I was recently contacted by the company claiming that I owed {$24000.00}, However, I feel that I have been defrauded. The amount I was told originally was {$290.00} and after I had the car, the amount changed and I told them that I was not happy with the amount. They would not tell me my APR. They kept asking me to sign documents and I was not comfortable. I did not receive any documents in the mail or by email regarding any bill. I have contacted them twice requesting documenation, and have not received a response. They since have taken the car as a repossession a few days after they claim it was due without my knowledge. I received a bill of {$24000.00} that I do not feel responsible because I have been trying to give it back since I did not sign anything because I was not provided or disclosed an APR and I was promised one amount and told another after I had possession of the vehicle. I was lied to about how much I would pay. I was also given a damaged car and was promised that it would be fixed I am XXXX and have a learners permit. multiple times and I was called in to sign multiple documents. I was not contacted regarding payment of the vehicle.
