Over the last XXXX months, I have made XXXX payments of {$50.00} on a debt being collected by Southwest Law Office, and have not been able to be sent a letter in the regular mail or email confirming my payments and notifying me of my updated balance. This does not seem professional or legalally sound to assist a person who is honestly trying to eliminate a debt. They did not, and still have not, notified me that I could dispute the debt.
