A contract began with XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX, the work for initial installation was not completed and activated until XX/XX/XXXX. I filed {$3500.00} in Solar Tax Credits on XXXX IRS Tax Return, I was never informed that I needed to file a 5695 Form from the IRS. Now, on the XXXX Tax Return that we finalized XX/XX/XXXX and will be e-filed today ( XX/XX/XXXX ), I have {$7000.00} rolling over for Solar Tax Credits. The Mosaic Loan company stated I signed some Choice Loan that gave me 18 months to accumulate enough solar tax credits to avoid a 26 % fee based on the loan amount {$34000.00}, which they say comes to {$9000.00} and if I do not send a check by XX/XX/XXXX my payment will go from {$180.00} to {$250.00} for 38 years this will mean that I will be paying {$64000.00} for solar panels over 38 years. I did not understand this from the beginning, I was literally e-signing and it was not explained to me, the new loan amount of {$250.00} is {$65.00} additional per month and over 38 year loan will add {$29000.00} to the {$34000.00} loan amount. Additionally, the initial installation ( which was not activated until XX/XX/XXXX see email below from XXXX ) upon XXXX XXXX 's analysis originally called for 25 panels to be installed along with updating the pool pump, insulation in attic and a new tankless water heater. The water heater was never installed by XXXX XXXX, as they stated the area in which it would have to be installed did not meet the specifications, so they gave me 3 additional panels ( trying to verify date with XXXX XXXX ). They proposed I would have an average XXXX XXXX ( for utilities ) to be approximately $ XXXX/month. I am now paying {$180.00} for loan with Mosaic on the panels and an average of {$130.00} and more each month to XXXX. Then on XX/XX/XXXX an email from XXXX XXXX, the person who conducted the review stated in an email, quote : " SMA is not monitoring your production for the last 76days. However, it is producing because you sent back credits of XXXX kwh on your XXXX XXXX bill and XXXX kwh on your XXXX bill. Can you recycle your system and make sure the wifi is connected?. Once you do that, can you record your E-Total from the face of your inverter and email it to me? Without your production total I can not complete the analysis. Thanks, XXXX '' This company full of technological knowledge and engineers, is asking me to do something that is totally beyond my scope of knowledge. So I requested they send a technician out to help me understand how to get XXXX his production total. -- Today, XX/XX/XXXX they are installing 2 more solar panels and replacing the inverter, due to XXXX XXXX 's review analysis. So with all the chaos, wasted days on my end not to mention the stress Mosaic which holds the loan for the solar panels is honestly expecting me to pay {$65000.00} for solar panels. Why don't I just burn the house down ( joke ) with all its equity that I have worked so hard for, truly after {$65000.00} they will have completely sucked the equity from my home. Email from XXXX see below : " XXXX XXXX XXXX Thu, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX to Service, me Hello, I went over the most recent bill and I checked your system 's production and it's producing as it should for the month of XXXX it should produce between 19-22 kWh, and your system is producing between that range and higher. It is very important to monitor the system by using your production graph and comparing it to the monitoring site. If your system isn't producing as it should or if it doesn't report on the monitoring site please let us know so we can send a technician out to service the system. It's hard to say if your usage up because I only have the current bills to look at. Your system was activated on XX/XX/XXXX, we stand by our product so if after a year you do not see the savings we promised we can do what's called a savings review. The review takes 4-6 weeks to complete and the savings team reaches out to you with the results. For the savings review, we need a full year 's worth of solar bills and a full year of bills before solar or you can give us your username and password for your utility account and the savings team can get the bills they need. If we are in the wrong we will make it right by adding more panels to the system and or paying you the difference you paid to the utility company. Please continue to monitor the system and let us know if you have any issues, as mentioned XXXX XXXX does not monitor any system. I did add the bills you sent me to your account. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. XX/XX/XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX is what the system produced XXXX is what your system sent back to the grid XXXX is the solar energy used XXXX is what was used from XXXX XXXX is the total kWh ( this is the total kWh that they should compare to a previous bill for the same billing period ) '' All I was told is that I would be a model home for XXXX XXXX and this loan is a mess, if I had 18 months to capture enough solar credit savings and my system was not activated until XX/XX/XXXX then shouldn't I have until XXXX of XXXX, why do I have to pay {$9000.00} by XX/XX/XXXX. This has been nothing but a nightmare and no homeowner should have to go through what I have gone through PERIOD

We initially applied for a solar loan with XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) through Solar Mosaic for the XXXX solar panels we were installing on our home back in XX/XX/XXXX. The loan agreement we signed with XXXX was for {$28000.00} with a monthly payment amount of {$140.00}. We also signed up for monthly direct debit payments so we would qualify for the lower interest rate and to ensure we would never be late on our loan payments. In XX/XX/XXXX, we began the process of refinancing our home to lower our payments to give us relief on our mortgage payments as my wife was impacted with loss of work hours due to the pandemic. As we approached our refinance closing date, on XX/XX/XXXX, I was advised that Solar Mosaic had placed a lien on my property and the only way to proceed with the refinance was to either pay a fee of {$250.00} to lift the lien and replace it once the refinance had been processed or to pay off the solar loan completely. Since we have never accessed our account with XXXX on their website due to our direct debit arrangement with them, I went ahead and reached out to XXXX to request a payment history on the account and a payoff quote so I could prepare for our closing costs. When I called in to XXXX, I was advised that my loan was being serviced by Solar Mosaic and was directed to their website joinmosaic.com to access the account information I was requesting. When I logged on to my account and pulled up my payment history, I was surprised to find that we were being debited {$160.00} vs the {$140.00} we agree to and our total loan amount was entered as {$31000.00} vs {$28000.00}. What made matters worse was, we have been making the payments on the account for 9 months and only {$25.00} has been applied to principal. I called Solar Mosaic to get additional information on my account but the Customer Service representative I spoke to could not explain the difference between the loan/payment amounts and she stated that their department could not view loan documentation and I would need to reach out through email to their back office research department. 2nd, she informed me that my account accrued 45 days worth of interest at the time of origination because our first payment was not debited until 45 days from initial disbursement to XXXX ( Solar panel contractor ). I asked why they would allow the account to accrue interest and not debit the payment as soon as possible as I have authorized them to automatically debit my account and again the customer service representative could not provide further justification and directed me to reach out to their back office research department. The representative then acknowledged that they get " a lot of angry calls '' from customers on their payments which came as no surprise to me. I requested to speak to a Supervisor and I was given the same response with no resolution. On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent an official Complaint email to Solar Mosaic, that included my original loan agreement I had on file requesting an explanation for the discrepancy of the loan amounts and 2nd, I disputed the initial interest being charged to my account as the decision to pull the initial payment until 45 days out was not communicated to us during origination. Due to the sensitive nature of our refinance, I was following up daily ( XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX ) with Solar Mosaic to get a resolution to the issue we were experiencing with Customer service giving us the same response every time that they would follow up with their back office team for an update. On XX/XX/XXXX, I finally got a call from a Supervisor ( " XXXX '' ) from Solar Mosaic, he stated that our request was being escalated but we still did not have a resolution to the discrepancies. On XX/XX/XXXX, Supervisor ( " XXXX '' ) from Solar Mosaic called back advising they are in the process of " fixing '' the documentation but we still did not have an eta for resolution. To whom it may concern, I am writing to you today to ask for your help. Solar Mosaic has still not provided a resolution or explanation on the discrepancy to my loan amount or why I have been charged interest for the deferred payments I did not request. This delay is impacting our Refinance and we are incurring additional costs every day. We feel that Solar Mosaics practices are deceptive and it is causing us harm financially.

I was introduced to Mosaic as the loan servicer for a home improvement project I was pursuing on XX/XX/XXXX. The intended job was to be part of outfitting my roof with solar panels and Mosaic was to provide the financing. I was pre-qualified and signed the loan agreement. I understood that there were certain provisions prior to being billed for this loan such as the Solar Panel contractor completing a project and having a representative from Mosaic verify installation prior to sending the funds. My loan application was approved over the weekend with a report sent to me on XX/XX/XXXX. The amount was for {$45000.00} to be paid over 25 years with finance charges to total {$50000.00}. After inquiring further about my rights and deciding that I did not like the terms, I decided to cancel the project. To do so, I spoke with the solar contractor and did not have much difficulty with them. I also wrote a certified letter on XX/XX/XXXX, which was verified and received on XX/XX/XXXX. I believed the matter to be over and did not receive a subsequent message until XX/XX/XXXX. An email sent to me indicated I had a statement for review. I was unable to open the statement as I had never signed up for an account and did not want to hand over more personal info to this finance company. I sent an email the same day ( XX/XX/XXXX ) inquiring about these events. The email response from Mosaic indicated that the loan was already funded and could not be cancelled. I am unclear how this occurred as the project was already verified to be cancelled by the contractor. Additionally, how could a cancelled project be funded? What about the aforementioned verification of the installation? I called the same day and the representative stated that the loan was cancelled on XX/XX/XXXX. She was unclear why I was receiving the statement. Her explanation was that the auto-debit in the system was sending the alert and I should ignore it. She would disable the information and remove it from the system and I should not receive any more emails. However, on XX/XX/XXXX, I received another email stating that my loan closing certificate was ready and that my first payment was scheduled to be due on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$150.00}. As I had already requested the matter to be cancelled and called just a week ago about the same issue, I realized there was something wrong. I called another representative the same day. The representative did not seem informed at all and needed multiple holds in order to answer basic questions on my account. After being placed on hold about 4 times, and waiting for about half an hour total, she summarized the issues to me. First, it appeared that my cancellation received on XX/XX/XXXX was never processed. She would send the cancellation process to the next step. I should receive a confirmation within 7 days. Secondly, I should still continue to make payments. Third, failure to make timely payments could damage my credit score. Fourth, any payments received if the project is cancelled would be refunded. At the time of this writing, it has been nearly 7 days and I am unable to wait any longer before taking action. Naturally, I was receiving the runaround just to get the project cancelled. I was especially suspicious about actually giving them money and believe the likelihood to see that money returned to be extremely small. Therefore, I sought help and assistance from wherever I could, including the CFPB.

I contracted with XXXX in XXXX of XXXX to install a solar system at my residence. I financed the solar system through XXXX preferred lender, Mosaic Solar. XXXX led me to believe that they could install the system before the end of the XXXX tax year. And when the system was installed and active, I would no longer pay my utility bill, but would I would have a loan payment. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received an email from the XXXX project coordinator saying that they in the process of getting a building permit. The result was that the system was not install by XX/XX/XXXX, costing me to lose out on a portion of the federal tax credit in the amount of about {$2500.00}, in a year that I needed it. In XXXX and XXXX, I waited to hear from the project coordinator about the installation, making a few calls, but not receiving any answers. I finally received an email on XX/XX/XXXX from a new project coordinator, stating they were still waiting for a permit. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received two emails, one from the new project coordinator re-stating that they were still waiting for the permit, and the other, a notification from XXXX stating that they were suspending installations because of the shelter in place situation in California. Then, on XX/XX/XXXX, I noted a debit to my checking account from Mosaic in the amount of {$200.00}. I called Mosaic, and was informed that this was my first monthly payment on my solar system loan. Further, I was told that 50 % of the funds, some {$14000.00}, had already been distributed to XXXX. I complained that the solar system was not installed yet, had not even been started to be installed, and in fact there was no building permit applied for. They told me they were going to investigate further, and to date I have not heard anything further. I have tried calling XXXX, however, they have stoned walled me, and will not discuss anything beyond the fact that they are not doing installation until the shelter in place is lifted. In the meantime, I am continuing to pay my utility power bill ( ~ $ XXXX/month ) and now on top of that, a loan payment for a non-existent solar power system ( ~ $ XXXX/month ). Instead of reducing my monthly utility costs, I am now burdened with a loan for a non-existent system on top of my utility costs.

The loan with Mosaic was arranged by a company that installed solar panels on the roof of my home. Payments on the loan began onXX/XX/XXXX21 and are due the first of each month. I track the payments and daily interest in a spreadsheet and an amortization schedule spreadsheet. ( The loan is in my wife 's name but during the call referenced in paragraph 4, she gave permission for me to discuss the account ) In addition to the monthly payments, i made one additional payment in XXXX and two additional payments in XXXX. The effects were expected as the daily interest gradually went down - the differences in the interest and principal from the Mosaic website and my own tracking methods was negligible. With the XX/XX/2021 payment, however, the numbers were drastically different. I was expecting about a {$30.00} in interest at about {$4.00} daily interest from a payment that processed XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. Instead I was charged {$48.00} in interest. I did call a customer service number and left my information and a message on the situation - rather than waiting for a response, i called again during business hours. The customer service representative ( XXXX, who was friendly/professional ) noted the current daily finance charge was {$4.00} ( close to what i have in my amortization schedule ) but she said that the interest charged on XX/XX/XXXX was for 11 days. By my calculation, XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX is 7 days. I am not sure if it is legal but it would certainly seem unethical to add days to a month. If each month is a set number of days in their calculations it would seem they should have a monthly interest charge rather than their daily finance charge. I am glad I have been tracking the payments and I caught this early in the loan so that ( hopefully ) i can prevent years and years of continued ripoffs by this unscrupulous company. The Mosaic rep is running a report to see how the interest was calculated the way it was. I encourage the good folks at the CFPB to look into this company to see if there is a history of ripping people off with excessive interest and finance charges. Please do not hesitate to contact me for additional information. Thank you, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX

In XX/XX/2020 I took out a loan for a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$21000.00}. Between XXXX and XXXX, the installation was not " online '' due to installation delays and final utility inspection. During this time " no payment was due '' and yet the fine print of the contract said that interest would accrue on the principal. When I signed the contract, I was aware that interest would accrue but I was not aware that this gap in time might take three months. In XXXX the system turned on and I started making recurring payments at the amount set by XXXX. None of the documentation sent to me showed the amount of interest accrued or the fact that all of the monthly payments were only going towards interest and not principal. The monthly statements only said " you're payment of {$110.00} was received. This statement did not say that my account had an outstanding balance of {$130.00} worth of interest and that continued payments would only go toward interest. For any real information, one has to go onto the website. A very poorly visible ( almost hidden button ) saying " view transactions. '' This page allows one to see a bit more detail but nowhere on this page does it show the accrued balance. It only shows a principal value that is unchanging. This looks like a software bug, not an issue with an unpaid interest or underpayment of the loan. For the full story, one needs to find the very specific button of My Account > My Account Summary > " click here to view your payoff ''. Only there can one see their outstanding interest but it is labeled as " interest receivable '' : a confusing term at best ; misleading may be a better description. The net result for me is that the first five payments ( totaling close to {$600.00} ) went to waste. Had the first statement showed an accrued interest of {$130.00}, I would have paid it off that first month. But it didn't. There was no communication to that effect. Had I been less curious about this issue, I could have paid interest-only for years, never paying down the balance. If you take a loan out through Mosaic, be sure to watch your account carefully otherwise you might just be flushing money down the drain.

In XXXX, XXXX, I purchased solar panels for my home through a company called XXXX XXXX '. They offered, and I accepted a time payment plan from a 2nd party company named " Solar Mosaic '' @ a 1.49 % interest rate. The system was installed on my home and payments to Mosaic began XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX.Mosaic takes the payments directly out of my checking account. This was a condition of the loan. So, on XX/XX/XXXX the payment for XXXX had been taken from my checking account, as agreed. The payment for XXXX, XXXX, was not due and payable. ( This is where my complaint begins ) On XX/XX/XXXX, I paid an additional {$500.00} to principal on the loan - as to reduce the balance. The Mosaic Company credited my account with ( {$490.00} ) and charged me interest of ( {$5.00} ). I contacted them and was told, in order for the amount of money paid over and above the regular monthly payment, the additional amount had to be paid along with the owed amount. Well, since the company Mosaic takes the money directly out of my checking account, there is NO WAY to accomplish this. I pay down that loan when I have the extra funds to do so. Is it legitimate for Mosaic to remove interest money from additional money I pay towards the principal on the loan? I think not. The way they have it figured, every nickel i pay on my loan has an interest charge tacked onto it. Again : The Mosaic company removes the monthly payment directly from my checking account. If I elect to pay an additional amount, they charge interest on the additional amount. I can not submit extra money to be applied to principal without them removing interest because they remove the monthly payment money directly from my checking account. Their records that are the basis of this complaint are listed below. amount principal interest XX/XX/XXXX Payment ( {$97.00} ) ( {$64.00} ) ( {$33.00} ) XXXX ( Additional ) Payment ( {$500.00} ) ( {$490.00} ) ( {$5.00} )

Please see attached documents as well as previous statement provided : In the process of refinancing my home, it was brought to my attention by a title company handling my loan, that a lien was placed against my home on XX/XX/XXXX. My solar equipment was purchased, not leased, in XXXX of XXXX. Mosaic Solar Acct # XXXX # XXXX. I have made timely payments through auto pay monthly. I have refinanced my home twice since purchasing my solar equipment in XXXX and have never had an issue with my home title. It was brought to my attention through this current refinance, that a new lien was placed on my home for the solar in XX/XX/XXXX. They never notified me by mail, e-mail or phone call that a change in my home title was taking place. They notified the title company that lien subordination was required to lift the lien so that I would be able to refi. And they also indicated that they required a {$250.00} fee to lift the lien and re-subordinate. On XX/XX/XXXX, I asked my lender to place a 3 way call with Mosaic. They indicated that they did not provide me with any communication in XX/XX/XXXX and this was their error. I asked them release the lien on my property and waive any fees so that I would be able to refinance my home and incur any charges for a lien that should have never been placed on my home. I have attached the e-mail sent by the title company indicating the {$250.00} charges owed to Mosaic for the subordination as well as the e-mail from XX/XX/XXXX from the phone call placed to their offices. Its my desire to quickly close my refinance to preserve the low interest rate that I have locked in for my home. This has caused a time delay and an excessive fee of {$250.00} that possibly other customers have paid erroneously when owning their solar equipment and never receiving lien notification. Thank you, XXXX XXXX

Mosaic gave me a loan for my residential solar system in spring of XXXX. However my system has still not been turned on due to delays from XXXX, the city of XXXX XXXX XXXX where i live and COVID-19. My loan is paid for by my solar system collecting solar energy and selling it into the grid. However my system is still inactive due to COVID so i do not have the revenues to pay the loan as planned. I asked Mosaic for forbearance and they told me it was my problem and i have to pay or they will start assessing late fees and report to credit agencies. I also asked if they had a forebarence plan due to COVID and they said no. Turns out they do have a forbearance program and i was not offered it. when I found out, now in XX/XX/2020, i called their servicing department. The department told me they do have a forbearance plan if we have experienced financial hardship ( which we have, pay cut ). when i asked for it to be applied retroactively since i missed 3 months of potential help due to them not fairly disclosing the option to me ( in fact they said they had no such program ), they just said " sorry, nothing we can do. '' I asked if i could apply for the forbearance program now ( XX/XX/2020 ). They said i need to call back closer to my next payment date ( XX/XX/2020 ). When i asked why and if their computer system could not handle a request being made 25 days early they said " that's just the way it is, sorry. '' In other words they are just trying to make it harder.

XXXX XXXX ( solar installer ) used predatory practices to get me to sign a solar contract with them and they're the company that brought Mosaic ( lending agency ) to the table. Mosaic as the leading agency paid the invoices for the work that they said was complete but was never working, does that sound complete to you? I was told by XXXX XXXX XXXX that i would not have a utilities bill and if i did that XXXX would add panels until they got my bill was offset. I learned thats not true because when the sun goes down with this system that i would need power from my utilities company. Also XXXX XXXX XXXX told me that i would be getting a XXXX tax return again not true i would get a tax credit which ill never use before runs out. i would never have signed the contract if i had truly known the truth of how solar really worked. And because of the predatory practices used by XXXX and Mosaic am locked into a 20 year contract that since am not getting the refund as i was told by there solar specialist i want be able to pay the 33 % of loan off before the 16 months ends which will lock me into 20 years of XXXX month payment without ever lowering payment on top of using XXXX worth of power from my utilities company. Am not the only person that XXXX & Mosaic have done this too. Mosaic dosent seem to care that my system doesn't work or the way that XXXX went about obtaining a signed contract

On XX/XX/2021, I was notified through my credit monitoring service that my account with Webbank/Mosaic had been reported as closed and that the balance was now {$0.00}. I just opened this account in XXXX, so I checked my credit report to find out what was going on and my Equifax report showed that indeed the report is now reporting as closed with a {$0.00} balance. I called on that day and was told that there was no one available to assist. On the following Monday, XX/XX/2021, I called and was told they had to escalate to a higher group to investigate and I would hear something in 3 to 5 business days. I called back after 6 days and was told it would take longer. On XX/XX/2021, I was told there was still no resolution and the best way to resolve would be to send an email. I emailed and received a response today saying that the loan was not paid off and I could provide proof of payment. They completely left off the part about the credit reporting. This is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. They are not reporting correct information and the loan is not reported to either XXXX or XXXX. They need to address the actual issue of the incorrect reporting to my credit report and not something I didn't say.

My complain is about XXXX XXXX and MOSAIC Solar. They sent me their agent that scam me with some lies that I will save some energy by getting a loan through MOSAIC to finance a solar system for my house. They lied to me that I will get a will get a tax credit of XXXX which I didnt get. Also the agent did not procure any paper documents to sign, I did all the signings over her labtop and it was so fast without any explanation. I sign some documents that lock me for 20 years and the worst they PUT A LIEN on my house. They did not tell me about it. My credit was run 3 times without any reason and that brought my credit score from XXXX to XXXX. All this happened in XXXX. In XXXX Im in a situation where I cant sell my house because of the lien, and also the solar did not increase the price of my house. NEVER DO SOLAR. It is a SCAM and they just stealing the honest people money. Please let everyone know about it. Im paying XXXX dollars every month for the loan and my electric bill is not improving. I did not save any energy bill. ALL ARE LIES

I purchased solar panels for my home using Mosaic financing. Upon selling my home on XX/XX/2019, the loan was transferred to the new home owner. On XX/XX/2019, an installment payment was taken from my bank account for the loan. I called Mosaic on XX/XX/2019 and was advised that they needed a copy of the deed to finalize the loan assumption. I sent in the required documentation that day and was told that the document was received, but needed to be processed. By XX/XX/XXXX, I still had not received any correspondence regarding the finalization of the transfer or the refund of the payment. I called Mosaic again and spoke to a customer service representative who I previously spoke with. He tells me that I will continue to be billed and that there is nothing he can do about my refund, even though the house has been sold and I have documentation of the lien release and loan transfer signed by the senior director of loan operations. We are approaching the next billing cycle and I should not be billed for a product that is no longer mine.

In XX/XX/XXXX, I entered into a contract agreement for {$45000.00} to finance solar panels for my house. I agreed to have payments of {$180.00} withdrawn from my bank account on the XX/XX/XXXXof every month. I was told that I have the option to also apply the tax credit that I receive from the IRS to this balance and the loan will be reammortized. After my payment was automatically deducted from my bank account, I paid an additional {$200.00} in XX/XX/XXXX ( applied XX/XX/XXXX ) that I expected would be applied entirely to the principal balance. Instead, only {$150.00} was applied to principal and {$44.00} was applied to interest and the next due date was extended to XX/XX/XXXX. I called customer service and was informed that Mosaic always takes interest first. This seems highly suspect and illegal to me. I'm now worried that the tax credit that I plan to apply will also have interest deducted from it. Please look into this unethical practice.

Solar mosaic of XXXX CA opened an account in my name for solar/ home improvements on XX/XX/19 apparently at the request of XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX CA . I never initiated this loan or process. It apparently has a balance of {$28000.00}. I have never received any funds nor requested them. This is identity fraud. I have notified solar mosaic and they are investigating. I have attempted contact with XXXX XXXX but have received no response yet. I learned about this just 1-2 weeks ago when checking my credit report.

We added solar batteries to our home, the solar company used a lending company, we have a completed and signed loan agreement with that loan company. One month later, we received an email saying we needed to re-apply, because the fees weren't correct on the loan, even though the loan included finance charges on top of the APR. The email from the solar company stated extra fees were required. We feel this isn't a fair lending practice by mosaic loans. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Solar Mosaic erroneously reported the account type as a mortgage as noted by XXXX instead of XXXX. The company agrees that the account type should be reported as a portfolio type = installment I and account type 9A secured home improvement. Further, the XXXX account does not constitute a lien on real property, this information can be found on section 7 of the loan agreement. The loan is secured by secured by a lien only on the Solar equipment itself we do not file a lien against the home.

I have contacted Mosaic Solar Financing on XX/XX/2020 and XX/XX/2020 to ask them to properly report the loan I have with them on my credit report. They are reporting the loan I have as a Mortgage. It is not, it is a personal loan secured by the Solar Equipment on our home. There is no mortgage with Mosaic Solar recorded against our property. The inaccurate and misleading reporting as a mortgage is causing an issue with my ability to refinance my house.

Mosaic Solar pulled my credit report without my authorization. Now they are trying to force me to accept a loan from them. They also used forged documents.
