On XX/XX/2022, starting at XXXX, I received multiple calls on my cellphone in CT from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX office in Georgia XXXX They are threatening to sue me on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX. First they called me from XXXX and then multiple calls back to back from an unknown number. They were very aggressive and rude, stating they are going to keep on calling. During this same time within half an hour they even called my mother 's home phone in Maryland.
I have disputed this debt and it was taken off of my credit report on a few of the credit reporting agencies, yet I'm still being harassed. The most upsetting part is that my mother is over XXXX XXXX XXXX and should have never been harassed being that she has never been used as a reference. They claim not to have my mailing address, which I instructed that I only do business in writing, yet they can track down my mother 's home phone number in another state that I don't even know by heart.

This company called my mother and told them they were looking for me concerning a debt. I called the company back and left my number. The next day the company calls and tells me they are a law firm bringing litigation against me for a debt I supposedly owe. I asked the representative to mail me a copy of the original debt that I supposedly owed to verify its authenticity, at this point the representative became very irrational and confrontational. I stated to never call me again. This phone call has been proceeded by several calls over the past few days.

This company leaves a voice-mail insinuating that they are representing me as my lawyer. Also when I called back they wanted me to give personal identifying information to them before validating who they are or why they are calling. Also saying that they received my information from a 3rd party. I kept the deceiving voice-mail. I asked them to stop calling. I followed every rule on the FTC website and they do not
