I have a payday loan at Cash Now Advance in XXXX, TN. My account went delinquent a couple of months ago when i was in the middle of switching jobs. The branch manager, XXXX, had started sending me personal messages through XXXX regarding my debt, and they called my job after being told not to. After I unfriended XXXX on XXXX, she became very upset with me and sent me XXXX very nasty threating messages. To take further action, I contacted her District Manager, XXXX. to see if we could get this problem resolved. After talking to XXXX and telling her everything that had happened, she told me not to worry she would handle it all and agreed to set me up on a payment plan telling me that if i could not make the payment just call them and they would work with me. Several days had past and I had recieved a text message to my personal phone from XXXX personal phone asking me when I would be in the store with a payment. I received XXXX text message a day for a few days from XXXX, and I had not responded, Finally, i received a text message from XXXX at XXXX, telling me that she needed a payment on my account ASAP ...

Tried making payments and something happened that they didnt take anymore payments. Now almost 8yrs later they calling me after i had my credit cleaned up and brought a home. They called me like the were the county of XXXX and had something for me it was really a collection company and gave wrong SS # first.
