I received a call on Saturday, XX/XX/2018 about a debt I do owe. I set up payment plans with them and told her she could debit my bank account on Friday, XX/XX/2018 and then weekly at {$20.00} a week until the debt was paid off. However, she took funds from my account on Thursday, XX/XX/2018 and caused me to overdraft. I received a {$36.00} fee because of her taking the debt on the wrong date. I have tried calling her several times and I have received no answer.
