This complaint is being filed because I am concerned that I have been made victim of misrepresentation and that this company has taken my money ( because I authorized it ) and they have been very uncooperative in helping me find a resolution. I first started feeling this way because I was preparing for my records some 'Paid in Full ' statements from companies that I had become delinquent with. I had called one of the companies that I was trying to request said information and they informed me that I still owed money to the company and that my account was in fact not resolved. I recalled my financial records and it stated that I paid a lump sum of {$510.00} and remembered the call that I had received from this company. The call itself was left as a voicemail and the gentlemen on the phone said that he would be sending me a court summons if I didnt call to resolve this matter before a certain date. In a panic and being scared I called back instantly and tried to get this matter resolved. The same voice that left the voicemail answered and read me a line of information and then connected me with another man that took my debit card information and I set up a payment plan to try to resolve the delinquency that I had been in. Flashing forward to when I tried to get the documentation that stated I was paid in full the company told me that I had not paid anything. I then called 'Clear Credit Solutions ' and I was forwarded to a man who said he was in his car and was not at 'the office ' and he would call me back once he was. The gentlemen didnt return my call nor did he take my phone number for a " return call. '' I waited a few hours and called again, got a voicemail, left a message with my name and phone number to be called back. A few hours back I received a call from a gentlemen stating that he was forwarded my phone call to talk to me about the charges. I asked the gentlemen if he could tell me what the account was that I had paid of and he stated that he did not have that information but he had " an account number '' but no account information. When I asked if he could send me a receipt for my charges, the gentlemen sent me a word document that had seemingly just been typed up and for an amount that was incorrect, though I paid {$510.00} ( as per my bank statements ) the receipt was for {$510.00} I am not pleased with the service that I have gotten, I am not pleased with the fact that my money was taken because I was threatened into giving my money to this company and I am not pleased that there is " no access to my account information '' so that I have no idea what I paid for.

I received a call on the morning of XXXX/XXXX/15 at XXXX. I called back the number at XXXX and let the person who answered know that I was returning a call to this number. The person on the phone confirmed my name and last XXXX of my social security. He proceeded to tell me his name was XXXX and that he was one of the Supervisors there. He did NOT tell me that he was trying to collect a debt or that he was a debt collector, he did tell me that he was calling because I had committed a fraudulent act by writing a bad check to XXXX XXXX XXXX and if I did not talk to him he would forward my paperwork to the proper authorities and inferred that I could be thrown in jail. He almost gave me a XXXX!! Knowing that I had not written a bad check to anyone I requested that he send all paperwork to the police, since writing a bad check is illegal. I also let him know that I have an account with that bank. He then threatened me again that he would be forwarding my case to the proper authorities. I then ended the call. i calmed myself down and called the same number back and got a female. I explained what had happened and told her I would be filing a complaint with the Attorney General. I asked for her company name and address she would not give it to me. She asked for my name and said I was not even in her system. I requested her company info again and she transferred me to another female. I again explained my story and requested her company name. She asked me if the word Jail was mentioned and I confirmed it was - I also let her know that I was threatened by this guy and if she has recordings she confirmed that conversations are recorded. She requested my name and after searching her system she said that they were a debt collection company trying to collect on a XXXX payday loan. I told her that this XXXX person told me it was a bad check written to XXXX. She gave me the address of her company and would no longer respond to me so I hung up. She told me that the guy I spoke with was a XXXX XXXX XXXX and he was not a supervisor. The Company does business as : Clear Credit Solutions at XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX, XXXX Delaware XXXX believe that what was done to me was extremely threatening and hostile! I got XXXX when he told me that I had broken some law and was subject to some type of penalty including jail. I believe that this company rep has crossed a line that is illegal and I would like to pursue legal justice.

XXXX Solutions called my sister on both her home phone number and her cell phone number, and proceeded to leave a lengthy message about their attempts to collect a debt in my name that was allegedly attached to XXXX Bank. I am not with XXXX Bank, and have not been with them for around XXXX years now. They also called my parent 's home phone, without leaving a message. The number left was XXXX. I have been harassed by multiple scam groups in the past year and have researched some of the laws involved and how they conducted themselves seemed illegitimate. I owe money to varying groups, and I am in contact with each and every group I do in fact owe, and have paid or am in the process of paying the debts that I owe. I have never XXXX dealt with a company called XXXX Solutions, or recieved any letters regarding any intent to collect a debt from said company. As I said, this is not the XXXX time I have been the victim of scam calls, and I am not foolish enough to speak to or give any information to these groups anymore. I will only ever deal with a legitimate business that conducts themselves as such. Every group I deal with contacts me via certified, confidential mail, not threatening voice mails on family phones. I have attempted to submit complaints on previous groups before, including Delaware Solutions, LLC, who still occasionally attempts to bother me as well, but this is the XXXX time I am following through with a complaint, because I am absolutely out of patience in being harassed like I am. It feels like extortion. It 's definitely harassment. I dislike that they obviously have personal information about me, as they are contacting my family, and it frightens me that these people may be criminals and may have more sensitive information that I would not know about. Like I said, I screen the calls, and have a call blocker, but I would very much like to see something done about scam groups like this, if not for people like myself, then for others who are tricked by these people into giving them money.

A Representative claiming to be from XXXX XXXX from The Solidus Group, LLC contacted my father and proceeded to not only tell him about my debt on an outstanding loan, but give balances, and a case number. He told my father that he was going to have me arrested and would charge me with criminal charges. When I finally was able to get in contact with someone ( they have a very impenetrable phone system ), the man who answered told me I was wasting my time calling without an attorney and they would see me in court. He kept cutting me off and telling me I was willfully trying to fraud the lender. When he eventually stopped talking long enough for me to get a declarative sentence out, he transferred me to a female collection agent who told me I had to pay with only a debit or credit card. After taking my information, and setting up XXXX payments for half of the balance, she hung up. I tried calling back several times. I then attempted to contact the next day where the original gentleman who contacted my father told me I had better let all of those payments I set up go through or they would " see me in court and charge me with criminal charges ''. I attempted to ask for him to validate the debt or send some information in the mail, but he, like the first guy I spoke to, kept cutting me off and hung up. I called back but the number immediately went to voicemail. I have never been contacted before by these people and have received no notices in the mail or anything about this outstanding loan from either the original lender or this so called third party collector. Proper collections protocol was NOT FOLLOWED in the slightest. FURTHER MORE- when I was told that this was going to court no information or formal summons or complaint of writ was sent to me.

For the past year, or more, scince changing phone and changing to new phone Number, I 've been receiving intimidating, harassing, threatening leagal action against myself if I do n't respond : by various debt collection Agencies, claiming it is regarding ( I believe ficticious ) a person - XXXX XXXX..? Attached to this phone number..? At first I tried to understand and set the record straight about I 'm not this person, I did n't write this ( ese ) bad check ( s ), and they always promised they would correct their records and take my phone number off their call list. It would be a couple of months and then the calls would start over and it seems other collecting agenies would be added, as if they must be passing my phone number and the erroneous information on this " bad debt '' to other new collection agencies. I 've contacted my phone carrier, XXXX XXXX, who only suggested changing to a different number ( at my expense/inconvience ) but as they recycle numbers, they can offer no guarentees of who or what might be attached to the new number..? This last month and a half I 've logged up to XXXX Voicemails of these intimidating harassing Phonecalls and contacted them and they '' ve continued with the same lie that they 'll correct their records and remove my phone number from their call list. A particular one - XXXX, XXXX XXXX & phone # XXXX & # XXXX referencing some file # XXXX after just promising yesterday XXXX XXXX 2015, to update and correct their records proceeded to call with their intimidating, harassing phone calls again today the XXXX XXXX 2015.

1. XXXX XXXX working on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I received a voicemail that stated that this company was looking for me. A complaint against me has been filed and paperwork is being sent to my local county clerk 's office. I called the number back to see what this was about and was informed that I took out a Payday loan in 2011 with XXXX and because I used a check- Charges were being filed against me for theft by check and deception of bank. I informed that I had no idea what they were talking about and that I do not remember taking out an online payday loan. They stated that they had all of my paper- they read off a lot of my personal information to me and said that they have all they need to get me arrested. I told them I have no idea what they are referring to and that I would need to see copies of the documents that they had on me before proceeding any further because I did not take out any loans. I also asked if I could have their physical address and the lender they are working with to verify the information they are saying. The lady called me a fraud at least 5x 's and said that I am trying to steal money and I would be going to jail soon for fraud. I told her - I had no idea what they were talking about and that until I get paperwork - There is nothing I can do. She said that they will file the paperwork by the end of the week and I will be picked up on my job. She hung up on me - I called back and was hung up on by multiple people. They have called my job and family members and said that I am in legal trouble.

For a year I have been called about a debt by delaware solutions, but they do not disclose the debt they just call it check fraud sometimes it is XXXX or XXXX companies calling on the same debt in the same month, they say they are a legal dept but will be specific. They keep calling my place of employment even though they have been asked not to by me and the others in the office, I will loose my job they called my office XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/14. They use robo calls and threaten with jail and fines I have spoken with these debt collectors and requested they send me all the information on the original debt including my signature that says I agreed to such a contract, they then get irate and start yelling, I refuse to give them any of my personal information but they continue the call, they think because they have the last XXXX digits of my SS number that I will agree to pay them money, they threaten jail time and fines if I do not pay with in a few days, after I refuse the calls stop for a week or XXXX and start right back up. I have them blocked from my personal phone but they keep calling my work, they even called my brothers house phone I did n't even have that number. How they got it I do not know. I just want this to end a year of this harassment is more then anyone should have to endure. Attorney 's say they can not do anything because these companies change locations. You would think after a year they would know I am not giving them anything and move on.

I have already filed a complaint against this company once, the case number is XXXX. I started receiving phone calls again from a gentleman named XXXX XXXX. This time I was able to get an address to their company so I can file a written verification for validation. The agent began yelling at me when I questioned the address he gave me. The address he gave me was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, DE XXXX, but that address actually belongs to a company named XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I did verify with that company their address. XXXX XXXX began threatening me with someone coming to my home and seeing me and also filing a lawsuit against me immediately if I do not pay. He continued to cuss me out and yell telling me i was a fraud, he then told me that he was going to call everyone he could connect to me and let them know I was a fraud and I write bad checks. He then blurted out my social security number to me telling me he was in control of my information. There is no written proof of any debt that I have like that. I filed a complaint with my Attorney Generals office, and they told me Delaware Solutions is not a licensed collection agency, and they were already investigating this company and for myself to not offer up any information to the company.

I recently had a recent installment loan with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I defaulted and agreed to pay down the loan by XXXX a month. In which the company agreed. After doing so for the past 3 months I received a call from someone at XXXX ; advising me that I am being sued and soon to be prosecuted for writing a bad check. I asked what is this regarding and they advised me to speak to Solidus group at XXXX. I Then called, and I was advised the same thing that I am being sued and if soon to be prosecuted criminally for writing a bad check, I advise the gentlemen XXXX XXXX with Solidus group I never wrote a bad check to XXXX ; I changed my checking account info due to the recent XXXX. Credit and checking acct Hack ; and that I have been in a payment agreement with XXXX for the past 3 months so I am unsure as to why you are threatening me. I advised them that I am in a financial hardship due to paying my grandmother medical bills and I am only able to pay the XXXX in which XXXX agreed to ; I was told that payment arrangement is not acceptable and we are going to prosecute you civil and criminally.I continued to ask repeatedly during the conversation is this a collection agency and the gentlemen refused to answer the question. I wrote a complaint on XXXX/XXXX/2015 regarding the collection practices of Delaware Solutions LLC. Today, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX from Delaware Solutions called me again and stated that I 'm being served papers today if I do not pay a past due amount on a payday loan taken out XX/XX/XXXX. I told XXXX that I know my rights under the FDCPA and that I 'm requesting debt validation in writing and I have the right to dispute the validity of the debt. XXXX stated that they have already proven that it is my debt just because they have my social security number and email address. I informed him that I have sent a cease and desist letter and he stated he will continue to call me everyday to get a payment regardless of the letter. He then called me a XXXX who sounded like an XXXX and did n't know the laws. He continued to call me stupid as a recited my rights as a consumer. He then told me that I was going to be arrested and will serve time in jail for the unpaid debt. I informed him that he was breaking the law by using abusive language and by threatening jail time and he stated he was not. I hung up the phone, he immediately called back yelling at me that I was going to jail.

I keep getting contacted by an unknown " debt collector '' or scammer. As best I can tell from internet searches, the FTC has taken action against a parent company that may include these SCAMMERS. XXXX XXXX out of Maryland is the company I believe to be perpetrating this harassment/scam. The FTC had an agreement with them out of case # CASE XXXX FTC and People of the State of NY by XXXX T XXXX AG of NY XXXX They call any and every number I have, and or is associated with me or a relative or random stranger, and threaten to " find me '' " take legal action '' etc. The calls get more and more forceful and demanding and finally threaten THAT IF THEY FIND ME, ALL NEGOTIATIONS ARE OFF ( paraphrase ) and THIS IS THE LAST ATTEMPT ... until we call you next month ... and start the process over again, with the EXACT SAME " case number '' I have no debt that is collectable in CA. I had old debt that expired / was written off, since XXXX. They call from XXXX the caller ID says XXXX XXXX CA. Call back number THIS TIME is XXXX but in the past has been XXXX I have multiple recordings of their threats of LEGAL ACTION and PEOPLE COMING TO FIND ME.

On Tuesday, XXXX XXXX, 2015 a bill collector at the number XXXX called me XXXX times between the hours of XXXX and XXXX and would only identify himself as XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX. The voice mails stated they have a complaint in their office corresponding to my name, address, and SSN and I have to call them back within XXXX hours to address this complaint or else they will send a process server. When I called back, the agent did not immediately disclose that it was an effort to collect a debt, he was rude when I asked him to get to the point and tell me what they were calling me in reference to. I hung up on him. Then he called back and left my full SSN and DOB on my voicemail and said I have to call him back immediately or I will " be scheduled to appear, '' and failure to do so will result in " further consequences. '' He called again and I when I asked him to stop calling me he talked over me and said that he can send the process server to my job and I need to take care of my business and grow up, before hanging up on me.

I am receiving calls from fake process server named XXXX XXXX saying he will come to my place of employment to serve me. He gave me the phone number of the " client '' to contact. I called the number XXXX and spoke to XXXX XXXX. She began by stating I had committed fraud maliciously and I was going to be prosecuted for a payday loan that involved XXXX XXXX checking account in Florida. When I asked her if she was a debt collector, she replied " yes ''. I asked her why she did n't read me the XXXX warning as is required by the FDCPA. She then began to read the XXXX warning. I told her that she was violating federal collection debt practices law by having someone call to threaten me with serving a warrant and by not identifying herself as a debt collector. Then she began to yell at me that I was a criminal and I was going to be arrested for stealing money. I hung up and XXXX minutes later she called me back to tell me that she was n't afraid and I was going to be sued and then she hung up.

Received a phone call from XXXX at work from a collection agency XXXX XXXX but they did not give their name at first when calling. I told the rep I'm not allowed personal phone calls at work becuase the line was for patient 's only to please call my cell. If they have called my cell before they have never left a message to call them back. They called my work on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. Each time I told them I'm not allowed calls at work. On XX/XX/XXXX the lady from XXXX XXXX asked to speak to my supervisor so should could tell her about " how i'm acting ''. Also threatened to playback any conversations to her that she recoreded. I asked them on every conversation to please mail me validation of the debt and that I have not received anything from them and if they do have the legal right to my personal information they should have my address. They refused to mail anything or do a three way call with the suspected orginial creditor to validate who they are.

I received a phone call at XXXX XXXX XXXX, 2015 from a XXXX XXXX who said she represented Delaware XXXX which is a law firm, supposedly. She said she had a summons for a court appearance but said if I agreed to make payment arrangements she would confer with the other attorneys to stop the summons. My boyfriend stopped me from giving her my banking information, I gave him permission to speak to since he has some training in law. She got very hostile and rude. He hung up with her and told her not to call back in front of me and my mother. She called back about five other times all with the intent to harass me in violation of the fair debt collections act. I finally told her to stop calling and that it was being documented each time she called and she hung on me. I also asked for written verification of the debt and she refused to give it, all she said was she would refer the matter back to the attorneys if I did n't make a payment.

Clear Credit Solutions Company left voicemail, claiming a serious claim will be filed against me if I do not respond to their call referencing a Claim number and stating that serious allegations were made against me and will be pursued if I or my representative do not respond to their call.. The company 's representative did not leave his name identifying himself or what potential claim or creditor or debt the represent. This is clearly abusive and bullying in an attempt to collect a debt. The message never stated that they were attempting to collect a debt. It stated that serious allegations have been submitted and a claim will be filed against me. The message has left me shaken and unwell as I am XXXX and have XXXX concerns. This practice is clearly in violation of both State and Federal Fair Debt Collections Act. The message has been archived as evidence that the statement I am making is accurate.

In XXXX of 2014 I paid off an online payday loan. The original creditor was XXXX XXXX with a loan amout was {$300.00}. In order to avoid any legal action I had to pay {$760.00} to XXXX XXXX XXXX. They said someone was on their way to serve me with papers because I 'm being accussed of bank fraud and writing a bad check. I panicked and paid the {$760.00}. A XXXX weeks later I started getting calls from Clear Credit Solutions and they left me voicemails stating it was a legal matter that I needed to resolve before it goes further. I have only received funds from XXXX online payday loan which was paid off. These people continue to call both me and my finance ( who 's name is not on the loan only used as a reference ) and threaten to take legal action if I do n't pay. I 've filed compliants before with the attorney generals office, FTC and CFPB but nothing happens and I 'm scared.

This debt collector contacted various family members and told them how much money was owed and that I needed to call before I was arrested for not paying the debt. I had family members call me and send photos of the number that would call them. They also left threatening voice mails on XXXX family members phones. I contacted them and requested verification on the debt and they refused. Multiple people disguised their voices, sent us to different extensions- like the legal department. When I was scared for what they might be able to do and to get them from contacting my family I agreed to a settlement. After paying the settlement they called back and said that I did n't pay the settlement fee of XXXX per loan. So I had to fork that over to get these people to leave me alone. They also said that if I did n't pay that they were going to send the police the next morning.

I was contacted by phone on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX by a debt collector with " Clear Credit Services '', XXXX, claiming to represent XXXX XXXX for an outstanding balance of {$5000.00} from XXXX and XXXX, original account # XXXX. The representative was very aggressive and repeated, " why did n't you pay this, now we have to report you to the XXXX County authorities and have you arrested and prosecuted for fraud! '' I was stunned by her statements and allegations, and told her that not only was she out of line for making such outragous threats but that she was breaking the law, but she did not seem to care. I hung up the phone, then was called again, same representative scolded me for hanging up. I told her I needed written confirmation of this debt and I was transferred to a " Settlement Director '', who later emailed me the attached demand letter.

I keep receiving calls from some " legal '' department stating that I owe {$4000.00} on a payday loan - that I can settle for {$900.00} and when I ask for some sort of documents - either email or mail, they turn up the threats - " process server will be at your house btwn XXXX-XXXX '' - you will go to jail you will be ruined. They have my SSN, my address, my email, phone # BUT I do n't owe anything to anyone. When I tell them that I researched them online and found XXXX other complaints, I was called a nosy XXXX - I need to pay the {$.00} I hang up and then they call back. The voicemail is an automated VM message stating I have to go to a mandated check writing class, I have committed wire fraud and check fraud. I do n't owe them anything, but they call and harass me - so far in XX/XX/XXXX alone, XXXX times.

Delaware Solutions, XXXX XXXX is contacting my place of employment, my relatives and stating there is a federal case against me regarding me being a " habitual offender '' of a debt case, is sharing the last digits of my ss # to my employer and relatives. They have left messages threatening to send me a summons to appear in court where I will be required to pay and if not, they will put me in jail for the maximum sentence for fraud. They will not send any information regarding the debt over but claim I owe over {$2000.00} in bank fees and for the original debt. They are claiming it is a payday loan which I have not taken out. I tried to explain that my identity was stolen a few years ago and since then I have been getting these calls. She claimed that if I do not pay, I will be arrested.

I received a phone call at my place of employment from a man stating he was pressing criminal charges on behalf of a payday loan that was not satisfied 3 years ago. I asked that he not contact me at my place of employment and asked for a number to call him back. I promptly called back to find out what the issue was. The man stated that I was a criminal that defrauded a payday loan company and that I was being charged. I stated that I have n't received any sort of information regarding the debt and did n't know what he was talking about. He went on the call me a 'piece of XXXX ' who was criminally taking out loans and defrauding companies. He continued to yell and verbally abuse me and accuse me of criminal activities I did not commit. I immediately asked to speak to a supervisor.

Getting calls from a company that calls themselves XXXX, does n't stand for anything. Looking for my whereabouts on an automated voicemail. Returned call, and they said that they were going to sue me for bank fraud, and have been looking for me since 2013. Never took out any loan at that time, as they told me that my bank account had insufficient funds to pay back. At first told me they were collecting, and as soon as I told them not to call and send something in writing, they rebuked, saying they never said they were in collections, they were just a " mediator ''. They had mine and my wife 's info, which is unsettling, also. They 've called previously, and I 've told them not to call, and to put it in writing, they ignore and continue to call. Another payday loan scam threatening legal action. A company called 2 or 3 months ago stating I owed a supposed debt from 4 years ago. I knew I did not, scoured bank records to prove it, and proved the debt never existed. The company that called today said it was a debt from the same day, but a company with a completely different name. I stated my stance, that its already been researched and proven nonexistent. I asked for company information to pursue formal complaints, " XXXX XXXX '' refused to give me any information, threatened me and hung up. I filed multiple complaints with the XXXX and state attorney generals and this company called again. I warned them that I had already filed complaints against this false debt and to remove my number from their system.

I was called on XX/XX/2016 by a gentleman who left a very aggressive voice mail threatening litigation if they could not reach me. They did not leave any company name or case number. On XX/XX/2016 the same company contacted my son XXXX XXXX, who lives out of state, looking for me and threatening court action. The name of the company is XXXX XXXX at XXXX. Since I do n't owe anyone any money, and all of my debt was discharged years ago, I googled the number. From the on-line comments this appears to be a very aggressive scam operation. They will not provide any information on debt owed or their company and instead demand personal information including SSN. I have blocked them but am afraid other people may unwittingly be scammed.

Thursday XXXX XXXX 2015 I received a phone call from a former co worker stating a message was left for me at my prior place of employment from a " XXXX XXXX '' regarding a " civil complaint '' and referencing a case # and a # to call back. I called that number and got the voice mail of this " XXXX XXXX '' stating the company was Clear Credit Solutions. I have been receiving phone calls from XXXX threatening me with legal action for a bad check and loan and to settle the account with them, but would not provide any details on where this orginated from. They claimed that a loan was taken out in my name and social security number. The alleged debt was from 2012. I disputed this as not my debt.
