I have attempted to contact Sky Cash USA to stop payment on ACH on my account.
I sent Letter to their customer service email to advise that they were no longer approved to make the automatic drafts from my account.
The letter was sent on XX/XX/XXXX.
There was no response and a draft was made on XX/XX/2022. After that, I went to my financial institution to submit a stop payment for Sky Cash on XX/XX/2022. Sky received the notification, however they altered their company name to circumvent the ACH revocation issued by my bank. Sky has drafter my account on XX/XX/2022 and XX/XX/2022.
Since my attempt to contact on XX/XX/XXXX, and issuing the ACH stop payment from my financial institution, Sky has drafted XXXX from my account.
I am unable to reach via phone or email to speak with someone to make any arrangements.

I wanted to make pay off arrangements in XX/XX/2022, could not login to account.
Emailed to get assistance, no reply.
Whenever I call contact # XXXX - Line is ALWAYS busy Links to email from site do not work, and there is no response to email : XXXX I even sent a request to stop Auto Drafts from my account, but have not heard from company.
I did get a notification that my payment was due this week. I am unable to speak or communicate with the company, and feel I am being scammed out of Bi-weekly XXXX payments. This payment does not pay down the loan at all and is a cycle of payments that will never pay off the loan, and can not make arrangements due to company being non responsive.

On XX/XX/XXXX Sky Cash USA was sent revocation of Ach and Power of Attorney on my behalf by XXXX XXXX XXXX. They have ignored this request taking {$90.00} out of my account on XX/XX/XXXX a day early. Payment was not suppose to be taken until XX/XX/XXXX. Sky Cash then took a payment out of my account again on XX/XX/XXXX, I had luckily paid {$32.00} to my bank for a stop payment. Hopefully that payment will be returned to me. I am already making payments to XXXX XXXX XXXX in an effort to pay this debt.

I received {$300.00} loan on XXXX XXXX.
Made payments of {$90.00} each on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XXXX, XXXX XXXXand XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, then on XX/XX/XXXX I paid {$300.00} to pay loan in full and they continue to take out {$27.00} on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and XX/XX/2019. I have emailed them twice to stop MY ACH AUTHORIZATION and the continue to take money out.

Every time my payment is due they charge me a NSF fee when funds are clearly in the bank. Every pay it has happened.
