I responded in writing to the letter from Snellings Law, LLC. I got dated XX/XX/, on XXXX XXXX XXXX advising this was not my debt. The debt collector advised he was an attorney and was suing me. I called, and no response. My family member called, and they took a message. A call was returned a week later advising they did not have information. My family member requested more information in the call. A male identifying himself as XXXX XXXX advised he did not have any information about the debt. The reported group, providers, and how the debt was caused. The family member continued asking questions about the TIN # and PIN #, CPT, dates of service, and where the service was provided. The guy finally gave the TIN #. There were more numbers that he found and gave. I called my insurance company and also located the EOB 's that stated I did not owe any money further to any medical providers. This was the balance billing of an IN Network provider for In-Network services that they accepted the fees for from the insurance company. I opened a case for balance billing with the insurance company. I am supposed to go to court still? this is not my debt.
