I originally agreed personally to repay a business obligation to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( now XXXX ). XXXX sold the obligation to another entity SMS FINANCIAL XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX.It appears that XXXX XXXX does not exist as Phone calls asking for him are transferred to a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Initial contact by XXXX XXXX indicated errors in accounting in accordance with the original obligation in that the original contained no interest and several payments to SMS were credited to interest and not principal in opposition to the original agreement. I contacted XXXX XXXX by Certified mail Return Receipt and detailed the errors. I also requested a corrected statement of account.This contact occurred in late XXXX of XXXX. As of today I have not received a response and am preparing to make another scheduled Principal payment. What is the recommended wayto handle this situation? Thank you for your assistance and advice. XXXX XXXX XXXX I am trying to figure out how to attach copies of documents with no luck. willl keep trying

XX/XX/2021 XXXX - Contacted my employer who transferred the call to my department. At this time she was advised that this is a work number and personal calls are not allowed. Advised not to call back. ( 2 other staff were witness to this conversation. ) XX/XX/2021 XXXX XXXX left on company voicemail from same woman who was advised on XX/XX/2021 that this is a work number and we are not allowed personal calls at work. XX/XX/2021 XXXX XXXX left on company voicemail from same woman who was advised on XX/XX/2021 that this is a work number and we are not allowed personal calls at work. XX/XX/2021 XXXX same woman transferred to my dept and was AGAIN advised that this is a work number and personal calls are not allowed. Same woman called back AGAIN, spoke with another dept and left a message asking for me to call her back. ( emails from co-worker on XX/XX/2021 XXXX and XXXX )

I filed bankruptcy in XXXX - I turned over my keys to mortgage company. I had an 80/20 loan and the 20 is still coming after me. They are trying to collect XXXX because of interest accrued!! When the debt owed was originally under XXXX - and the 80 % loan never paid them!
