I purchased a vehicle on credit from Siry Auto Group XX/XX/2020. On XX/XX/2020 they left me a voicemail stating the bank rescinded the contract and to return the vehicle. On XX/XX/2020 I recieved a letter stating " I was currently in default, I am delinquent, demanding payment in 15 days or legal proceedings would commence, and they also stated they the car lot also rescinded the contract on XX/XX/XXXX. '' On XX/XX/2020 I came out to my vehicle and I witnessed a tow truck the car lot owner seizing my vehicle 40 days after I drove off the car lot with my vehicle. They reported the vehicle repossessed to the police department. Six months passed by I never heard from the car lot who seized my vehicle. I served them papers XX/XX/2020 summoning them in a federal district court which is now in litigation. Im a consumer, creditor and this is abuse. I've been injured and it has put a restraint on my life and family. Siry Auto violated my consumer rights and the law when they had no present right to seize the vehicle also sending abusive letters and leaving deceptive voicemails stating I was in default when I disputed the alleged debt. Went into the car lot and extended my credit as a creditor and they took adverse actions against me. Under Equal Credit Opportunity act, Fair debt collection practices act, Consumer credit cost disclosures there was multiple individual actions taken place against the consumer

I am being charged more for interest than I agreed to in my contract. I believe this company is stealing from me.
