On XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX Elite One ( XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX distributed a copy of a draft loan application to an incorrect email address via DocuSign on both XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. This included our SSNs, employment and salaries, bank account numbers and balances, credit information, addresses, birthdays - a goldmine for anyone looking to steal our credit and identity.
XXXX XXXX / Elite One lied to us twice about it in an attempt to cover it up. I have confirmed with XXXX XXXX Support that the documents were indeed sent to and received at the incorrect email address. I have confirmed through XXXX that the incorrect gmail address is valid and active.
This is a culmination of 4+ months of poor communication, sloppy work and inconsistent status of our loan. XXXX XXXX promised on XX/XX/XXXX we were not in danger of losing our rate lock due to a delay in loan application. Next we heard from him, or anyone at Elite One, on XX/XX/XXXX our interest rate was lost and we had to start over from scratch.
