.

XX/XX/2020, an agent from Broadway fiance called me, and informed me, that if i just made one payment it would bring my account up date. As of today XXXX XXXX 2020, it still sHows i am 90 days paat due, no money has been applied to the account. The agent told me false and misleading practices. I spoke with an agent today, name XXXX, that told me, yes you paid on it, but its still past due, and we are going to report ur payment but we just havent done it yet. I asked him why was i told diffent, on XX/XX/XXXX, he said they didn't mean it that way. I did inform XXXX i am reporting this.

I got loan with Broadway Finance around 2016 for {$500.00}. I have made XXXX XXXX/month on time payments since then, without making headway. XXXX mailed Broadway Finance a letter explaining my inability to keep making payments and asking them to not contact me. XXXX-XXXX- I received 4-6 calls a day from Broadway Finance as well as Broadway Finance staff coming to my house.

Broadway Financial out of XXXX XXXX, TX, has an account that was charged off. When I tried to contact them about paying off the debt it had increased from the original charge off amount and it had continued to increase. Just recently on XX/XX/2020 an increase of {$6.00} was added to my credit along with them running a credit check every 3 months on my credit profile.
