Lender Sportsman 's Credit, LLC agreed to drop my payment to {$350.00} due to me having to pay the IRS every month. I have been paying {$350.00} for almost an year know. Well lender XXXX XXXX had a real bad attitude on XX/XX/2016 and told me I have been paying partial payment and that I 'm {$1800.00} dollars in late fees. I did n't know anything about this. He also got mad and told me he did n't want my tragedy XXXX car and to go ahead and file bankruptcy like my friend did which I did n't not know.
