XXXX XXXX of XXXX wa on Saturday tryed to get a loan for a truck they told me the loan companey had tomaney apps to prosses could not get an answer on the loan then the following monday they said Southern cascade of XXXX Or has my loan I sighned nothing with southeren cascade then southern cascade I asked for copy of contract I signed with them they said they didnt have one then they a month later sent me via email the contract with XXXX XXXX of XXXX WA they have nothing with my signature on no contract or anything I said I needed a contract with sutherne cascade mailed to me they told me no this is a fraud contract they have no proof I agreed to there contract with southern cascade they keep sending me copys of the agreement with the dealer ship to try and find me a lender so I can look at the offer never talked to them again then found out the Lending comaney is part of XXXX XXXX of XXXX and there is 13200 complaints of fraud accounts on southern cascade and XXXX XXXX of XXXX and Orgon lots on XXXX

The company refused to provide me with statements over a long period of time. I was not aware of the finance fees or status of the account. This deceptive practice made I t made it very difficult to make payments causing a monetary injury. I filed multiple complaints and never received a follow up from the company. I assumed I had no rights due to there constant refusals. The car should be nearly paid off but the balance has gone nowhere because of those fees during that time frame in which I was denied.

I purchased a vehicle fro. XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX Texas on XX/XX/2020. I paid the XXXX $ down payment and signed a finance contract.
XXXX came to make my payment and the finance company, Southern Cascades Fiance, has decided to deny the contract and make me resubmit everything once again.
I resigned another contract 2 weeks ago and now again, Southern Cascades Fiance, is demanding more paystubs and documents related to my loan and threatening to come take my car.
