Get a cup of coffee it is very long. First this forclousure is on a debt that's over 20 years old. In XXXX of 2022 I went to work on Sundar evening as I work third shift. I opened my gate to leave and I noticed a realtor yard sign in my neighbors pasture with my address hand written on the realtor sign. I was puzzled but did not bother it. as it was on my neighbors land. So the next evening I left for work and on the inside of my gated driveway was a XXXX XXXX XXXX big thick envelope. I opened it and inside that envelope was a white envelope the was exactly like the one on the realtors yard sign. So I opened it up and it stated. ( From XXXX ) On XX/XX/2022 there was a public auction at the county courthouse for property located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, MO. We have attached a copy of the sale notice that was published in a local newspaper. There were 5 bidders present besides the lender that ordered the sale. I think all of us were smaller private investors that buy a smaller number of properties each year. Four of the five bidders made bids at the live public auction on the home. XXXX ended up being the winning bidder. We should receive the deed in less than 30 days from the trustee. WE plan to offer the home and land for sale. It has always been our courtesy policy to offer the opportunity to buy the home to previous oweners first when the property is occupied at auction time. Would you have interest in buying the home? We have reached out and paid for insurance on the property to protect our investment. Wer are hoping you will have interest in buying. We would sell it to you for a lot less than we would sell it to anyone else. Please feel free to reach out with questions by calling or texting XXXX. Texting is usually a quicker and easier way to communicate for us but we'er avaliable for phone calls also. Thats the letter I got in the envelope. I had no process of service, no dunning letter from the debt collector. And no judgement filed against me or my property. None. We proved that by mailing a sunshine law request to our XXXXXXXX County Court Clerk. And we had a professional Title company do a title search to check if there were any Judgements. None. I hired two law firms with three attorneys handling my case and all three abandoned my case and put in a motion to withdraw after I demanded the attorneys assign another company called Southlaw as primary defendent and XXXX as co-defendent. So now I have to do it myself. This has been going on now since XXXX of this year. I also sent off a ( QUR ) qualified written rerquest. to Southlaw, XXXX and their attorney, and everyone on the assignment that was on my title from the XXXX County Recoreder of deeds. I received nothing back from any of them as to validate the debt. I'll stop here and let you people do the rest. Respectfully XXXX XXXX XXXX
