On XX/XX/XXXX I submitted an online refinance application to XXXX XXXX, Loan Officer, NMLS # XXXX, with Southern Star Capital, LLC, dba Reliance Mortgage.
On XX/XX/XXXX I had a telephone conversation with XXXX XXXX at Reliance. He requested additional information, which I forwarded that day, and he told me he would have an answer by Monday, XX/XX/XXXX.
I did not get a response so I called XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, and left a message requesting a call back. I also emailed XXXX XXXX that same day requesting information.
On XX/XX/XXXX I had still not received an answer so I sent another email to XXXX XXXX.
To date, XX/XX/XXXX, I have still not received any response from anyone at Reliance Mortgage
