I was told by my Landlord on XX/XX/XXXX I had until XX/XX/XXXX to move out because my lease will not be renewed. I had XXXX witnesses who heard this conversation one of them was the property manager. I wrote a letter stating that I was being evicted and my lease was up on XX/XX/XXXX. I also stated on there I was giving my notice for moving out even though i was being evicted. Well I dropped this letter in the drop box at the apartment complex. Then I started getting phone calls saying I owe for the Month of XX/XX/XXXX. I was contacted by a new Landlord from the complex. I told them what happened and had a copy of the letters I left and went and dropped them off with the new landlord because they said I never gave a notice and I was never evicted. Anyways I gave a copy to the new landlord and they still are trying to get me to pay the {$600.00} plus I do not owe. I still have the orginal copys. I was and still am on Section 8 Housing and they HAVE the copies of everything also proof that they called XXXX apartment asking why they evicted me. I had to go though a hearing because I almost lost my section 8 housing because of my Landlord. THankfully I did not lose it because the proof of the letters helped in my appeal. I just want this off my credit score because I do not owe this.

On XX/XX/2016 I informed my renters management company I would be moving out due to a severe illness that was not getting better. I owed for the month of XXXX, which was XXXX . I moved out on XX/XX/2016. I had movers, my parents who took items to the dump, and an arranged pickup from XXXX center for the XXXX to take items I wouldn't be taking to storage. I left the keys in the house as nobody was in the office when I left, and informed them of the whereabouts of the keys. Two weeks later I received a notice in the mail stating I had left some items in a shed, and that the items would be sold and whatever monies gotten from that sell would be credited to my account. 6 months later I received a notice from a collection agency, Sound collection services for the amount of XXXX XXXX I contacted them and it was for damages to the residence I vacated in XXXX. I asked for an itemized bill, twice, once on the phone and once in writing, and my requests were ignored. The original debtor ( XXXX XXXX ) kept a XXXX $ deposit. I was never notified I owed this money from them, and they would not do a walk through with me when I moved out.

While I was in the process of settling a dispute with my current landlord in XXXX 2017, I submitted an application on XXXX XXXX 2017 for tenancy to XXXX XXXX XXXX, who use sound screening. Sound screening obtained incorrect information from my landlord, for which I was denied tenancy at XXXX XXXX. The incorrect information is the record that I do n't pay rent on time, am ineligible for re-rent, and that in general I am a bad tenant. Later, once my current landlord and I reached an agreement, I resubmitted my application on XXXX XXXX 2017. Sound Screening failed to recognize the new information and I again was denied tenancy at XXXX XXXX. I have a termination of tenancy agreement with my landlord, as well as a rental verification letter from my landlord - both of which are singed and notarized. This information needs to be corrected. Also I would like the incomplete information about my income verification be removed. The record states that Sound Screening was unable to contact and verify the information, so it should not be kept on record.

I applied for an apartment at XXXX XXXX. They use a screening company called Sound Screening Services based in XXXX, WA. There was no mention of a 'hard ' credit pull during my application process. I wasn't able to secure an apartment with XXXX despite having excellent credit and income. Now I have an inquiry on my credit report which is adversely impacting my credit score. I'm currently a California resident and over here there is no reason to pull a hard credit inquiry for a renters application. Hard inquiries are only pulled when applying for credit/loan. This hard inquiry on my credit should be removed because I didn't secure the apartment and because it was not properly disclosed in plain XXXX that my credit would be impacted by hard inquiry. I'm still looking for an apartment and it doesn't make sense to be penalized for shopping around. This is highly unethical.. please remove the hard inquiry.

I called collection agency and explained to them I filed Bankruptcy. This debt was signed off by a judge on XXXX XXXX Can you please take this on my credit history etc I am having a hard time trying to apply for a rental and this is impacting my credit history and future renting. The employer assured me she would take it off my credit report. I called in XX/XX/XXXX, I waited 6 months and called again. I am so frustrated I cant even rent an apartment because of this.

XXXX credit reporting keeps reporting the same incorrect negative and false information that I have disputed and the other credit reporting companies took the negative debts off my records over a year ago. 1st on is Sound Screening for an apt that debt occurred on XXXX XXXX and it stated that it would be off on XX/XX/XXXX from my records which as of today XX/XX/XXXX it has not. Another one is WA State child support that this was an account that mistaking got on my credit reports which was removed ASAP but XXXX credit report refuses to remove after several disputes since XX/XX/XXXX.

on XX/XX/2019 a charge had been issued to me in the amount of {$990.00} by the Sound Screening Service with no previous attempts to collect any amount of money and no knowledge of any charges going to a collection agency. XX/XX/2019 the charge has been raised to {$1000.00} still with no contact and no knowledge of what these amounts are for or why they are in a collections agency to begin with. In XX/XX/2016 I moved out of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, I had over paid an extra months rent. After moving to the other side of the US I saw that I had a collections waiting on my credit report. I called and they said that they mailed me the letter but it was returned to them and on top of such I was not being refunded any money but then being charged more money. They now want {$1600.00} to the sound collections company. I have still yet to receive anything physical about this claim.
