The company STAR LOANS IN HUMBLE TEXAS has been harassing me even after I asked over 5 times to not call me. I Informed the young lady " XXXX '' or " XXXX '' that whenever I have the money I will make payment. The young lady took the matter personal and used words that were very unprofessional. She called me " buddy '', " XXXX '', " XXXX '' and said word for word, " well why did you get the loan if you couldn't pay it XXXX ''. I hung up after arguing with the lady and asked the company to stop reaching out to me. I asked her, " mam, I will not argue with you, behind {$65.00}. Please stop yelling at me and as I stated when I have the funds I will provide. '' As a place of business, this matter seemed personal and not business professional.
I also told the company do not pop up at my house due to me having kids and my security. They would bang on the door for XXXX minutes. I have video footage from my security camera as well. This company popped up at my house 3 times and I have video footage even after asking them not too.
My community is gated and I am not giving access, therefore I'm not sure how they are getting through the front gate. The front office notifies us of any visitors, from doordash to people stopping by, so they are either driving behind a car through the gate, and at that point its harassments.
After speaking with front office, XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ) stated they never spoke with the company, and this is our residence. Its their duty to protect. I'd like to file a complaint and also if possible may counter sue for harassments. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional loan company. The payday loan is under {$250.00}, and considered civil, and not major.
" XXXX '' also said that they would have to sell to litigators etc. I informed them I know the proper protocol and if that's what they need to do, I proudly will take responsibility and deal with the litigators. She then kept arguing. I agreed and I'm assuming she tried to scare me off, but it did not. As a consumer, and anyone, I know how credit works. Report it and leave me alone, Stop harassing me as a personal matter, its a business matter.
Its unprofessional and as a place of business calling me degrading words, that's unacceptable.
I am a current law student, as well and have two well known commercial attorney parents and finishing my last year. As learned and experienced, harassment is unacceptable, with no exceptions.

On XX/XX/XXXX in XXXX, Ok I communicated with Manager XXXX at Star Loans that I would be several days more late on my payment. The loan was due XX/XX/XXXX with a 10 day grace period it would be XX/XX/XXXX. I told her that my account is over drafted, it was a hard month for me supporting a XXXX and 2 adults due to the stresses of the economy and holidays. XXXX was extremely rude and insulting. She told me she could not hold my loan for payment on XX/XX/2021 and cant I go overdraft your account more to get the money. I told XXXX shes being insulting and that I always communicate to her issues I may have when making payments, but that they do get paid. XXXX continued to speak to me in a hostile manner stating this is a two way street and youll need me for money in the future. XXXX then asked what date do you want me to put you for I told her XXXX XXXX said no Ill put XXXX you can pay me with your stimulus check. She hung in my face.
XXXX is always rude and hostile at Star Loans. She needs to be reprimanded immediately. I am a XXXX XXXX and XXXX would call to administer her XXXX XXXX. I did this for her. For her to be so rude to me not only humiliated me, but I will never do business with her after XXXX when I pay off the loan in its entirety.

For the last 3 months I have called to make my payments on the last day of the month during posted business hours. First when I call, I am told their system is down. After I persist, I have been told their system is closed and payments wouldnt be posted until the next day. I have countered with the fact that I am making this payment during their posted business hours. I was told that they can close out their day prior to close of business. I explained that was not legal or correct. Their response has been it wont be posted until the next day.
I made my XXXX payment on XX/XX/2023 at XXXX for {$130.00}. I made my XXXX payment on XX/XX/2023 at XXXX for {$130.00} I would like to know why am I being told my payments would be posted on another day when the payments have been made during posted business hours.
I now show a delinquent mark on my credit report for the XXXX payment. This is unacceptable.

Star loans is harassing me and my husband about a payment, we have told them we do not have it but will try to pay what we can, they are refusing to take a payment unless it's the amount {$260.00}. we signed collateral to them an XXXX, we asked if they would take that and they refused saying " we don't want your stuff we want our money '' they threatened to take us to court for " theft '' even tho we have been making payments, we're just late and struggling to keep food on our table. They have no remorse no consideration, they only want money in cash. Everytime my husband speaks to the two lady 's they are VERY rude rasing their voices and trying to provoke him, they do not let him talk or get a word in they talk to him like he has no sense at all. I hope they don't treat all their customers like that.

I got a loan last year and I have refinanc ed over 3-4 times to build my credit instead when I paid on time it knocked my points down my vehicle broke down and I lost my job I explained to them I can male pay ments when I get my disability check they have called me 5-6 time s a day including after hours from their cell phones they harassed me so much I had to deactivate my cell phone this went on even after I made a payment now they are harassing my references. They we 're completely rude on their voicemails also

This account was paid in full XX/XX/2016, it was a secured and was not any late payments. it was a loan company which the bal. at the time due was XXXX a mo. I have called to see if the company would correct this no action has been taken.
On the account XXXX XXXX shows on my credit report as a charge off but this account was a secured account loan company that was never charge off loans were paid in full. And I would like for them to remove it. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Tx XXXX XXXX
