I have already filled one complaint with this agency about the same transaction but because there is so much and it falls under several separate categories I dont know how else to do it. I have recently had to go look through my paperwork for my car loan and I was never given the actual financing terms or a copy of my loan agreement. I have been paying on my loan since 2019 and I have never even received a statement telling me what my balance is or my terms on my loan are. The paperwork I was given is just the price of the car my down payment and the taxes and different mandatory special financial add ons I had to buy. I was told I had to bring in a deferred down payment because I couldnt afford it at the time and like I stated earlier I never received a copy of my loan agreement. I just had a huge discrepancy on the amount that is listed on my credit bureau and the amount I received from my loan company.
