On XX/XX/XXXX, I received an email from my credit monitoring service. It informed me that my credit score had dropped over 40 points. I logged on and found that Stanislaus Credit Control had illegally posted a collection account and the original creditor was XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have never heard of nor had an account with either of these two companies. My report shows that it is an open account and was opened on XX/XX/XXXX with a balance of {$470.00} I have no know knowledge of these two companies nor this debt. I have never had an account not any dealings with either of them. I never receive a letter in the mail that gave me 30 days to validate or dispute this account. I never received a letter stating that I have an alleged debt with this company and owe a balance on that account. Again, I have absolutely no knowledge of this account with them. I understand that, under the FDCPA guidelines for collection agencies or me to go further with this account, I need ( 1 ) proof that they are the original holder of this debt and can legally hold me responsible for paying this debt and ( 2 ) contractual proof of obligation or an assignment SIGNED in BLUE ink from an officer from the original creditors corporation that I am supposed to pay them. 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( b ) of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) grants me the right to request validation of this alleged debt they say I owe. If I would have gotten anything in the mail from this company before they illegally reported to my credit report, I would have respectfully requesting evidence that I am the person they are asking to pay this debt and a contractual obligation that legally binds me to pay them this debt. Upon them receiving my validation letter, they would have to legally cease from collection calls, letters, and efforts and delete the account from my credit files until they can validate this debt. But again, I never received such a letter about this account ever in the mail. They have illegally posted and reported to my credit file file without adhering to the FDCPA laws. When I got the email on XX/XX/XXXX, proceeded to contact them via phone number that was listed on the account ( XXXX ). From the first time I called up to now, no one is picking up the phone and the phone line says to leave a message. There is no other contact information, but by phone. However, there is no voicemail prompt to leave a message. Im not sure if this a scam or someone is attempting to hack my credit file or not. What I do know is that this company has broken FCRA and FDCPA laws but reporting a false account to my credit report without informing me through mail, email, phone, etc. My credit score has dropped tremendously in the middle of purchasing a home. Please help me get his account removed immediately. I'm preparing to sue under the FCRA and FDCPA because of the damages to my credit and opportunity costs with the purchase of my home and business ventures that have to be delayed until this illegal account is removed. I checked my credit score and noticed it had decreased and there was a report stating i was in collections. I gathered the information and attempted to call them. After calling them 4 times i got a hold of someone who then transferred me to the agent XXXX, she started the call extremely rude asked for my addressed and i let her know i never received a noticed since the address on file was incorrect she said they did not receive a mail back so the address was correct even though i stated the address was incorrect. I asked if there was a way to dispute and she stated i could not dispute the balance. In the beginning of the phone she let me know the balance was for XXXX then later on the phone call told me the balance XXXX since there was interest charge. She did not state her mini Miranda, she did not let me know the call was being recorded and hung up on me and was extremely rude and sarcastic and also lied about the balance on my account. She did not let me know if collection activity would continue. I called again to get the balance resolved and she let me know that i could not dispute and to talk to her manager. After i spoke with her manager she also did not do much. She did not tell me call was being recorded or the mini Miranda, she said she could give me a discount but did not offer to let me dispute the account. After i told her they had the wrong address she did not gather the correct address information and let me know i can dispute and rushed me off the phone without giving me details on how to dispute. I had a XXXX XXXX right after the call because of manipulative and rude behavior. The agent I spoke to was XXXX and her supervisor was XXXX. I do not owe this balance. The services were never provided. They broke FDCPA laws and HIPPA laws. I feel harassed and nothing was ever provided to me regarding the outstanding balance.

Today, XX/XX/18, I contacted the collection agency that recently sent me a letter regarding a collection matter that I thought was already resolved. The company is : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX Without any success in resolving this matter again, I am now contacting you for help. My nephew, XXXX XXXX, was involved in an accident and went to the hospital. I received a bill for his visit. I am not responsible for his medical bills, as he is XXXX XXXX XXXX and no longer lives here at home. I first contacted the company, XXXX XXXX California, who had sent the first invoice and informed them of my situation. They supposedly had made adjustments to the account and assured me that my name would be removed from the invoice as it was not my responsibility. That did not happen. I just received a collection letter from another agency with my name still attached as the responsible party fr this debt. I am NOT responsible for this bill! I have tried to resolve this matter every way I know possible without any success, and now need your help to resolve this. Please help me and/or advise what my next step should be to keep this matter from damaging my credit. This is completely outrageous that I have had to put so much time and effort into a matter that has nothing to do with me. My next call may have to be an attorney! Please HELP!!! It clearly has been more than XXXX days, and yet XXXX of the claims is still illegally on my credit reports for {$220.00}. stanislaus credit control has broken the law by deleting and reinserting these accounts mutliple times ( i have proof of this ) not sending a reinsertion letter. i recieved a copy of XXXX bills from this company that did not validate any debt as it was a copy of XXXX bills .... both without signatures and broke hippa as the line that shows that it was ok toreleased info to process the claim was blank. i will be seeking legal remedies if this is not resolved immediately

A hopital medical bill came to my address attention to me from someone who used my address when he got into an auto hit and run accident. After his release from hospital Ive been receiving the bill continously for several months despite my sending a letter informing them that the bill is not mine and he does not live at my residence nor I am his guardian. I do not even know the person. The bill is not mine. I am not the patient. For several months I am still getting the bill and now from a collection agency despite my numerous times of communicating with the hospital that the bill is not mine and I have no information regarding the whereabouts of this person. Stanislaus Credit Control Services reported {$450.00} on my credit without sending me any communication. I was never informed that this money I have to pay. I did n't even receive verification of debt which I requested. They did n't even inform me, all they did is reported to my credit report. So I called them and requested them its wrong I may dispute it later by I want this off my credit report. I was XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX . The b ill that was not paid is from XXXX XXXX XXXX . I have called them and told them the bill needed to be sent directly to my insurance company, XXXX . A debt collection agency has appeared on my credit report from Stanislaw Credit CO. It states that it's a medical collection from XXXX XXXX XXXX for the amount of {$660.00}. I have made repeated phone calls to the number listed on my credit report that is associated with Stanislaw and left voicemails asking for a call back to discuss repayment. I have been trying to repair my credit. I have contacted this company for months, several times per week, at different times per day. I have left multiple voicemails on what sounds like an extremely unprofessional, unverifiable collection agency. My HIPPA laws have been violated my information has been released to a third party. They are in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act twice over. First by the original alleged creditor giving my information to a third part debt collector and secondly by submitting the Medical debt to the credit bureau. I have a derogatory mark on my credit report from an open collections account from Stanislaus Credit Control. I never received any phone calls or letters from them since the account was opened six years ago. I recieved an alert from my credit monitoring service that 6 days ago, a collection company ( stanislaus credit control and XXXX had deleted an account from my report and then reinserted it the same day. I have waited the 5 days required by law to recieve a reinsertion letter and have not recieved this. It is illegal to reinsert a collection that had been removed without notifying the consumer.
