I started my own business, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX and signed up with XXXX, a white label agency to help me scale my business. During the process of starting the business, I was laid off from my previous employer, XXXX XXXX. Outside of monthly VA XXXX payments and XXXX on the side, I had little income coming in for financial stability. On XX/XX/XXXX at approximately XXXXXXXX XXXX, I was on a XXXX Call with an XXXX representative and informed him that I was laid off from my job and could not afford their services to continue. I was told by the representative that if I signed up for their XXXX elite program, they could help me scale my business within 14 to 30 days with the goal of making $ XXXX monthly. I could not afford their payment plan so they informed me of a financing option to help me get started for their business mentorship program. This is where Special Financing Company , LLC, who financed the program through a loan. The contract with Special Financing Company was signed and a first payment was made on XX/XX/XXXX of {$450.00} and my 2nd, most recent payment made on XX/XX/XXXX. After that was done, I begun working with the XXXX elite program on XX/XX/XXXX and went through the onboarding steps and met for their weekly XXXX call meetings to cover different topics. The first key onboarding step was to send my niche worksheet to the main business head coach at the time, XXXX XXXX so I can have my one on one XXXX meeting to discuss the strategy to get my business moving forward. 3 weeks passed with no response back concerning the niche worksheet I sent, via on his XXXX inbox. As that time elapsed, a new head coach took over, XXXX XXXX. I sent him the same niche worksheet to get a meeting, however there was no follow up on XXXX 's end and more time went along without getting the direction I needed from the first primary step they recommended to scale my business quickly. Last week, due to the financial stress I have been under from being unemployed with the little income I make from XXXX which has occupied most of my time, VA monthly XXXX checks which is not enough to cover my rent from my recently renewed lease last month, being unable to file for unemployment due to my last employment being a contracting job that's a XXXX with XXXX XXXX, and applying for food stamps under the XXXX XXXX, I requested a resolution XXXX call with XXXX to have my contract forfeited due to lack of delivery of services promised to me, being unable to afford continuing the monthly payments of {$450.00}, and facing the risk of eviction for not making enough to cover rent. The first resolution meeting was scheduled for Thursday, XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX with XXXX XXXX from the XXXX resolutions team. XXXX did not show up for that meeting that was scheduled ahead of time since he was on another meeting, thus the meeting was rescheduled for the next XXXX hours, XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX. Once again, XXXX did not show up on the Zoom call, but called me at approximately XXXX by phone. He told me that there was nothing he could do and that though my monthly payments were covering the XXXX elite program, they were going to Special Financing Company. I asked XXXX if I contacted Special Financing Company, would they help me forfeit the contract, he told me repeatedly that all they will do is refer me back to XXXX and will not help me per what was on the contract. I decided to call Special Financing Company, today, XX/XX/XXXX, at approximately XXXX XXXX to request no more payments be withdrawn from my debit card/bank account by having the payment authorization removed. I was told by the female customer service rep on the line that I had to email XXXX with a written request to have this done. This additional step was NOT on the written contract on page 7 out of 10, under the Optional Recurring Payment Authorization section, I had a choice to cancel on the phone or email. On XX/XX/XXXX another breach of contract occurred. XX/XX/XXXX at approximately XXXX, I got a notification from XXXXXXXX XXXX that Special Financing Company withdrew a payment of {$450.00} from my debit card. On the same day, at approximately XXXX, I contacted Special Financing Company by phone, their phone number XXXX, and spoke with a female representative asking her why did they breach contract again by taking more funds after I emailed them telling them DO NOT take anymore money from either my bank account or debit card, yet they still did. She asked if I emailed them to the email address that was provided, XXXX, telling them I do not give them ANY consent furthermore to take any funds from my account. She proceeded to lie by saying that I did not email them and have no receipt of me ever emailing them. They already breached contract the first time stating I had to both call and email them a written request to that email address, terms which were NEVER specified in their DocuSigned contract on page 7 of 10 under the " Optional Recurring Payment Authorization '' section, but I had the choice to either call or email and they would end the authorization. I called them, following the guidelines of the contract but they failed to do their own part according to their own contract. I am a Veteran that's currently below the poverty line trying to work myself out of debt with my new business. Because of their withdrawal of my funds on XX/XX/XXXX which I clearly stated I did not permit, I was in the negative in my bank account and dealing with emotional distress, while I'm already seeking help from the VA and vet center due to XXXX symptoms. My complaint was originally filed with the Attorney General 's office but I was referred over to CFPB as the more appropriate authority to help me resolve this issue.

Special finance company was used for a medical procedure. They have been over charging me. It has gone on for some time because of them adding excessive late fees and hidden fees Ive made payments but lost my job for a lower paying position, so I immediately contacted special finance and asked company if I could pay weekly {$25.00}. I feel like Ive been paying thousands and getting Nowhere even when I was paying Company charged me late fees the entire time which was additional money that made it even more difficult. They refused to work with me in lowering the interest rate and said they would remove 6 late fees if I paid {$85.00} a week and So I did so. It was tough but I wanted to get this paid and needed the late fees to stop. I struggled but special fiance refused to remove the 6 out of many late fees and then took a double payment without my authorization on XX/XX/XXXX. This caused a problem with one of my account son created they took a double payment. I called to Tell them and they first said they would put the money back in the account and I the. Asked if I could also get the late fees they said they would refund and the agent flipped out and said I was lucky to get a refund of the {$85.00} and that I dont have to give that back in your account. I told her that her company double billed me and cause a problem in my account. I made arrangements for {$85.00} weekly but special finance took out twice that amount in one daub without my authorization. She said well you owe the money so what. It was very unprofessional and disturbing because I trusted this company with my card number and they maliciously roommate double payment ; said they would return it and lied. They ask lies as never had any intentions of giving me the six late fees. They led me to believe they would credit me six late fees for I paid {$85.00} Weekly for over a month which I did, but they lied and just wanted {$85.00} week. The reason I am so behind in this bill is the excessive late fees. I could never catch up despite my hardship. I continue making payments and this company continues tacking on late fees that have been excessive and they are double dipping in my account without authorization. The company also charges .XXXX cent every time you make a simple pay. It has Serious unethical billing issues. The XXXX XXXX XXXX eared Special Fianc with an F rating. The representatives will not Let you speak to a supervisor and they are very rude and disrespectful. They threaten to submit you to the credit bureau and said they could easily destroy your credit. It is horrific and frightening. Im so sorry I ever used this company. They has also gone under another name Since they refused to refund my second payment they took Without authorization, I had to call my bank and stop my card out of fear they would take more money that I have allocated to other bills. I need help. This is so wrong what this company does. Id like to get on an affordable payment plan and Id like to get the late fees removed and the threats to stop. I am reaching out to the CFPB with concern as to how both the " Special Financing Company LLC and XXXX XXXX '' operate in the capacity of offering marketing and financing solutions provided to the public. I believed that what had been provided was straight forward but once getting a bit deeper I had discovered that the platform offered by XXXX XXXX is basic and entry at best vs 's what is described compared to what is offered with other platforms. After finding the truth based upon my own discovery i had requested to cancel services not to move forward with XXXXXXXX XXXX. In addition followed up with the Special Financing Company LLC. requesting to cancel service and funding to move forward with XXXX XXXX. Within days of entry and signing their contract i had requested to cancel services, only to be delayed pushed off to support speaking with XXXX going in circles and reselling me on services and having to be rescheduled for the request to cancel for a 15 min call just to cancel which had been pushed off for 2 weeks. Once I had the ability of speaking to XXXX XXXX " financial advisor '' as he stated from XXXX XXXX he refused to cancel stating that i had already been funded and that it was to late to refund or cancel. As XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for over a decade, I have never experienced a company slow walk a simple request like this EVER! The actions of XXXX XXXX 's conduct validates my decision to not proceed with XXXX XXXX or their Special Financing Company LLC. I have also reached out to my Banking institution for the refund of my initial deposit of {$900.00} with XXXX XXXX which had been refunded within 24hrs of my concern, as well all three credit bureaus have been contacted regarding this matter. AGAIN My last call with XXXX XXXX was direct and to the point calling out the obvious in which he deflected/ dismissive stating that he had to go to another appointment and that he would not cancel services upon my request and that it was to late. The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX had been a bit more receptive and that my request stops with XXXX XXXX 's decision to rescind. XXXX XXXX had reached out after a week and half last Saturday XXXX trying to resolve the matter of my request to cancel or answer questions or answer concerns ... '' going with the motions ''. It is very simple I am over the smoke and mirrors, Cancel services stop dragging this out! I felt like i was dealing with a cable company. I bought a XXXX inch FROM XXXX FOR XXXX FOR WHICH they then tacked on an extra XXXX. I originally bought a laptop for which I had to return because it was the wrong one. he charged a markup on this device but did not return it when it was credited I ended up being billed XXXX for a XXXX tv originally purchased from XXXX XXXX through XXXX. Then special financing who bought the loan was taking payments from my check at work. I took them off because I was on XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX I was getting sick pay 15 hours per month and the got all of my sick pay money. So I requested the company take them off of direct pay. they then hit my bank about 6 times I ended up payment XXXX in nonsufficient funds fees the bank credited me back XXXX. The company then went to my XXXX card which I did not authorize they only had it when I used it to pay them before. They stated that I gave them a copy of this card when I took out the loan, this was lie because I did not have this card then. I was reissued a card 4 months after I took out the loan. so after I paid them XXXX and agreed to pay the rest of the money the following month. The went into my account and charged XXXX without my permission ( I thought certain types of payments were not subject to collection -- this was XXXX check from ca state XXXX ) I had been on XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX the job paid them all of my sick pay which I requested and when I ran out they could no longer pay them, they got desperate and they took money from wherever they could. After getting the XXXX from my XXXX they stated that they received an additional XXXX check from my job which means they received XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. they billed me a final payment XXXX for the bill from XXXX. They were overpaid and they will not return my money I sent the bank the statement that I sent you because they stated I HAD TO PROVE THAT I DID NOT OWE THEM BEFORE THEY WOULD RETURN ANY MONEY. they gave me XXXX on my card but the company did not give me anything. I called today they stated that they sent it too the bank. I asked her two weeks ago why would you send my money to the bank when you received if from my job. The bank never received the money I never received it because they never sent it. I am of the opinion that since the bank paid me back half the XXXX they want to keep it all. See the attached statement where they billed me XXXX and they include XXXX as " other fees '' I do n't know what that is.

I reviewed my credit report and learned there was an unauthorized inquiry made by Special Financing Company LLC. I sent several letters to the address provided on my credit report requesting that the company cease its unauthorized hard inquiries into my credit report and that they contact the credit bureau to have the inquiry removed. I communicated that, to my knowledge, I had not signed any documents authorizing their organization to view my credit history, and therefore the inquiry violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 1681b ( c ) : Transaction Not Initiated by Consumer. I asked them to furnish any document that they believed authorized their organization to make inquiries into my credit report, and I requested that the document and proof that I requested this line of credit be sent to my address. In responding to my inquiry, the company merely stated that my credit was requested by XXXX XXXX XXXX rather than Special Financing Company LLC. Special Financing Company can not remove any credit inquiries because the application does not commence with our office. '' As an initial matter, I didn't authorize any applications. Secondly, XXXX XXXX XXXX isn't listed on my credit report anywhere, and Special Financing Company LLC is listed. Indeed, XXXX XXXX XXXX is a " furnisher '' as described by 16 CFR 660.2 ( c ) because it is an entity that furnishes information relating to consumers to one or more consumer reporting agencies for inclusion in a consumer report. I have a copy of the mailed letter ( certified ) and the company 's response. I would like the inquiry removed from my Credit Reports. Additionally, after reviewing the XXXX XXXX XXXX - The company has many complaints. One response from the company stated, " Special Financing Company does not report to the credit reporting agencies. '' So if this is the case, then why are you reporting an unauthorized credit inquiry on my report without giving me any proof that I requested this? If Special Financing Company LLC. fails to resolve this matter, I will consult an attorney to file a suit against them for violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Account number : XXXX. I have previously disputed this loan and it was closed unsatisfactorily. I do not have any legal document binding between myself and the loan company yet they keep calling me and trying to forcefully debit my bank account. I attached the loan agreement they used in closing my previous complaint and on top of the sales invoice it says " XXXX XXXX '' as the seller. XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) is the surgeon that operated on me in XXXX of 2015 and not a loan company. I am not obligated to keep paying Special Financing since I do not have any legal signed document between myself and special financing. I have not received any statement of account from them showing itemized payments that were made in the past. Here are a few other complains that I have about this rip-offs : They have been constantly harassing myself and my relatives with several phone calls. This phone calls are embarrassing and should stop. The company in question is special financing company and they are ripping me off every dollar I get with outrageous interest and fees. I received a medical loan of {$3000.00} on XXXX/2015 and they heaped up additional fee of {$2000.00} and the loan keeps going up every day because of their greed. I have proof that the company paid less than {$3000.00} to the surgeons office ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I am drowning in financial crises because they have refused to give me an accurate written breakdown of my payments nor did they inform me that my loan of {$3000.00} was going to be bumped up to {$5000.00}. There are also additional hidden fees and late payment charges attached to the {$5000.00}. This is more like a rip off and no one should be subjected to such trauma. I am tired of living in debt to fulfill their outrageous monthly obligations. Please look into this complaint on the fraudulent actions.

This is an additional complaint in relation to case number XXXX , regarding account number XXXX with Special Financing Company , LLC. I received the statement for XXXX XXXX this morning via email as per my request from customer service yesterday. Upon my review of the billing statement I discovered some discrepancies in regard to the account. The APR listed on the statement is 18.99 %. The APR on the Sales Order that I signed on XXXX XXXX , XXXX states that the XXXX on the loan is 17.99 %. I have uploaded a copy of the executed Sales Order that states this agreed upon APR. Also, the billing statement shows that there are 25 pa yments due until the account is paid in full. As of XXXX XXXX , XXXX , there have bee n 13 p ayments deducted from my bank account and credited to the balance of the loan. The offer that I received from XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX , was an offer of a 36 month ( 3 year XXXX loan. That is the offer than I reviewed, gave consideration to and accepted. I do not have a copy of this offer, however XXXX XXXX XXXX should have a record of it. I have uploaded co pies of 13 payments that have been withdrawn from my bank account. If there are 25 payments still remaining and I have paid 13, this is a 38 month loan. Also, customer service has informed me via telephone that this is a 3 year loan. My last concerns are that I was charged {$990.00} just to " start '' the account, and no funds from this fee were applied to my account balance. Additionally, there is a {$1000.00} added to the balance of the loan that is not part of the funds dispersed nor interest. I question if this practice violates consumer right 's laws.

In XX/XX/2016 I signed up with company called XXXX who stated I was eligible for Student Loan Forgiveness through a program and after 10 years debt would be erased and lesser monthly payment that was owned by XXXX ( now XXXX ). XXXX did documents and payment came back at XXXX as loans were bought by Dept of Education. I was told that I would have to recertify each year and once I did recently I was denied this program as they misrepresented my income as being single last year which I was not. When I recertified I used mine and spouses income and was denied while XXXX informed me my income went up significantly which is not accurate. What is also very bothering is I was informed by XXXX that they have numerous complaints with XXXX and that I should consider filing complaint as I continue to be charged XXXX a month automatic withdrawal for them doing paperwork which was not represented accurately. The automatic payment is taken by a company that evidentally represents XXXX account and it is called Special Financing Company LLC. I have called this company and had my account noted and I also contacted my back and placed a stop order on this monthly withdrawal. I would appreciate any help you can provide with this. I also believe I am entitled to 11 months of payment X XXXX be refunded for their inaccurate representation of a plan I am not even qualifed for. Very frustrating considering I have made over 20 years of on time payments for student loan and yet I am no further along. I am pretty sure I have paid these off and then some. Any support you could provide against my complaint regarding XXXX would be appreciated. Total paid to date is {$1000.00}

when I signed up for the loan in XXXX/XXXX/XXXX I agreed to auto pay. Earlier this year I experienced financial hardship from losing my job. I requested that auto pay be cancelled, the lender refused to do so and took and unauthorized payment from my account in XXXX. I called and they then cancelled it after it over drafted my account by over {$400.00} I had to pay those over draft fees. on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX they took another unauthorized payment from my account for XXXX I requested it be refunded they refused and told me to send a cease and desist letter, I requested to speak to a manager the person I spoke with refused to let me speak to someone else and asked me to call back at a later time and hung up on me. I had to call my bank and block them and they 're closing that account I have to wait 10 days for a new card and because the transaction is still pending I have to wait for it post before I can get a refund which will take a total of 12 days, therefore I am out of the money for nearly two weeks. The lender refuses to refund the payment. when I originated the loan I was told it would help build my credit after I go the loan Special Financing Company told me they will not report to the credit bureaus I was lied to, I have received multiple calls from them in some cases back to back my calls records can prove that. I have lost several hundreds of dollars dealing with this company. in the year and a half I have had this loan I 've never once received a statement, if you request a copy of my call records with them I have made multiple requests which they have not honored

took out a personal loan with this business in XXXX XXXX , have only received a few monthly statements in the past year. I have had to call and request a few of them. On XXXX XXXX XXXX the business informed me that because XXXX of my statements was returned that their system would no longer issue monthly statements again, that I could call and request them. I said that the duty is not on me as the debtor to request my statements and asked for a supervisor but was told that she was out. On XXXX XXXX XXXX I spoke to a company supervisor and advised that this was not acceptable and demanded to receive monthly statements on my account. She said she would arrange for their XXXX employee to " fix '' the problem in their system so that I would receive monthly statements. I asked when I should expect the next statement, she advised me that it would generate after XXXX XXXX and that I would receive it by mail shortly thereafter. On XXXX XXXX , I still did not not received a statement, so I called customer service. The representative said that I can not get monthly statements because I have had mail returned. I explained to her that is an issue that the manager said that she was going to solve and the representative said that it had not been solved yet and that the manager was not available. On the original loan contract it states that they " the creditor '' will mail monthly billing statements of all charges on my account unless prohibited by fe deral law. The creditor is breaching the contract by not mailing monthly statements to me.

I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX to sign up for their program. I was mislead and lied to on many occasions. Even when I tried to cancel before they pretended to start working I receive a called for the XXXX stating we will get it done. This company caused my XXXX XXXX to drop tremendously by sending in incorrect information had a wrong date of birth added that I had to get corrected. Even after I asked them to stop sending their so -called dispute letters in they wouldnt stop insisted they will keep trying. Fortress teamed up with Special Financing LLC this fraudulent company and they are telling me I still have to pay for amount that was financed even though they didnt do any work on my behalf. They made it difficult me to even apply for anything each credit bureau put fraudulent red flags on my credit file and it took me months to get that straightened out. The XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX stated she would contact Special Financing LLC so they would zero my account out and I wouldnt receive a bill. Today XX/XX/2022 I received a statement saying I owe Special Financing LLC. I am tired of these people harassing me. I will be getting into with an attorney this evening because I am tired these XXXX scammers. I would like for the FBI to investigate them up and down. And review all their fraudulent agreements and contracts. I am a veteran and I will be seeking guidance from the XXXX XXXX as well. This makes no sense at all trying to take money from individual when youre not performing the services that you guarantee. Where are your human morals people

I am having a problem trying to find out is it possible for me to break contract with Special Financing Company LLC XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , Virginia XXXX Phone : ( XXXX ) XXXX Regarding my purchase from merchant : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX Amount Financed : {$1900.00} Minimum monthly payment {$98.00} First payment date : XXXX / XXXX / 2016. I have been paying them for a year and this money I am sending them it is not going towards my payment decreasing my student loan. I spoke with a representative on the phone because I am in the process of getting my loan recertified for IBR which means Income Base Repayment because my income is very low. She told me the representative that only the {$110.00} I am paying them is going towards my loan amount for decreasing it and the money that XXXX Special Financing Company is not doing anything for me and that I could have easily called them to have gotten my monthly payment for IBR in the amount of {$110.00}. I want to know why I was led to believe they are helpi ng me I want this contract broken with them if possible or are the legal company and why was I target. When I try to call XXXX , the same voice comes on the phone saying that you have called after hours of operation and just leave a message when you can not leave a message because the mailbox is full. I am writing to your agency in hopes someone can help me with this company. I am going to explain what happened : I got involved in an online business opportunity fraudulent scheme. After I paid one company all these fraudulent companies were calling me by This company called XXXX XXXX XXXX contacted me by phone on XXXX/XXXX/2016. They were very pushy. It was supposed to be an at home business opportunity. They asked me to pay {$3000.00}. I told them I did not have it, they were very persuasive and did not take no as an answer, so they told me not a problem they could finance it, so I paid them {$500.00} and they were going to divide the remaining balance of {$2500.00} plus the APR+18,99 % and charge me a monthly fee of {$120.00} taken automatically from my account. I had second thoughts and canceled my services within the 3 day period. I am still trying to get my {$500.00} deposit from this company till this day. They wo n't answer my calls. Complete scam. I did some research on this company and all I found was bad reviews. They have a " F '' with BBB.So that 's when the company Special Financing Company LLC comes in to the picture. They still charging my checking account a monthly charge of {$120.00}. How can Special Financing Company LLC still charge my account and back up this fraudulent company? I did not receive any services, I canceled my services and I still being charged. I need your help and try to immediate it please. They are taking from my XXXX account every month. Thank you

Financial aid Services was the company that processed my student loans. They told me to give them all my information and they would send my loans to be consolidated and then would process forgiving a large portion because I was unemployed at the time. They did n't do any of that. Everything was done through the phone and they tooknow my social security, my drivers licence, date of birth and my bank account number and wanted my immediate signature to process some information. I was directed to a website so I do n't even have anot email. All that I do have is that if the processing did n't go through and I did n't receive XXXX welcome packet in the mail, to contact XXXX at XXXX. I later started receiving automatic deductions from my bank account that I thought were paying off my student loans. The payments were to " Special Financing Company LLC ''. I only found out it was fraud months later because myou Fed loans bill came and my balance is much higher than it was supposed to be. I was unemployed and totally depressed. How do they do this to so many people and sleep at night?

XX/XX/XXXX, i reached out to XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXXXXXX consult. I received a quote and i applied for credit. Was approved through several different companies but i chose XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. Even though, i havent had my XXXX, i started paying {$240.00} a month and paid a total of {$1400.00} before i cancelled the XXXX all together. I called XXXX XXXX about my refund and i also knew i was having to pay {$250.00} for canceling. It was told to me that someone from XXXX XXXX sent an email to XXXX XXXX letting them know i was canceling and wanted a refund. XXXX XXXX emailed me me back letting me know they was taking out the {$250.00} and i was getting {$790.00} refund. So i emailed asking what happened to the rest of the money. Still to this day no one will answer. I call back this year and i was told i was getting back {$680.00}. I called XXXX after the conversations with no success, nor any call backs. I want to know what happened to the rest of my money. I have every email and the contract.

I was contacted as soon as I graduated in XXXX by a company that claimed they could provide a specialized service to lower my student loan payments. After explaining everything to me it seemed to make sense so I agreed to give them my information and pay {$2000.00} for their service. They instantly started the payment process and informed me I would pay {$98.00} a month from that point on. I later found out through my student loan provider that this is a free service I could have applied for myself in just a few minutes. I have paid {$600.00} of the {$2000.00} balance so far and stopped making any further payments. I was guaranteed a loan at a fixed interest rate that if I paid it off in 1 year, then I would be refunded the interest paid on the loan. The loan was taken out on XXXX of XXXX. I made payment until XX/XX/XXXX. I called the company and ask they take I pay in full the remaining amount. Which was less than {$800.00}. I wanted to pay in full because 1. I wanted to refund the interest. 2. I am on XXXX in XXXX. I was unaware that they stopped payments AND started sending late notices. They can only be contacted via phone and have not been responding to my voicemails. Every time I call, it's always busy. I am worried that not only did I try to pay off my loan, that they are malicious saying that I stopped paying, which would affect my credit and let them not be able to pay me back the interest that I am owed.

Well I heard from somebody a company that would give me a loan. It all sounded ok, and I even gave my information at the begining. But, they told me I did n't qualify and then they said I did -- so when they said that I retracted because that sounded fishy to me and I just figured it went away because I never received the loan from them. They then turned around and used my information to get into my bank account and get money from me monthly that they never gave to me.
