I have received XXXX phone calls on my cell phone, all threatening to take me to court and garnish my wages. My relatives have received XXXX phone calls at their home stating that I am legally in trouble. My employer has received XXXX phone calls on his desk phone stating I am involved in a complaint and am legally liable if I do not call back. All of these phone calls have happened in a matter of XXXX business days. All phone calls have been from a XXXX XXXX, I have spoken to her XXXX time, in this conversation I asked her to send me documentation to verify that I owe this debt and XXXX XXXX 's response was that she would send me a letter after I paid the debt. I asked for their mailing address and she hung up on me. After this phone call XXXX XXXX started calling my relatives and employer, I also received a call from XXXX XXXX stating that I have a complaint filed against me, they seem to be from a company called STP Management. Further investigation on my part shows that their phone numbers XXXX and XXXX are associated with fraudulent shakedowns and illegal debt collecting practices. STP Management is listed as an F ranking on the XXXX and is currently being investigated by them.

I received a call from this company yesterday about a payday loan they say that I owe. XXXX XXXX persisted in trying to get money from me and then proceeded to get his supervisor on the phone who abruptly came on the line and began to demand that I provide them with my personal credit card information so I can make the matter go away. They continued trying to engage me in conversation and wanted me to divulge personal details about my finances in the presence of coworkers on both sides of me. I asked them not to contact me at my place of employment. I told them that if they have information stating that I have business with them to mail it to me. I am receiving calls back to back at work and at the front desk where I provide relief for our receptionist. They continue calling making escalating threats and also demanding to speak to my supervisor. The number they called from was ( XXXX ) XXXX but it shows up as a XXXX number.

In XXXX of 2014, a debt collector working under STP attempted to contact me at work. When I spoke to them during work hours, the rep told me that if I chose to not take care of the debt today that they would send someone to pick me up that day and proceeded to ask if my mother ( and asked about her name ) would be home that they would be waiting there too. I spoke to a supervisor at that time and she took my card information down so that they can retrieve the funds. I received a call from my father today claiming someone called him on his cellular phone, which I never provided. I call the number ( XXXX ) XXXX and the rep I spoke to was from a law firm that STP hired to settle this matter in court and that I never finalized payment. I agreed to pay off the debt on the phone in payments. I look up the number after the conversation and it is a debt collector. The way they contacted me, my workplace and my father was not right.

I have received several threatening phone calls XXXX times a day at work and on my cell phone about a debt that I owe to a company called XXXX. They harass me threatening the money I owe is a felony which it is not and threatening to call my employer and disclose information to them. I have asked them to stop calling and they will not. I have voicemails on my phone harassing me and telling me that if I do n't make a payment by a certain time that day that will take me to court. I told them to take me to court, and that I do n't deserve to be treated this way yet they keep calling, yelling at me calling me worthless hanging up and then calling right back. I keep blocking the numbers they call from and then they call me from different numbers. They will not give me their address or actual telephone number or even tell me the name of the person I am speaking to.

I have been contacted by a collection agency on behalf of XXXX. I asked for verification of debt to be mailed to me, I was instead placed on hold and told that I had XXXX hour to respond to them or they would file charges. I advised that under federal law it was illegal to threaten me. I was then told they know the law and accused me of not wanting to pay a debt I owe. When I stated I wanted to verify I owe the debt and it was n't fraud, I was asked if I have a police report. Advised I do not because they have not sent me written verification in order to do so. I was then threated again that charges would be filed. This is a clear violation of federal law. They would not provide me with the company name, instead the supervisor hung up on me. Another violation. I called back and asked for the company name and was only given SPP.

STP Group ( Collections ) continues to contact my place of employement, an XXXX and his family members after being asked not to. They ( XXXX XXXX XXXX/XXXX/2015 ) disclosed false information to my XXXX family and threatened to charge them. An undisclosed individual of the company said she would call back to my office and tell my co-workers and boss I refuse to pay my bills. They will not stop calling my place of employment although they have my personal number to reach me. XXXX XXXX informed me she does not have to stop calling and will continue to do so until I pay her then hung up the phone. Furthermore, I do n't believe this company obtained my information legally and/or their claim in valid. I contacted the original company who stated I do not owe them nor was my account sold to STP Group or Collections.

Initially this was a payday loan gone bad. It was sent to debt collector who then sold it to the STP Management Group/TX. XXXX XXXX really has a way with her words and how she has made it up in her mind to get money by any means necessary. I have set up payment arrangements at the end of each month and have made those payments. She insists that because od the upcoming holidays, the end of the month DOES NOT WORK FOR HER!!! And that she will not accept late payments period. What??? Is this lady pocketing the money or what? Are they on some kind of commission for how many they harass and get money from? Is this money really going toward paying off the debt ( which I acknowledge )? Is this a legit debt collection agency? Calling my place of employment really crosses the line ... .I NEED YOUR HELP!!!

I received a phone call from a company called STP Management onXXXX read the message and ignored it. Then received another on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX and called back and found out that I had supposedly got a loan from payday advance the total was {$280.00} through a bank called XXXX XXXX, this happened sometime XX/XX/XXXX. I went up to the XXXX Bank and found out my that the account was closed XX/XX/XXXX. I did not apply for any advance loan anywhere on line or at the bank. I was directed to fill this out. When I spoke to XXXX he was able to give all my information such as address, name, & social security number. As I explained to both gentlemen XXXX , XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in the fraudulent department I did not get any loan. thank you

This call was from the same number that I reported on XXXX/XXXX/15, reference # XXXX. They say I have to call them immediately because I am in trouble because a complaint has been filed against me. They will not identify themselves properly & I have received no such notices in the mail according to Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. They are leaving a different number to call this time ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX. But, their caller ID is the same as before ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX & when I called that number it eventually picked up on a voice mail saying it was STP Management Group. Other complaints against them on the internet. This message was a little less nasty than before when they threatened me with going to jail.

Someone named XXXX XXXX keeps calling my cell phone & my place of work. When asked what it 's regarding she says it 's a legal matter, when told I 'm not at work she harasses my coworkers saying " what does that mean?, what do you mean she 's not at work '' Multiple times, and they tell my coworkers it 's a legal matter attached to my social security #. If I do n't call legal action will be taken. I have no idea what this is in regards to, when I looked up the company STP processing they are not accredited by the XXXX and have a false address. I would like these calls to stop, it is harassing me at my place of work and embarrassing when I have no idea what it 's about. They call from XXXX

A XXXX XXXX called stating i owe a debt of XXXX dollars and asked for my employer name and credit card number. she knew my last XXXX of my ssn, my address and birthday. When i asked to send proof od debt in the mail she would n't. I placed fraud alert on my credit til i know if this is legitimate. She then had a man call me threatening legal action because i did n't give a credit card number and when i called back he claimed to have a lawyer next to him ready to take action if i did n't pay Please tell me if this is legitimate or not. I keep receiving phone calls from people at a company called STP management. I have talked to them a total of two times. They have never sent me any written document to my home address. They are also calling my family members more than once. This is a violation of the The Fair Debt Collections Practices Act as amended by Public law 111-203, title X, 124 Stat 2092 ( 2010 ). Section 804 and 809. I found their website and contact information and have emailed them. I have notified them that they have violated by rights and they need to provide written correspondence of the debt that is owed.

I have been receiving calls from STP processing for awhile now and they rarely leave messages. I have been injured and not able to properly communicate over the phone until recently. They call me a few times if not more each day. They have called my old employment and family even though they have my phone number that is still in full function. They have threatened a pending legal action and putting me in jail. They have not told me what the debt is or who they are associated with and I have never received anything in the mail from anyone about this matter.

I have received multiple calls from multiple people claiming to be from STP Management saying they are attempting to collect a debt. I have twice asked the person on the phone to send me via US Mail the paperwork connected to this debt and when asked they become hostile on the phone. Today I received a call from the listed number saying his name was XXXX and his message was somewhat threatening in tone, like mafia like threatening. This company is listed all over the web as being a scam or operating a scam and someone needs to look in to this.

XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX calls approximately 10-20 times per week from multiple numbers. He never leaves a message. The only way I know his name is because he called and demanded to speak to my employer and accidentally called my boss while doing so. I have called and asked him to cease all verbal communication and contact via written correspondence only but he told me that he is going to " file paperwork '' and have me arrested if I do n't pay a loan which he discloses nothing about.

XXXX XXXX, claiming to be from STP assoiciates continues to call me at work and call several relatives. I told them to send a debt validation letter and to only communicate with me via US mail. She refused, saying she could call who she wanted, and that this would be a criminal complaint. I reiterated that if there was, indeed, a debt owed, that she should send me a debt validation letter via mail, and she said she would 'just send a summons ' and hung up.

I received a call from a company named STP Group for collection on a debt. I do owe the debt but was not originally with the group. I repeatedly asked the agent XXXX XXXX to send me proof of the debt and I would pay. I told her without written proof of the debt I will not pay. She said gotcha and will further process it. Obviously not following any collections rules as I repeatedly asked for proof of the debt via a letter.

On XXXX XXXX 2016 number XXXX called me back to back XXXX times and when I answered they had me on mute and hung up. They have been harassing me all day. I called back and asked them to put me on the do not call and cease and desist all my numbers. The agent argued with me and told me to go get some education and they would not stop calling me. Now they are still calling me and hanging up back to back.

I was called by this company 7 times before XXXX I called the number back and asked them to stop calling me and they still called back 4 more times, totaling 11 calls in 1 day, all before XXXX I feel that this is harassment. I called back a 2nd time and was told that whoever I spoke with the first time should have taken me off their list and did not.
