I'm currently in a legal dispute with my home owners association XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) and their attorney Stark & Stark debt collector. Stark & Stark was sent a cease and desist letter on XX/XX/XXXX. my request has been completely ignored on multiple occasions. XX/XX/XXXX a notice wage of execution was sent to a colleague of mine and a company that i don't even work for. I wrote private on all my documents pertaining to this matter and was completely ignored. Stark & Stark has violated my rights many times. Stark & Stark has been bullying me for over 10years for a 3,000 debt. and another 7,000 in legals fees which is extortion. and because of their relationship with the courts the motions always work in their favor. They failed to provide me with an ADR ( alternate dispute resolution prior to ligation. Stark and Stark made false claims it was offered and I never responded which is false.Because the ADR law was created after I purchased my home. ADR should have been created by the association and I requested a ADR in court and still haven't seen one. Starting XX/XX/XXXX, I sent them a payment every month to try to resolve alleged balance, of the association fee in good faith and each payment was returned basically it wasn't good enough. How do you sue someone for money but return it? This is all about extorting me out of my home. XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX with the help of Stark & Stark and XXXX XXXX XXXX own several homes in my development using these same bullying practices. They're clearly taking full advantage of the fact. Our homes were built in a marginalize community through the affordable housing program. and they can get some prime real estate at a bargain. Now this area is under redevelopment. and our property values has tripled. Its unethical, aggressive and should be against the law but unfortunately, it's not. Stark & Stark and XXXX XXXX for some reason think they can skip steps in due process.
